Hello – I’ve searched through the forums but couldn’t find anything, and it wouldn’t allow me to post a new topic. However, I am trying to inegreate Buddypress with Paid Membership Pro. I want to have a Basic User level (Free), and 4 Paid levels (Band, Fan, Corporate, Non-Profit – all with different capabilities and different registration questions), so each profile will need to be defined differently. How do I have a user register for a buddy press profile, but then force payment if they select one of the paid levels?

To have different reg questions then you will need to use a plugin like Gravity forms. To force payment based on some profile data you will need to extend theme functionality and make custom changes

I want my logo to appear like the “KLEO” logo on demo (transparent logo background) but whatever I triy it’s always the same: It has a white – or colored – background so it doesn’t seem as beautiful as I wish. Would you please advice?
Hi, edit that page you want to have the header transparent and go to Theme General Settings – Display settings and you have the option to change the logo and make transparent header

Hi, Yes you can use Woocommerce to sell products and the PMPRO plugin to have subscriptions.

Hi, that probably happens only on homepage. Change it by editing the page and going to Theme General settings – Display settings and remove the one we set there
It is on the homepage, but no entry on the Theme General -> Display (or a cleared text box) makes any difference as to what that element is trying to link to. It ultimately fails and displays the ‘no graphic’ graphic as its trying to link to an element on your site.
There you should have seen something like this to remove the custom logo http://cl.ly/Y4sq
Also check the default logo in THeme options – General
That entire tab is not visible in General under Theme Options
Please read what I said, it is not under Theme options but: “Change it by editing the page and going to Theme General settings – Display settings and remove the one we set there”

I don’t see author page, post author profile below the post and author page on the demo. Are they any? Because my website is having multi-author, so we’d like to have those features. If they aren’t there, would they to be included in the next version?

Can you send me exactly that pinterest image. Somehow I lost lots’ of content when I deleted all users and their content premanently. I also lost pages and posts which is really weird because I used admin to create every page, content. Maybe you had some demo content user which I deleted?

Hello, Cant find the files to translate to other language. Tested translate en_US.mo and .po but nothing happens..

don’t get it, hi again…. Lots of translations is weird. My buddy press and bbpress is all translated but there´s lots of wrong translations that doenst seems to be translated…help please.
for example…. menu items like “Profile”, “Change profile Photo”, “Groups” and many more. These are not translated.

Hi, Glad you figured it out. Basically in the theme you should only translate kleo_framework strings and then go an translate any other plugins installed.

1. It should work, there are probably some css styling that need to be done to make it fully compatible
2. We haven’t tested those plugins but we plan to make them compatible.
3. I guess you can since it should work with any theme

Hi, Your data should remain intact. if you switch themes then your site will look like the KLEO demo. You will need to apply customizations like custom logo, colors, etc. The pages are included and you can follow the examples to create your own page versions

Hello… its embarrassing… the answer I’ve found in the Forum did not solve my issue… maybe I’m lacking skills… anyway, it was: “The social section of the top menu is generated by a function called ‘kleo_get_social_profiles’ in /kleo/lib/theme-funtions.php. Copy that function into your /kleo-child/functions.php file and add the links you need.” I followed this and copied a section called “Get social profiles”, than I added a test link,like so: array('eye'),
array('Bogdan'),
, replacing the existing ones, but it had no effect. Please help. Thanks.

My colleague who has a KLEO license maintains that it doesn’t work with the plugin here: http://wpgeodirectory.com. I already have an Avada license which they have a child theme for, but I really like KLEO. I do not want to buy KLEO if I’m going to have issues with it as this is the project I need it for. Can you check the plugin with your theme please? I’m hoping to buy soon as we can confirm. I’m also willing to pay a little extra for a child theme if necessary. Thanks

i didnt follow. the equipment i want to rent will be listed as products. so the rental period would more likely be an attribute (eg: similar to “size”). but it would need a subscription plugin to keep track of past rentals, reminders etc, i suppose.
btw, i didnt get an answer to the membership plugin query. in your theme, regarding the membership plugin used – does it allow payment customization? can it have cash on delivery option?
Hi, For woocommerce subscriptions you should look for a plugin. Our membership included plugin allows you to add access levels which can be recurring but COD in not a default option. Try looking for info at their website http://paidmembershipspro.com/
