Do you all have a full blown help desk system, where tickets can be entered, routed technicians, notify end users, etc. etc.? Something similar to freshdesk or bigwebapps, but for WordPress?

This is probably a silly question. I want to build a wiki site that functions the same way (almost replicates) Wikipedia or memory alpha with the ability for readers to log in and edit. As well as be able to post video, audio and images. Will this theme do that?

This theme looks great, but as earlier suggested by ChrisMooney to use the http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-wiki-plugin/ plugin to turn the theme into a wiki is not a great idea.

I purchased both this theme and the plugin and a main problem is that the home page that shows the different categories only shows the categories based on the design of the theme, not of the wikis. So they won’t show up on the home page under the different categories rendering the homepage pretty useless except for the search and the sidebar.

And as mentioned on this theme’s page, there is no support for integrating plugins. Unless you know PHP, probably best to save your money and find another theme.

I am also receiving the following error:

I removed all plugs, issue same. used different template, issue is gone.

Any idea?

This product contains the installer that it is equal to demo?

TIP: It might be beneficial to choose to only “Include” categories on the front end, instead of having to “Exlcude” categories. Every time you create a new category, you have to look up the category ID, and enter it in to the Theme Options. If you have a lot of categories, that becomes a pain.

Why not make an option to simply just only “Include” certain categories? This way every time you add a category, you don’t have to go back and edit the Theme Options every single time?

Just a thought.

No categories for FAQ’s? No tags? I have hundreds of FAQ’s, and from what I can tell the results page will show all of them at once, with no way to control the view. This is a UX(and UI) nightmare for the user.

I am now interested in your KnowHow theme and have a question, which relates to one of your testimonials. I will preface my question on the understanding that you do not support custom coding… but this is general one that I’m sure a lot of people would like to know the answer to.

1) on the http://www.insurancelibrary.com/ website homepage there is a section above the Knowledge base called – How it Works. Can a ‘block/section’ like this be added using the built in functionality of the theme or does it require custom coding?

2) on the http://www.insurancelibrary.com/insurance-quotes/ page there is a blue bar/strip with an image and dropdown box. Again, can such a ‘block/section’ like this (without the dropdown box functionality) be added using the built in functionality of the theme or does it require custom coding.

1.Can images, video clips, gallery and other elements be added to each post/article/page?
2. Can specific fields be added to the header of each post/article/page? For example, DOB, year, etc [similar to what wikipedia does on their bio pages].
3. Can a ratings system plugin be used, or is the feature on your roadmap?
4. Is your theme schema.org compliant?
