The appointment form uses the contact form 7 which only sends mail to the admin when someone uses the contact form. You can set an automatic responder from your mail server. Please ask your hosting team regarding that.
shortcode for the individual post does not reflect the proper date. you can see that all the posts show the same November 2013 date.

I have them on my homepage like in your demo. the date on all of them is nov 20th, 2013. when you click on them and it brings up the actual post, the date is correct.

1) First resize the image header logo from Dashboard -> Appearance -> Header -> Save Chages
2) Then Go to Kidszone -> General -> Upload -> Media Library -> Select the cropped image -> Insert -> Save Changes.
Hi., Thanks for your patience anyway!!. Sorry for the last reply, it was Soulmedic and not Kidszone. Also in Soulmedic theme we do not have the option of cropping the logo. The image should be resized externally and should be used in the site. Once the image is resized, follow the below steps to upload the image.
Then Go to Dashboard -> Soulmedic -> General -> Upload -> Media Library -> Select the cropped image -> Insert -> Save Changes.
I know how to insert a logo! I have done these steps, but the logo is not showing in the size that it is saved. It automatically resizes much smaller and I want it bigger. Please let me know how I can do this.
Provide us your exact size logo that you need in the site along with the ftp and admin details, so that can fix it for you.

Hello, thanks for the nice theme. I’m trying to recreate something like you have on the live demo homepage. I’m trying to use icon box shortcodes and a couple of the others but they all appear stacked on top of eachother instead of in 3 columns. How do I get them to show up in columns?

Hello, this theme is very nice, but i need your favour to submitting some details with contact forms along with modified details and some additional details.

I see on the product overview you say there is unlimited colors for your theme. Where can I put in a hex code for the themes skin. I don’t really like any of the predefined colors.
Or, if you don’t have that, is there a line of CSS I can put somewhere that will change the global color of all the elements?

Sorry. You cannot change the color of the whole site from a single css line.
You can create or change your own custom skin into this Soulmedic theme easily as following:-
(i). Get into the skins folder from your theme directory, where we’ve added 20 folders with their skin names.
(ii). Just copy and paste any of them, and then rename it with the new skin name you’re about to be added.
(iii). Then you’ll be needed to edit the “style.css” of new custom skin you’ve replicated. (Just like the images, color, background and border color hex
codes with your new custom skin color as needed).
(iv). Now you can find you new custom skin folder (created) on your Buddha Panel skin settings. So you can choose your custom skin and save changes.
Hello, I Can you help me with a couple of things:
1. The breadcrumbs path is only showing “Home>Page”. I need this so it shows the subpages as well…ex. “Home>Page>Subpage” So it’s easier for the consumer to navigate back to the original page.
2. Search Function: When I search now, it brings up a big gray image along with title, text. I would like this to be just a title and description only with the search results…no images.

Nine of our products are randomly chosen when you enter the page.The selection is made of 20 products which I have pictures on. Is it possible to do this?
We think your query is related to the our Sushi theme.
Because our Sushi theme is the one which is based on restaurant. But you have posted your question in soulmedic theme.
You can change the menu page so that random products show up. We need to do a custom change in the code to get it work.

2) You can view the number of the folder inside skins folder
3) Get into the particular color folder that you need to edit.
4) You can find the style.css file
5) You can edit the css file to change the colors as per your need. Change the colors for whichever section that you need.

hey i bought soulmedic theme a while ago for wordpress, it worked okay until today it keeps on saying “the file sizes excedeed the limit” or “are you sure you want to do this?”
