Is MasterSlider compatible with Kleo Theme? Would I be able to add it using the visual composer to a page?
Hi, We haven’t tested it but it should work. I guess they should make a small code to include it in the Visual composer interface but if it isn’t included you can add it as a shortcode

Topics can be created from front. Forums are added by your from back-end. Groups also can be created from front.

Hi, Excellente theme. I just want to know how to put Rev Slider full width (below the menu). I just can’t get it to show there. It shows inside the home page but not in top of the main page.
To make it show from the top of the page you need to edit your homepage and in Theme General Settings – Display settings – Enable transparent menu

I am seriously considering purchasing KLEO, and want to create a niche social media site. First question is, can members of the site create posts that show up on the Pinterest-like page, or is that only an admin ability? Second question is, If I choose the Community theme for my overall layout, can I still have a Pinterest-like page on the site that users to contribute to? Thanks for your time!
Hi, Users can posts from their profile if you install Social Articles plugin and they will also appear in your site where you can use shortcodes to show the articles.
All the demos/pages are created with the same theme and are just for showcase so you can have all the pages in one install if you want.

To whom this may concern,
I recently purchased your theme, and have had a hard time uploading your demo content. I have plenty of experience with wordpress, and after importing your .xml data like the installation video shows, I am left with only 7 pages out of the 20+ pages you all show on your demos.
After contacting the support forum I was directed to a page where I can soppy .txt data and paste it into the classic editor to create the demo pages??? Please tell me this is a joke and you actually have a proper demo to import and get started.
I would like to get the complete demo.xml file please. I would not have purchase this theme if I new this where the case.

Hi, If you have imported the included .xml file that comes with the package inside the Demo content folder you will have more that 7 pages and you should the pages you see on the demo. Probably there was an error while importing the content. Let us know if you need any help

Great theme indeed…. I should purchase it soon, but I really do not understand the membership payment and all that, $10, $15 etc….please enlighten me. Does it mean that each user will pay those fees, or I would be responsible for the fees on behalf of the site monthly?
Hi, that is an example for how you can have your memberships on the site and means that your members can choose one of the package to pay it to you.

I want it to be possible for people who are not logged to view the forums and group discussions.
Groups and Forums dont appear unless you are logged in can you help me sort this out?

I’m using the new Pinterest layout and was wondering how to change it so that the blog posts aren’t featured on the homepage.
I would like to feature products from my store instead. Ideally, I would like to assign certain categories or just have the homepage feature all products by most recent products, most popular, etc (whichever I choose).

Lastly, the images in the mini sliders don’t work. Assuming I will be able to feature products from my store on the homepage, I’d like for the products to have multiple images in that mini slider (like the blog posts that are currently featured on the homepage.)
Hi, Instead of using the grid posts shortcode there you should use a shortcode from Woocommerce to display latest products. Those images should be replaced with your images by editing that post.

Hello, I have half sorted the bbpress forum problem out. The forum link on the profile menu send my users to mysite.co.uk/members/admin/forums which shows nothing to any of my users. i have created a hyperlink in the sidebar which goes to mysite.co.uk/forums/forum/main-forum which shows the index page of the forums i create. how do i redirect the link on the profile menu to the actual forums? thanks
Hi, depending on what you want to achieve you will need to edit buddypress templates included in the buddypress folder from the theme.
That link is generated by Buddypress and shows users forums. Try searching bbpress or buddypress resources on customizing this
I have no idea if theres a magic trick to this but i’ve tried emailing SeventhQueen, posting to their facebook and phoning – Every method failed. I cannot get my site to look even close to a Social Media site – its stuck as a blog and the support documents don’t help. And theres no way to ask for support.

Why won’t the home-2 logo show up?
In console, i get 403 error:

Although i have uploaded my logos and it shows up on simple home page template….

Hi, On the Default homepage we set up a custom logo you can change from Theme General settings – Display settings where you can set a custom logo for that page only
