In order to import the content: 1. On Your WordPress Dashboard, go to Tools > Import > WordPress. 2. Install the WordPress Importer. 3. Browse for the XML file and import it. 4. You’re good to go! All of the demo content should now be uploaded to your site and ready to use. Check it out!.

Unfortunately the function is meant to work with articles, and article-category. If you want to change that you’ll need to edit the function nicethemes_knowledgebase() in the file includes/functions.php

We have a function in which we define the post_types we search for the live search block. It is basically filling an array.

It should be fairly simple to add / delete the content types you need to have for the live search.

As it is right now, it search over the KB and FAQs.
