What kind of issues are you having with Visual Composer? Have you installed version 1.1.0? We cannot understand what you said about “they told me that the theme provider can provide updates”. In short, we handle the updates for Visual Composer (and Revolution Slider) in our theme package but we don’t see exactly what you mean.

How do I update the theme? I am running 1.0.2

So, you’re just outdated. Download the latest version of Reload (1.1.0) from Themeforest and read this FAQ in our support forum for the update process.

Don’t hesitate to contact us (via support forum) if you have further problems. Keep in mind that we provide 24/7 support in our support forum, so please don’t use the theme comment section to get support.

This isn’t an out of the box feature for Reload ’s parallax slider. Check this screenshot to see the offered options for the slider in the feature section.

By the way, Reload comes bundled with the amazing Revolution Slider in its next release.

This is probably a problem with your server and .svg icons. Place the following lines in your .htaccess file :

AddType image/svg+xml svg svgz
AddEncoding gzip svgz
AddType text/x-component .htc

First of all, thank you very much for your feedback and for your kind words about Reload. As you have already noticed our support system is based on Ticksy and we believe that it works fine. However, we appreciate receiving your suggestions or complaints so that we can improve our services and the way we communicate with you. Let’s talk about Ticksy support system:

1. Private or Public: The first screen when someone logs into our support system is this. Submit New Ticket—>Private or Public. Anyone can select among these two options.
2. Disable Public Tickets: It is understood, by this screenshot, that we have NOT disable public tickets.
3. Notifications: From this screenshot you can see that Ticksy is set to send notifications to our customers when a comment is left on their ticket and when a ticket is marked as closed. That is the best that Ticksy can do.

Finally, we are not able to change the sorting of the images (Private or Public) in Ticksy support system. Keep in mind that some customers are sending us their credentials in order to check the backend, so it would be generally risky setting these tickets to public.

Hi, thanks for prompt reply… I just meant that other support platforms means that I as a user can browse previous support topics which usually in most cases might solve my problem before I have to submit a ticket…. Good for me (especially if we are in different time zones) and also reduces the burden on your support team

- Yes, there is a documentation file in the downloaded package (HTML document) and an outstanding support as well.

- We really believe that our updates till now can easily convince you about our intentions for the lifetime support of Reload.

- Reload provides .pot,.mo and .po files and it’s also fully compatible with WPML in order to do the translations you wish. However, it doesn’t offer translations via its options panel at this moment.

- It isn’t possible for the header of Reload to be resized. This is a style option we have chosen, not a technical difficulty.

You’re right! We are really sorry for not having added the counter element yet. But believe us, we put a lot of effort into making Reload stable for WP 3.9 (check our frequent updates). Simultaneously, we are trying to add more features in our updates in order to satisfy everyone’s needs.

Could you please open a ticket in our support forum and indicate to us some examples of the counter element you are referred to? There are various kinds.

At this moment, you cannot change the slideshow speed from the backend of Reload. We will add this option in some of our next updates. However, if you wish to change it immediately, open a ticket in our support forum in order to show you which file to modify.

We are sure that you have not installed the latest version of Reload. You just have to install the version 1.0.4 of Reload. There is no issue if you install the latest version. Check this FAQ http://greatives.ticksy.com/faq/2141 in order to update the required plugins as well.
