Please safely explain and answer on few questions…
1) What exactly can`t be translated?
2) Do you try to create multilingual website or what?
3) Do you use built-in translator, .mo/.po files or WPML plugin for multilingual website?

Sorry about that. What I am trying to achieve is to use my language instead of english on the website (polish only, no other language), I have use BeTheme Options for translate few phrases. Then I add Blog Slider from Muffin Builder to display blog item. So there is http://cl.ly/image/2o2H072e373J and I want to change Read More to my language and others translations. I have noticed, that BeTheme Translate option not translating shortcodes content. I use also .po, .mo with poedit but no luck, I change it on ..themes/betheme/functions/theme-shortcodes.php line 508. Is there a bug or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for quick answers as usual!
But “Read more” text can be also translated from Theme options > Translate > Blog & Portfolio section. As far as we know, Translate section should be enough for all translations.
Please send us list of all things that can`t be translated on your website via “Built-in translator” and we`ll check it. We need to confirm if you are right or maybe you missed something.
But when you use .mo/.po files, did you change language to polish in wp-confing.php file where wp_lang should be changed? Did you done it when you tried to translate via those files? Theme options > Translate > Blog & Portfolio even it is translated it is not translating Muffin Builder content 
I have tried that in the 1st place. Re .mo, .po files, yes wp-config is changed to PL and it translates what I need, but not this shorcodes content. I hope you know what I mean. http://cl.ly/image/0O05420e1K2B (this was changed by php edit). I can give you an access to my wordpress and navigate you if you want.

Sorry but now we are really confused How do you want to translate muffin builder content from Translate section? Content is content and can be done in any language you want but it must be done from page position. So you need to edit page from “Pages” section and modify content inside “Page options” section.
But if you are not able to translate “Read more” text from Theme options > Translate > Blog & Portfolio section, maybe you forgot to turn on Enable Translate button in Theme options > Translate > General section. But if this has been turned on and still won`t work, then please send us access to your wp dashboard and FTP on pm but please notice that we need time to check it (at least 24 hours).
P.S. Please remember that it is not possible to use .mo/.po files and built-in translator at the same time. Only one of those things can be used and you must decide which one you prefer. So if current .mo/.po files don`t work, then please turn off built-in translator.
This is only about this button displayed on links I have sent before. Some translations are ok, you can try change Read more in blog section to something else and see if adding Blog Slide Read More button has changed. I am doing everything as you described… If you don’t know what I mean please ignore, I will remember to change few entries in PHP files after update. Thanks for you help
Of course we understand what you mean very well and that`s why will be great if you can send us whole access as we requested above so we can check everything. With access we need also explanation on which page you added this item.

Why you give only one psd file? Where I find other files different homepages?

As we wrote in product’s description http://themeforest.net/item/betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7758048 in “Features” section “Layered homepage PSD-file included into package”. We got only PSD for homepage because this is the only page on which PSD’s we work. On all other pages we work without PSD files.

And in the near future will be psd file version with the visualization of the remaining elements of content and boxes? Currently psd file doesn’t contain all possible elements of the page and I have a problem with the visualization of the project…
We have never had any psd’s except homepage for any themes. But for this theme we`ll make exception. We are already working on psd with all content elements and they will be uploaded with next update into package.

Is the theme compatible with wp-multisite? Waht about the license? I plan on using the theme on a wp-multisite installation, user will not have access to the theme files. I will be only one accessing them.

yes, theme is compatible with wp multisite. But license is the same as for all other themes on TF. Once purchased theme can be used for one website/domain.

1. Unfortunately we do not support RTL.
2. We don`t have this option.
3. We do not use VC. We got our own Muffin Builder which can be used from backend.
4. We got videos that are necessary. We don`t have any requests about more videos so are not doing them. If users have any questions they can always ask and we reply on all within 24 hours. Each customers is different and need different things that why we offer support personally.
5. Doc is online. If you want link to documentation, we can send it to you.
6. We don`t have this option at this moment but we`ll definitely think about it because users ask about it like never before. Hope we can handle it soon.

Unfortunately this one is technically not possible. XML file can be uploaded only whithin “Import” option from wordpress dashboard. Why you want to upload it different? Please tell us and we`ll try to help you because we don`t understand what is the problem.

Actually i already try to import the file using tools – import. but i got Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. I already talk to hosting provider, and try to alter, but still fail
So if you got this problem, it means you got limits on your server. So what you can do:
1. Again upload .xml file called betheme _ALL.xml but without media. Images you will upload manually.
2. Upload the rest of .xml files included into package except betheme _ALL.xml
3. Split betheme _ALL.xml file on smaller parts so you can cheat your limits. For splitting this file you can use tool that has been explained on http://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-importing-wordpresscom-xml-files or http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/113055/import-wordpress-xml-file-larger-than-8mb
4. Contact with your hosting provider and ask he can change your limits so you will be able to upload more that now.

we forgot to describe it in doc what for what we must apologize.
If you want to upload image in header section, please use “Set featured image” option which is on the right side just under “Page attributes” while you edit/create page.

I am just about to buy theme I have one question regarding portfolio/gallery. What I want to achieve is for example 4 boxes with portfolio, but when I click on the selected gallery I can view images inside this selected gallery, like an photo album. I`ve already tested it. We don`t have any item for that but i was able to do it quickly within some html and of course works The code i`ve tried looks like this one on http://pastie.org/9218978 and it can be placed in muffin builder or in wordpress editor and it works like you want. What i do is make list of images that you want to show and for all except first i add style=”display: none;” and this works as you ask This is of course quick example.

Hi, excellent theme! i would love to buy this theme to customize it. but first i have to now 1 point. i have to use portrait-pictures in portfolio. its a photographer and has only portait pictures. will it work with portfolio? the featured image dimension for portfolio you use is 576×450xp – this is more landscape not portrait. can we handle it?

BeOnepage has been added with latest update and that`s why it is not in .xml file. But if you will send us request about that, we can create new .xml file for you with whole current stuff.
Whole explanation about how to create menu (standard or mega menu) you can find in doc included into theme package (page 113).
But explanation about how to import revolution slider into theme you can read on theme support forum.

To add sub text under menu item, please go to Appearance > Menus section, click on “Screen Options” button in right top corner and make sure you have checked “Description” field. If you don`t have, then please check. After that, edit menu item and you will get additional field called “Description”. And text pasted into this field will work as sub text for item.

And YES, this is real You can choose different menus for different pages. When you create/edit page in “Page options” section you got select field where you can choose menu for page. This looks like on the following screen http://snag.gy/9TK8m.jpg
But first, you need to create menu/menus in Appearance > Menus section and after you will be able to choose which one you want to show on which page.
