Hi, You did not waste your money. you just need to ask your web hosting provider to increase your upload_max_filesize to above 6mb. most of the web hosts have this option default set for 10mb but seems yours is still apache default value (2mb).

This is quite possible using php feature. you can randomize a section. video background can be little difficult to achieve using php and I rather thinking about JS script. I will try to do something about it. Please send an email to me as I am badly busy with the new update. I will check your request once new version out. I may give you some snippets.

Well, the feature you need is not possible with a wordpress theme and you must consider to have this feature. I dont know exactly which plugin but you can try googling or search in WordPress free plugin directory : https://wordpress.org/plugins/

Is there a way we can have a videos section ? If so can we restrict the content of it based on paid and non paid members? Like if a memmber is paid he can view full video if not he can just preview it for 1 minute or display an image to buy membership… can this be done using this theme and any other plugins in combination? Thanks for your feedback, I have some notes about what we do recently :

1. We are working on a huge release with over 130 list of improvements, fixes and new features. We are doing all these to make all of our customers happy and be very confident on using it in their projects. soon it will be released (within this week) and you can check it out. We have also noted all of the bug reports, feature requests and will apply to our new version. We do not want to add useless features and options and rather we have tried to find a workaround to reduce options and it took us alot of time. These will benefit all over the time.

2. Our support forum reply time margin is within 24-48 hours (in normal days). in some occasions our support staff takes off days and thats why we get some delays. Currently we are looking for a support developer to add up to the team, but yet none passed our criterias. as you can assume working as a support team is quite distressing and frustrating job and it can be one of the reasons too.

After our new version I will get time to hear suggestions, reports and feature requests and it will also speed up our support services.

Please let me know if you have anything want to share with me or others. both negative and positive feedbacks are constructive.
