Hi I am using http://codecanyon.net/item/sweet-wordpress-testimonials/3590272 plugin for testimonials. After Avada theme update this plugin is not supporting this theme. When i activate the plugin it changes the look of the main menu. I think its having some conflict. Can u Tell me a solution.

We’ve not used that plugin and unfortunately cannot guarantee compatibility. I would first recommend contacting the plugin author to see what they say. But it has not been updated in over a year so most likely we will not be able to do anything for that. But its worth a shot to contact them and see.

2. You can enter a custom featured image size for each post. The single post page has a set size for the featured image, this will depend on if you use a sidebar or not. If your image is smaller then that size, then it will be blown up. Hi,
I’m struggling with a problem that my website loads very slow (it takes about 9 seconds to load the home page). All my images are resized to 90-100kb, so I don’t think that this is causing the problem. I checked the speed of my website (where I got 29 out of 100 scores which is very low) and saw this advice: Defer parsing JavaScript to reduce blocking of page rendering. I’m not good with the technical part, but as far as I understood (that was mentioned in the speed test) that revolution, flex and layer sliders are causing this problem. Is there any way to delete those sliders completely or might you have any other idea how I can solve this problem? You should be getting much higher scores than that. And yes that error is “mostly” from the slider plugins, but should not cause that low of score. Those slides (only layer and rev) are plugins so you can simply deactivate them and not use them.

Hi, I am trying to configure the single product sidebar like in your demo and I can’t find the option to do that.
I can do it product by product by I have 500 products so I need a way to do it for all the products.

Those are all woocommerce widgets so you will need to use those. I dont think you can show 500 products in your sidebar though. Here is a screenshot of the ones we use in that sidebar, one of them is a text widget with our woo featured products element, http://d.pr/i/17kSH

Hi and thanks for your reply. I think you miss understood me as i was asking for how to add a sidebar for woocommerce single products view like you have in your demo. I have searched through the forum and i couldn’t find any solutions.
Ah I see, my mistake!
Each page or post can have a sidebar added. Edit the page or post and look in the Fusion Options box, there is a sidebar tab where you can select a sidebar 1 or sidebar 2.

Hi, thanks again for your reply but i guess you still didnt get my question. I know i can select a sidebar for individual products or pages but what about if i want to select the same sidebar for all the 1000’s of products i have on woocommerce without having to go one by one? I can’t find the products page for individual products that is why i am asking this question. Thanks.

Ok yes I’m missing the question then, it seemed you wanted to know how to add a sidebar to a product. I didn’t know you wanted to do add a global sidebar to all your products. not a worry, see below!
Currently there is not an option to do that globally, but we are going to be adding one soon, in the next few updates.
Right now though, you can use the custom bulk field editor plugin to edit the products in batches so you do not have to do it one by one. See this post, it has an item for woo products, just change out the name of the sidebar for the one you want to apply. http://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/update-sidebars-bulk/

Is it possible to have a static image and a contact form instead of the sliders?
So static image top left under the menu bar and contact form top right under the menu bar.

Beauty Theme.
When I add a bottom shadow to an image, save it. View the site, it looks good. A few changes tho the site within a few minutes, the shadow is gone. Fusion Builder doesn’t seem to want to save my changes. This is happening on all images I set Bottom Shadow to. Hummm….

Yes, I am using the image frame element. Out of the box I have chosen Home 13 as my home page. I’ll head on over to the support form to post. Hope it doesn’t get buried in there though. I like the effect and would like to use it.

Currently, I move my site from dkmtkm.gr to its final server: http://mined.physics.auth.grI use the last version of Avada, and the last known version of wpml.
Well, I face the following:
1. The english pages are totally different from the greek ones. The header is destroyed. Please take a look (all the pages have the same problem): http://mined.physics.auth.gr/synergies/ vs http://mined.physics.auth.gr/el/synergies/2. The background is totally diffrent between the greek and the english version.
3. I ave not found how to enlarge the letters of the header. 4. I want to set the green line, I set in the english Home page, which now is under the slider, above the slider, in the same position as in the same line in the other pages.

Currently there is not an option for a side header/menu like that. We do have a side navigation page, but the header elements will still be up top. http://theme-fusion.com/avada/advanced-admin-panel/side-navigation/
You could disable the header and menu up top on any page, but ideally what you need is to be able to position the entire thing on the left or right. This is something we are going to add in the future, but cannot give a timeframe for that yet.

Just to communicate that after translation completely made to portuguese and .php files manually translated, I really don’t know why, the “read more” link on blog posts (like timeline, grid, etc) is not translating. I would advise to generate a new short code with the builder or generator and user the image and width options. Your shortcode above is an older one that did not have the options. Below is the new one.
Make sure to leave icon= field blank, then insert your image URL in image= and the width and height of it also.
