Hi, when will Visual Composer be updated to latest version?
Hi, that information may be important to someone thinking about purchasing X, as I assumed this was the full plugin. You have this information only available to members so it is kind of counter intuitive in that regard since someone has to purchase to enter the member area.
It is on our listing as well. You can see it by scrolling down to the Page Builder section, and I have also posted it here.

I understand that.. Nowhere does it say it will not match the standard version in updates etc. Either way, just giving you the perspective of someone who has purchased it off the info given. Have a good one

Hi, I need a quick help.
I’m trying to embed a video on page with the foillowing code but it’s not working:

Hi Themeco, I understand that the team is comfortable helping in forum.but i need your help here. I’m working for my client. I need to ask for purchase code, username etc and he may think that I’m not good at wordpress and its time consuming matter. Can you please just answer why the video not showing ? Here is his site: http://sirensite.com/ and its very simple work. So I cant dare to ask for anything else from him.
Your opening/closing quotation marks look incorrect around 560, 315, src, and frameborder. They need to be open on the left and closing on the right.

No one told me about the update, I didn’t get any notification. Even in wordpress everything is updated automatically, while Theme X stayed on 1.8.4. I had to re-download it again and upload it to wordpress.
And I found out that every time I upload theme X to wordpress I get errors and wordpress stops working. tried other themes and all worked fine

There is a checkbox in your ThemeForest account that you must check in order to be notified of theme updates. Also, while most themes do not have automatic updates, it is something we are looking into.
With regards to how to update, we have instructions on updating your themes and plugins in our member area here. If you haven’t registered for access yet, you can do so here.

I’m intrested in this theme, specifically the ethos2 option siuts my interests. But before purchasing, is there a way i can keep the same display of the imgs but separated into different sections, not in one scroll?

When I add the link of my RSS Feed into the customizer (under social) the RSS feed will show in the topbar next to my facebook and twitter icon. However, when I log off and visit my website the RSS icon is gone. Do you know what’s going on here?

Just purchased this theme. I like it so far and am very experienced working with all kinds of themes. My only surprise so far and a huge feature request in an update would be to provide more support for blog pages? There is zero way that I can find to create a blog page that shows post in any way except default WP settings? Very strange for a theme with this many custom options. No way to show only a particular category on different pages, or filter them in any way. Also no custom widgets. Love the layout support though.

With regards to the blog layout, there are numerous configurations you can make (wide, skinny, boxed, not boxed, set to a certain pixel, etc) in addition to a standard or masonry layout. These elements can also be used together so you could have a skinny, masonry blog or a wide, standard blog. You can also turn off meta information on blog posts should that be desirable. Our latest Stack, Ethos, also has multiple featured image options for blog posts that provide very unique configurations for images based on the size of your blog set in the Customizer. You can check out more about the unique Stack features here (click on the different Stacks to be taken to a page that explains the unique features of each). Categories can be viewed individually by default, so we haven’t yet seen a need to make that available from pages. Are there any other specific examples? To be honest this isn’t something we’ve had requested before. We certainly appreciate the feedback, and it will be taken into consideration for future development. In most cases we look for trending requests before pursuing an implementation.

Thanks for the very quick response- love that! Your theme has more layout options than I’ve ever seen for sure and I have hundreds of themes from TF and custom ones too. What I was referring to was instead of just setting the blog page by default WP settings, have a way to place a filter inside that blog page. Ie; I want to possibly use this for a dentist website. He wants to have blog pages within his site for different subjects. Ie; one blog page that talks only about dental implants. Another page entirely that only shows posts inside the sedation dentistry subject. With your theme, I’m not seeing any way to only show posts from one particular category in the visual composer shortcodes or anywhere. Maybe I’m missing it? Also, would love a way to show social icons in the top bar as well (not the click-to-open top widget area)- feature request for future.
Actually, I’m seeing those social icons can go in the top bar- just haven’t figure out how to do it and it’s not in the documentation. I want to do this at the topbar: http://theme.co/x/demo/renew/9/
Found it- I had background of topbar set to white, so they did not show. Yikes. Learning Curve. Thank you for a really unique and different theme. Finally!

It sounds like you are talking about categories and simply filtering by a category. This is very easy to do by organizing your posts in different categories then placing links to just those category archive pages in the navigation.

Question: In this demo: http://theme.co/x/demo/icon/4/ What is the header font used? It’s gorgeous. Looks like Helvetica Neue but not sure. Cufon or Google Font?
Think it looks like Playfair Display, but how did you get the caps to work in all caps but smaller and larger format? Larger but all caps?

I am 100% completely new to doing anything involving setting up an internet site! I want to start a blog. I have already got a domain name and a hosting service. I have downloaded wordpress but don’t really like any of their themes. I want something that is more customizable.
My question: for a total noob like me, who knows nothing about anything technical, including the terminology (!) 
is X a good theme for me and is there enough support to help me? I don’t know anything about HTML or CSS or anything like that.

Installed Integrity Child theme because I use Hebrew RTL but got some issues regarding RTL:
1. When in mobile version the menu is still LTR – the Home is on the bottom. 2. The prompt icon is far from the button text 3. Most of the built in texts etc comments, read more, submit is still in English. I know I can change this using css but there must be fast way to translate everything (I didn’t understand from the Knowledge Base how to localize theme =\ ) 4. Most Google fonts doesn’t support Hebrew, and there are no “Regular” fonts like Arial or Tahoma. Should I just css customize it?
Could you help me sort it out? Thanks!

Hi there! For two days ago I could log into your support site by using the purchase code. Is your theme compatible with the Optimize Press plugin? I’d like to check before purchasing this theme.

Our policy related to 3rd party plugins is that unless they are integrated into the theme in some way (Revolution Slider, Gravity Forms, etc) then we do not provide official support for them. The implementation, customization, and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise are the customers responsibility. Technically speaking, since X was developed according to development best practices, any well developed 3rd party plugin should play nicely with X, however due to the virtually limitless nature of things that can and often times do go wrong with software, we can’t support something that we have not first developed or integrated into the theme.

The cost is a one-time fee for a single use, so if you wanted to use X on say 3 sites you would simply purchase 3 regular licenses.

I would like to know if I can purchase this theme, and install it on a testserver, play with it – and then install it on our live server after we’ve deleted it from the testserver.
Or would I have to buy two licenses – one to test/learn, and one to actually run our site from?
A single license would be fine as it is only being used on one domain. If you wanted to use X on more than one domain concurrently, you would need to purchase multiple licenses.

As we are compatible with WPML, we do provide the base .po file for our customers to translate into other languages (the end result being the .mo file).

Ok, so I suppose that, in my case (portuguese from Portugal) I only need to save the file as pt_PT.po and pt_PT.mo? Will it work? If so I’ll buy one!
We simply provide the base .po file, so regretfully we can not provide guidance on what time would be involved beyond that as each language is different. The .po file will provide you with the necessary starting point.
