I’m an owner of the theme. Is there a way to have an audio file play when you arrive on a page, such as if you wanted to play background music or a narration? I saw in the support document about doing an audio post, but I’d prefer to not have to show a blog post on the page (at least not prominently) in order to have some audio play. Thanks for any insight!

We don’ have such option in theme. But, you can set Qode Slider with one video slide on home page, and we could show you how to enable audio for video slide. In that way, you video will be played on homepage with audio when someone arrives on site.
Or, maybe you could find some other solution, maybe some plugin can do it, you should search for it a little.

You can override blog template in child theme. Or it could be done via custom css with ‘pointer-events:none’ property. On which blog template do you mean?

I created a one page website on http://koll3kt.mustmedia.nl/
There I have 2 portfolio lists. The top portfolio (named Lookbook) has a show more functionality. The bottom portfolio (named favorite Staff Picks) must show all portfolio items.
What goes wrong? If I push the Show More button on the top portfolio list doesn’t show me more items. Instead of that the bottom portfolio suddenly shows the items I want to see in the top portfolio list

I’m currently experiencing an issue where upon clicking on the logo in the header, the page gets stuck with the AJAX loading icon (the header and menu are still visible).
How can I resolve this issue?
I have noticed the issue is related to Yoast SEO and json, disabling the Yoast SEO plugin corrects the issue but this is not really a viable fix. How can I fix the issue permanently?

This is happening from the latest update of the Yoast plugin. They have added some js script with json, which causes js error on all ajax calls.

Hi, having trouble with the Contact Us page. when I choose to leave the field “Subtitle” empty your theme keeps showing the text “Say Hello! Don’t be shy.” above the form. I don’t want to show anything in this field.

You could use some font generator toll, convert it to use it on site. After that you could copy those files in theme folder and include them via custom css field. Than you can use them for desired elements.

Fantastic theme – well done! I have purchased the theme and am using tabs extensively through my site. I need to be able to include links on pages and menus to specific tabs and their contents (on other pages) ie. when I click the link from somewhere in the site, the target page displays with the desired tab opened (not the default or first tab). How do I do this?

Unfortunately it is not possible. You could create links to get you to another page and scrolls you to desired row with that tabs, but not to open specific tab.

You need to set the set width template first for the page you are editing. After that, when you adding row, you need to set it to be ‘full width’ type also.

Contact page can’t be full width (except the map).

I’d REALLY REALLY like to be able to apply the” Floating Sidebar” that you have for Portfolio items in regular pages where I’m used Right or left sidebars. Can you tell me how to accomplish this? I’m sure there are other plugins but you already have the JS logic to do it, I don’t want to bloat my site with redundent JS/plugins – I just don’t have the JS tech savvy to figure it out.

In the contemporary art demo right below the header you have 8 pictures (2 rows of 4 columns) that have a magnifying glass, but on click it goes to lightbox NOT portfolio. What short code/element is that?
Disregard. I assume it’s image gallery. But I do have another question. I want a series of images that appear like the portfolio list but I DO NOT want the “view” option. So on click I don’t want the image to link to a blog post (portfolio post), but just to light box or nothing. Can that be done?
