I really like your theme and just have a few pre-purchase questions:
I’m planning on using the website as a blog, so the blog will be the homepage. Can I adjust the settings so a full post shows on the homepage, not just part of the post? Also, if I plan to embed a soundcloud player into posts will the player also show on the homepage. Therefore a user can click the play button from the homepage and not need to “read more” or “view post” in order to play.
Logo – I like how your logo is faded. Does the template allow for that effect on our logos?
The circular social media icons and blog page #1 (1, 2,3) can those be changed to another shape? Or have the circle removed?

1. Yes, you can adjust blog template for your home page where you can set it to be full post template. Whole post content is rendered with this template which means that sound cloud player will also be rendered.
2. No, our theme doesn’t have such option, we have created our logo to be like that in Photoshop
3. If you are referring to social share icons on blog posts that can be changed with some simple custom css with which we can help.

Store, Product Display… Is there a way to display the store items differently…without major css changes? For example, having a details view in product search instead of big pictures. The products I am putting in are not very much picture or visual oriented.

9 color schemes are only examples of colors that we have selected for demo purposes. All those colors can be edited with color picker elements in theme options.

We have custom css field available in Select Options -> General Options page where you can write your own css.
Another way is to install and activate child theme and write your styles in style.css file of your child theme. All changes to the theme should be done via child theme so you can update your theme without losing your changes

Incredible theme. Love it. I have a few questions regarding the header:
1) Can you recommend the ideal sizes for the Header Height as per your demo hazel2-2. If I leave them blank, my logo appears very small despite being saved at the same size as yours?
2) How I do get the image at the top of pages such as http://demo.select-themes.com/hazel2-2/some-info-about-us/ In my theme, the menu bar is always on a white background (apart from homepage) regardless of what header style I choose?

Sorry, don’t have the opportunity to wait through ticksy. Is there a way to make the entire QODE slider clickable? Users keep clicking everywhere on the slider except the button, both on mobile and desktops, even if you write on the button to click there.

custom coding is necessary in order to achieve this effect. You can do this with child theme where you need to override slider shortcode in child theme functions.php file. Slider shortcode is located in hazel/includes/shortcodes/shortcodes.php file. Note that you need to remove all links inside of slide in order to have your html valid.

Hi, I am having 2 problems. One is that the sub-pages on my menu are not dropping down and the other problem is the page titles are being strangely hyphenated/abbreviated/spaced meaning that the titles have hard returns in them and the words are being broken up… similar to justifying text. but with no hyphen. i don’t want it to hyphenate or justify. just center.

I bought this theme. I have tried to install it multiple times, and it comes up saying that it doesn’t work and to try again. I am soooo frustrated. I think this theme is beautiful, and Im excited to have it! It will only install the child .zip file, not the parent!!!!! What am I doing wrong here? I have searched the contents of the .zip file many times, and can’t figure out if I am trying to install the wrong thing? What exactly do i need to do?

First you need to install parent theme and after you have that installed you can install and use child theme. Error that you are getting is caused by trying to install child theme without parent theme first being installed.

Hello there! I have a question with the theme though. How do you change the blog post layout to look like this? So when you click into the individual post, it’ll have the logo and the menu on the top with a white background then a nice large feature photo/picture showing below it followed by the rest of the contents?

After I’ve used this plug in, I tried to re-import Norah and checked ALL but none of the default pages showed up. It says page not found!
So, I uninstalled hazel.zip theme, uploaded my Wordpress XML package of all my original posts, and re-installed Hazel theme, hoping that would do the trick. Nope. Didn’t work a bit. I tried uninstalling Hazel again, re-install, but still no default pages.
How do I get the default pages back?

Are I’m allowed to use the Lisa Version and publish it LIVE? Is any of the images licensed or am I allowed to use it? Any copyright issues here? I want to use it for a starter ground and then build unto it with customization and own text.

Regarding Lisa version, yes you can use it and publish it.
Regarding images, yes they are licensed, we bought all our images on http://www.shutterstock.com/ so if use them, you need to buy them again.
Bottom line, you can import our demo and use it, but you have to buy or use your own images.

Yes you can. Our recommendation is to import Brigitte Gold example and after that, you can just manually create that showcase slider (it is shortcode which you can put on top of page).

It will not effect on your seo, only inseted menu items (pages) will effect on seo. What is in admin is not important for google indexing, only that is rendered on frontend.
