Being proactive is great… but if you can just update the change log on the description page also when the updates are pushed to Envato that would be great, i actually rely on them and its the first thing i look at when i get notifed

I just got another update notification has it changed since v1.01 ? i already downloaded the update so not sure why its telling me again there is another update ?

Normally you are checking the forum and we have been posting updates on what we are doing.
Yes, there is another update. We are tring to be proactive, since MultiFlex is still new, and push releases out with tweaks per user suggestions, and bug fixes, asap rather then holding onto them until we have a large accumulation.
MultiFlex 1.0.2 was a big update, and 1.0.2.1 & 1.0.2.2 are similar to overnight builds. We did not even submit .2.1 to Themeforest, just via the api, but .2.2 we submitted as a full build.
Our intent is to show users we are reacting quickly, and the internal update function within the theme only takes a few seconds to update a site.

Hi Striking Team!
Just wanted to say thank you for the marvelous theme. I have done a lot of research, and decided for Striking, in 2012.
Since then I have experienced two other themes, but they were just beautifull, to build the site it was a nightmare.
I have bought 4 Striking licenses, and I’m completelly satisfied with the theme and support. If anyone asks me, I always recomend Striking.
My sites: www.virtude-ag.com www.heart3.me www.carasdopoker.com (and the fourth is to a friend, it’s quite simple, but the theme I’ve experienced first was so enerving and without tools that I abandoned it and bought other Striking license).

I have rated Striking with 5 stars, but just once. I think Theme Forest should allow me to rate again with 5 stars if I buy the theme again. It’s a shame to see your score spoiled by some immature people.
Striking has amazing tools that make your life much easier, the support is great, I always have my doubts answered.
I’ve tried other themes, but it’s impossible to use them after working with Striking.
Sometimes I take a look at the raking of Theme Forest and just can’t understand why themes with much less tools and facilities are top.

One question: Do you know if there is a way to display future portfolio items on the site? I use the portfolio for event system in my site. I would like to assign portfolio for the event day (May 12 2014) but the site won’t display it in the portfolio widget list.
I’ve found this plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-future-is-now/) that enable to display future post but it doesn’t work on the portfolio category in Striking theme. Do you know if there is a way that I can display the future portfolio items on the site?

Thanks for kind words. MultiFlex much bigger then when first start on creating over year ago – it is nice update for free! Take long time to build theme with this much function, but think worth it.

Please go to your Downloads page in your themeforest account. Go to the Striking thumbnail and beside it you will see a Download button, click on it, and you get options, one of which is to download your license certificate.

To the right of the thumbnail image of each item you have purchased at Themeforest you see the name of the item. I have included a picture below of an item we purchased (one cannot purchase one’s own theme, so that is why you do not see the Striking Thumbnail used as an example).
Beside it there is a green button and it has an arrow pointing downwards in the right side of the button.
Click there.
It should immediately cause two items to show up in a dropdown per the image below:
If this dropdown does not show then you need to contact Themeforest customer service for assistance as it would seem to imply you have a problem with your account.
Assuming it does appear, click on the “Licence Certificate & Purchase code” line,and the download of that information will commence.
Please let us know how it turns out. Themeforest has to fix this as they control all aspects of licensing. We have no say, or abilities in this area whatsoever, the entire marketplace is managed by them.

You put your purchase code in your comment!! Now themeforest is going to have to scrap your purchase code, and issue you a new one.
I reported your comment for this reason. Purchase codes are combinations, you never, ever, ever, make them public.
In any case, we clearly state in the Support Tab above, and in the Item Details tab (where we describe the theme) that all support is at our support forum, not hear at Themeforest. And dont post the purchase code over there either.
Just the error, and a note that you need some assistance.
You do need your purchase code to register at the forum, but of course, the registration process is private.

Please go to our support forum (per the link in the support tab above) register, and post a thread. Indicate the current version of wp and the theme, your website url, and a request for some info on appropriate update steps.

I cannot believe this theme is not up there on the top three themes on themeforest. I have used many themes including Avada, X theme, enfold, and others but non come close to the flexibility of Striking Multiflex. I can build blogs, stores, corporate sites, landing pages, and just about any type of website I want. The flexibility on this theme is amazing! and the support from the Striking Multiflex community is awesome! 5 Stars from me

The internal update setting also has a link to the api where you can view all the changes.

Thank you for your interest in Striking MultiFlex.
You would have to buy 3 separate licenses, per the Themeforest licensing requirements. We don’t control or have any say in this, they set out the rules.
Wait until you get to play with this! You will like. We also are in the process of submitting the next update Ver 1.0.2. It has quite a number of nice little tweaks to it. Almost all taking into account user suggestions and feature requests. And we are already started on ver 1.0.3 which is about 4 weeks away I would guestimate, and has a couple of new functions added.
Maybe you can be the buyer who pushes us over 17100 sales! Please!!

We actually built the installable file into the core of the theme so you don’t have to import!

A great theme with lots of options! When users make a new blog post, the blog post loses all of the customised settings I have made to the theme, eg. slideshow, header etc. as does the archived blog page. How do I get my default blog page and archived page to look the same as my customised, Striking Theme pages?

That is odd behaviour.
I need you to go to the forum and create a new thread, and also provide a url. I may then send you a back end request in the forum for some logins.
As we note in the above Support Tab, all our theme support is rendered at the forum. This way any support team member on duty can hop in, and also other users can learn from the outcome, via the forum thread.
Please register at the forum using the same name as your TF id.

Hello! When you say you support true multisite, what does that mean? Does this theme have the ability to create multiple eCommerce stores much like Etsy or something like that?

We are referring to wordpress multisite capability. Etsy (assuming we are both talking about estsy.com) is not related to WP.
But true wp multisite means capable of both subdomain and path based multisites, domain mapping, etc. If you have worked with WP multisite, you likely experienced the fact that many themes that claim multisite capability in fact have functionality issues galore. We do not.
If you wanted to set up a path based multisite, and each sub have ecommerce, this would be possible with Striking MultiFlex as long as you understood how to work with the ecommerce plugin and its gateways. You could allow each user to register and create their own subsite, and run an ecommerce site from that subsite. You would need some plugins as well to make this happen. Striking MultiFlex is an ideal platform for this as we have defined the capabilities within our theme for all functions.

I appreciate your speedy reply, I have had terrible experiences with functionality issues as you explained. It appears this is the theme for me. When you say that I would need some plugins to make this happen what plugins are you referring to?

Not personaly having previously built out a site to do exactly what I believe you intend I will indicate, off the top of my head, that you will need some sort of user role or membership type plugin, a plugin to customize other aspects of the dashboard per viewer, perhaps a forum plugin of some sort, and more.
MultiFlex is an ideal base for membership and sales sites, but we are only the “base”, and depending on what you intend, you are going to have to add to it.
If you look at our reviews, I believe it is safe to say we are an excellent theme. You might want to visit the following thread:

Our forum is a very active place (DIY users many whom have never touched wp previously can stumble on the simplest of matters that might seem intuitive to someone else) and has lots of interesting topics and tweaks.
We are releasing another update of MultiFlex tomorrow (may take a day or two for TF to approve once we submit).
But I will say this, we were one of the very first premium level themes completely compatible with MultiSite. If someone should find an issue with multisite, we would address, as we have in the past addressed every issue ever reported to us. There might be some small idiosyntric matter out there that we have missed, or perhaps even cannot fix, but nothing has been reported in a long, long time, and I doubt anything exists which cannot be worked around one way or another.
The demo site, and every other site we have are all on multisites.
By the way, if you are intending multisite and ecommerce, be very, very careful about hosting. Most hosts will not cut the mustard.

No. It was released in Feb 2014. In fact we are releasing version 1.0.2 later today with some tweaks and new settings.

Our theme includes a custom menu widget, and a custom sub menu item widget, but neither are in “dropdown” form. They both display all the items on the page in a nested format.
You might want to use a vertical navigation plugin for this purpose or you will have to create something custom. We do paid custom work of this nature for customers as well should you be interested.

How get I get the menu to start from left to right insted of right to left?

Forgive me, but I am not understanding what you mean. Is it that you want the menu to be justified to the left side of the inner portion of the header (it is justified to the right side) or you are currently in a foreign language RTL site, but need to change something?
