Hello! The theme is amazing. 
The only problem I have is that I couldn’t find any demo-content.xml file into the download package….can you please indicate me where to find it? Or eventually send it to me via email?

For your information, the theme comes up with ONE CLICK DEMO INSTALLATION which can be found at Dashboard > Theme Options > General tab.
That killer feature will help you to implement demo just by clicking a button.
