I have an issue with renponsive in mobiles.
I configurated budha panel -> GENERAL -> TOP (Top Section). I’ve inserted html code for showings some links and flags images for language selection. I have activated responsive template but I can’t see in some mobile devices the flags and links.
Can you help me? Thanks.

I installed and activated the revolution slider. I was able to download the demo content however when I go to the revolution slider plugin and click on import slider I get no option to upload it just does nothing. I’am utilizing google chrome and also tested with IE.
I deactived, uninstalled, and re-uploaded the revolution slider plugin twice and same thing I see in the bottom left corner of my browser after clicking on the green import slider “javascript:void(0)

When I try to install the required plugins I’m getting an error that says: “Download failed. A valid URL was not provided” for DesignThemes Core Shortcode, Layerslider, Responsive Slider, and Revolution Slider. Any help?
Never mind. Scrolled through comments and found my answer. Had the child theme activated, so activated the main theme and they installed fine.
Hi!., You shouldn’t install those plugins from the child theme. It has to be installed from the main parent theme. Activate parent theme and install all our theme package plugins

b) And in line-no:311, replace the below given code: #main-menu > ul > li > a:hover, #main-menu > ul > li:hover > a { color: 987654;}
2) Get into your “wp-content/themes/soulmedic/style.css” and in line-no:493, remove the background of the ”.breadcrumb-section”.
b) For making font-size smaller, in line-no:497, you can reduce the size of the font in ”.breadcrumb h1”.

1) Please let us know the exact page link and the button for which you need to change the colors, so that we can help you better.
2) a) Add the otf, eot,woff and ttf files to the fonts folder
b) Call the fonts in the css file font-awesome.min.css
c) Add your font to wp-content/themes/soulmedic/framework/google_fonts.php
d) Now you can have the font listed in the buddha panel -> appearance section.

I’m having trouble using font awesome icons (such as “icon-plus-sign”). I can switch between the ones shown on the live preview of the theme but it doesn’t seem to want to recognise other ones. Also, is it possible to use an image instead of a font awesome icon?

When clicking a menu item (mobile site) the subitems expandign down. because I have more as 8 subitems, some of them is not coming on screen. Thats not a problem, the problem is that you can’t scroll down for other subietems or items their under.
Hope you can provide me the correct info this time, because the problem is now longer as 2 weeks

2) Accordion slider is an external plugin, we do provide only layerslider and revolution slider with our theme. Also, we have not tested the accordion slider with our theme.

Good morning, I bought Soulmedic. After I upgraded Wordpress. Now your plugin “DesignThemes Features Core Plugin” is no longer active. It is no longer the icon of the plug-in fronthand to create and edit pages. I have verified that the plugin was activated. But the plugin in the list appears to be active. I do not know how to do. Hello, the shortcut button on the editor disappeared after the last WP update so I updated the theme (following instructions I found in the comments). When I try to install the “Designthemes Core Features plugin” it says the URL is wrong and I can’t proceed. It’s looking for a zip that doesn’t exist on the server. I’ve had to restore the site back to the older version just to get it all working again. Any idea what went wrong? Thanks.
Nevermind, figured it out. I had updated the core theme but was running the child theme, so it was looking within the child theme for the designthemes-core-features.zip. All fixed!

I can’t seem to get the Gallery to Work Correctly. I can upload images and everything, but when you click on the expand icon to redirect you to display the images and the rest of the content it loads up a page: “404” Error.
