Hi! I’m interested in buy the theme, but I have some questions before. About the homepage: - It allows to put more than a video in the same screen? (whitout a slider). For example 4 videos in one slide - How many captions and buttons can I put in the same slice?

If I clearly understand your first pre-sale question, you can have multiple videos in the same page via the video element (Visual Composer), side by side, without creating a slider. About your second question, the Parallax slider of Reload provides one title, one caption and one button per slide. However, the Revolution slider is bundled with Reload in case you like something more advanced.

All these plugins will probably work with Reload but you’ll have to change something in the css to make the new elements be cohesive with the rest of the layout. It’s just a matter of appearance (css) and not a matter of compatibility. Unfortunately, we are not able to test and support every plugin.

Hi there,
for some reason, my website is not working properly on Google Chrome on a Mac. The fonts are wrong, showing some kind of Times, instead of the regular, san serif one. And symbols are replaced by squares.
It only happens on chrome/mac. Safari, Internet Explorer and Chrome/pc are okay.
Do you have any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

Section lacks heading. Consider using h2-h6 elements to add identifying headings to all sections.

Reload had no errors ( checked in http://validator.w3.org/ ) until recently. “Section lacks heading” is something new, we will check this out and fix it in our next update. To better understand this, you can check in http://validator.w3.org/ many other themes which have the same error.

We’re happy you like our theme so much! Reload’s header is always sticky (except mobiles). Additionally, Reload uses fixed backgrounds instead of parallax, mainly for performance reasons.

About the plugins, we are sure that Reload wil not be broken if you install them but we cannot guarantee you support for these. To be honest with you, we are not going to integrate these plugins in Reload since we haven’t tested them until now.

First of all I love this theme!!! I have a question regarding a blog filter. I want to place this reaction at your support system page however when I want to place it I get the reaction “The URL you’ve entered is not valid.”. I have purchased the theme and have a valid Item Purchase Code. Can you help me with that?
The question I have is: I would like to create a category filter at my masonry blog page. The same kind of filter that is possible at the portfolio page. I hope this is possible!:)

In the download package there is a folder named Sample Content. In this folder you will find the dummy-content.xml file to import the demo content of Reload (images are not included). Install the Wordpress importer and import the provided xml file.

About the tagline underneath the logo that you are asking, it isn’t an out of the box functionality of Reload. However, someone could easily make a logo image with a title (in the image).

They’re simply pre-sales questions. I already had the idea of adding it to the logo but having it changeable via a text box option like other themes have is much more ideal.

Is there a way to make a visual composer element’s position fixed?
I’d like an image to scroll with the user as they scroll down reading. I’ve tried adding fixed positioning to the CSS of the image but it hasn’t helped.

Yes, you can have a background image with fixed position as you can see in the homepage of Reload’s preview (row with testimonial). Check this screenshot from the backend of our builder as well.

Thanks that is helpful but I’d like to apply the image only to one side of a row. So on the left side of the row there’s text, and on the right side there’s a static image that scrolls with the text you read.

Thanks, great. Now one additional question: I noticed that on the mobile version of it, the navigation menu in the header is not sticky, so when you scroll down, you have to scroll up again to navigate. Is there an easy way to make it sticky?

Hi, thanks for a great theme, it really does look teriffic. I have one question please: ould you tell me please if its possible to have multiple email recipients in the header options?
I tried to do this with comma separated adresses in the field but seem to have broken it a bit as I got this message at the top of the screen

Without a header, but with a footer. Essentially it would be the whole page. The image would be the page background with text boxes over it on the right side.
