Hi, This is a pre-purchase question: In your intro video I watch the text “Goodbye admin panel”. I’ve gotten used to using the Visual Composer tool. Do I have the chance to check what should I find instead of Visual Composer at the backend panel? Is there any website ready for testing?

I’ve looked through the knowledge base, I’m very fluent in visual composer and worked the last few hours in your customizer and CANNOT figure out how to make the vc rows full width like your demos! I’ve imported your demo content for the example I want and all, and nothing, I can’t get the content area to stretch 100% for background images.

I also set feature images for blog posts and the blog posts never resemble how they do in your demo. They just show up as the general title with no styling. How can I get your widget styling? Your theme doesn’t have custom widgets or anything so I’m lost here on how to get what I bought this for.

There is no widget styling for our blog posts as there is nothing special being done to those widgets. That is simply a Recente Posts Shortcode placed in the sidebar.

Shortcode, don’t know why I didn’t think of that. I figure the full-width content would be a quick fix. Its shown in your demo, why can’t I replicate it just baffles me.

Hi there, Really enjoying working with this theme so far. Quick question that I haven’t been able to find answered yet— is it possible to have the logo shown on some pages and not others? In the page attributes, if I choose the template with no header, my nav bar disappears. I want the nav bar, just not the logo on one certain page. Is this something stupidly easy that I looked over? Out of the box, you are correct that the blank templates are what you would achieve, however as you correctly pointed out their is not an option to simply hide the logo on certain pages (would require some customization). I tried to post this a few days ago, but don’t see it anywhere. I like the look and feel of “X”, and think it would work well for me. These are pre-purchase questions – I know these questions might seem simple and dumb, but I’m new to this and have never used a premium theme before. I have three (3) domains, all hosted on Hostgator. I’d like to use the “X” theme for the websites I’m going to build on all 3 domains. 1. Is the purchase price a one-shot deal, or are there annual renewals? 2. If I purchase the theme, can I install it on all three of my domains? – or will I have to make a separate purchase for each domain? 3. I plan to have some digital content on one of my sites. Can the “X” theme support streaming audio, videos, and audio (music) downloads (some free and some for purchase)?
Any insight you can give me would certainly be appreciated!

1) The purchase is a one time purchase for a single use, no additional fees required to use it.
2) You would need 3 regular licenses as the license is for a single use.
3) Yes, we have an Audio Shortcode that can integrate with Soundcloud. Beyond that, the best way to see what is possible out of the box with X would be to browse through all of our features.

Hmmm…I think I’m still a bit confused. When I make the purchase, how many licenses come with it? It sounds like I’d actually have to purchase the theme 3 times if I want to use it on 3 sites, correct? Maybe I’m not asking the right questions. But what I want to know is: what do I have to do to use the “X” Theme on all 3 of my domains/websites?

We are looking to upgrade an existing website for a client and I have one question. I have some products that are just part numbers, no need for details information and I would like to display these in a list table with on each line product number, name of product, type, formula, datasheet (link to pdf), measurements, price and add to cart. But I would also need the standard one page for each product for the other products. Is this possible with this theme? When I use the search function, it will bring up relevant stuff. But sometimes it brings up coding in the results here is what it will bring up:

But on the google webmaster toosl richsnippets its missing some hatom-feed
Missing required field “entry-title”. Missing required field “updated”. Missing required hCard “author”.
To fix this blog are saying i need to change some stuff in the single.php file, the problem is that i can not find the code where i need to replace it so my guess is that it is move to other files in this theme.

Having an issue with the responsive menu. When clicked the menu drops down, then disappears. Is this a known issue or do you think its got to do with some javascript conflict?

1) No, ads are quite easy to add and do not need a ad management system.
2) There are many different ratings checkers out there that check for many different things, and performance ultimately depends on what users add to and how they configure the content on their site (browser caching, image compression, etc). From a development point of view, we can say that benefits that we include on the theme’s end are the use of semantic HTML5 markup throughout the theme, industry standard SEO practices such as keeping main content before the sidebar, utilizing WAI-ARIA landmark roles for users with disabilities to easily navigate your site, et cetera. To further take advantage of “good SEO” it is recommended to use one of the popular, industry standard solutions for this such as Yoast or ALL In One SEO Pack that allow for more granular control of things like title tags, indexing rules, and so on.
To the extent that a theme can control “site speed,” we have also followed the same industry best practices for development. Page loads are handled in the most performant manner possible (and we’re always making adjustments to how this can be further improved should there be new and better development options). For example, certain scripts only get loaded when a shortcode exists on your page. While other themes will load all scripts into the theme, this method keeps things streamlined. Additionally, things like custom Google Fonts are loaded dynamically, meaning that only what you plan on using is loaded into the theme, keeping it free of bloat. We also provide a detailed knowledge base article in our member center about some of the many performance configurations users can and should do to their own X-powered sites to make them as fast as possible.
3) Our policy related to 3rd party plugins is that unless they are integrated into the theme in some way (Revolution Slider, Gravity Forms, Visual Composer, etc) then we do not provide support for them. The implementation, customization, and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise are the customers responsibility. Technically speaking, since X was developed according to development best practices, any well developed 3rd party plugin should play nicely with X, however due to the virtually limitless nature of things that can and often times do go wrong with software, we can’t support something that we have not first developed or integrated into the theme.

As explained on our listing, we use a customized version of VC within our theme and as such certain features and updated are not included due to how the plugin is used within the theme (for use with our Shortcodes). Our integrated version will always be updated to work within X, however from a support standpoint we do not support the standalone version just the one included with the theme.

You’re welcome…just as a point of clarity…We do update the plugin as needed for use within X, we simply don’t include certain updates and features of the standard plugin due to how VC is used within X and due to the fact that the plugin is created in a way to be customized on a theme by theme basis.
