And of course some of menu links will redirect to our demo what is regular thing as we used some plain links. And if you want to change them, then please go to Appearance > Menus section and change those links manually.

If you didn`t made any changes in theme files then of course you can update files without any problems. You won`t lose any data as they are stored in database, not theme files.

There is only one explanation – Cache plugin

Sorry I think it is my fault and didn’t explain properly. Your css removes the Subheader with the page title but not the large subheader area with the current Outer Space image. This was the area that I wanted removed. Does that make sense?

We`ll try to add it in the future but css from above article must work. Please send us screenshot from your Custom CSS section where you pasted this code. We would like to see how you did it. To send us screenshot you can use http://snag.gy/

Can you explain what is exactly wrong? As we see most things looks fine. You just didn`t imported all pages. Maybe your hosting is limited and is not able to upload such many content. This theme got much more things than any of the rest themes and that could be the problem.

What you can do?

1. Again upload .xml file called betheme _ALL.xml but without media. Images you will upload manually.

2. Upload the rest of .xml files included into package except betheme _ALL.xml

3. Split betheme _ALL.xml file on smaller parts so you can cheat your limits. For splitting this file you can use tool that has been explained on http://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-importing-wordpresscom-xml-files or http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/113055/import-wordpress-xml-file-larger-than-8mb

4. Contact with your hosting provider and ask he can change your limits so you will be able to upload more that now.

I have a dedicated server, so i think the problem can’t be there? I checked and I can import to max file size 16MB? Is this enough?

Dedicated server have nothing to that thing. Also max file size. The most important in timeout connection. On many servers it is about 30-60 seconds what is not enough in case of such a big file like in BeTheme. Look at those all media. They need time to be uploaded. Please try points we sent you above and you will see this will work. You can also upload whole content but without media and you will see all will be fine.

what exactly is not working for you? Please open demo http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/ and next to “Home” menu item you got also “Headers” menu item and this should work. Maybe it doesn`t work just from side panel on the right because you didn`t refreshed website and got old javascript cached.

We get message from you and it will be possible to add the logo you presented on your website. At this moment we work on different header styles and we`ll make header that will be compatible with your logo

Be is based on our own Muffin Builder. So what you need to do is move texts and other stuff from visual composer into Muffin Builder. This shouldn`t take to much time but of course you need to move content from current composer into muffin builder.

To choose right homepage, you need to go to Settings > Reading and you must select right page as front page This is how it works for all wordpress themes because this is default wordpress option. And if you want to put slider on every created page, then for each page you need to select the same slider.

If your slider can`t be found, then probably you have used different alias but we have no idea why because this doesn`t come this way with our included files. If you still didn`t sorted this out, then you can send us access to your wp dashboard on pm and we can have a look on it.
