Pre-sale question: Why WooCommerce related pages look like mess when I try on mobile views? They seem responsive but in bad layout. I tested those pages on both iPhone and Android (Galaxy S4).

I just created a website with your template. Everything’s fine except that in some devices the menú doesn’t appear properly. I didn’t change or even add any other property to the css options for the responsive styles at all.

map doesn’t have control to set multiple location and correct zoom level and correct view

Yes you can set multiple locations in the map, check out the instructions next to the map address field, you need to use a | inbetween eahc one. Zoom level can also be set in the shortcode or in theme options > contact for the contact page map.

Do you all have a test bed for your theme? I have purchased several themefore themes but the best ones have the test install that makes it nice to know what I am getting in to.

What version of Avada are you on? I would suggest updating to v3.6.2 as we had a minor bug that caused the bkgd image to stop short. You can read about that here: http://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/avada-3-6-1-bg-image-stretching-full-window-height-small-pages/
If you are on 3.6.2 and see white space below the footer, then that is due to shorter page content and expected behavior.

Why theres no contact page 1 and 2 in the avada theme…but in the demo it was there

We have a contact page 1 and 2 on the demo, but only include one in the import because it is the same page, except one has a sidebar and one does not. The sidebars are a page option to select so there was not need to include both.

Yes you can do that too We cannot include those images as they are licensed. But its easy to do in theme options for contact page or in the map shortcode.
Select “custom” for info box styling: http://d.pr/i/gOQE
Then insert your image URLS in the custom marker icon field: http://d.pr/i/1d8aK
Like the address, you can insert multiple images by separating them with a |

For tabs and accordion, does the theme support hash tags? Also for tabs, does the theme support horizontal, full width, right, and left tabs?

Can you elaborate on what you are asking about hash tags?
The tabs do have a horizontal and vertical mode, and it can go full width or be contained in a column size. Currently there is not a left and right mode though.

When a tab is clicked, the url changes #tab name.
Also, do you think that you will add the left and right mode anytime soon? Or even Mega tabs?

Ah I see, not the URL is not changed when you click a tab. However you can link to a specific tab on a page if you need to from another page.
We could possible add left/right tabs, so far we’ve not had that request but should be an easy addition. So I’d say yes, but unfortunately could not say when that would be.
Probably not for mega tabs, at least not anytime soon.

i Purchased Avada theme some time ago and i see that there are some improvements, like the “themefusion Builder”. In my wordpress panel i do not see an automatic update for the theme: do I have to do it manually? Also, I don’t see the themefusion builder…

We added a theme auto-updater but only in v3.5. So if you are on an earlier version, you would need to download the theme from your downloads tab here on tF and upload it via FTP. once you are on a higher version that has the auto updater, then you can set it up and will be notified in your admin for future updates.

After looking at your demo, I’ve got a couple of more questions
I tried your demo-site on some mobile devices:
Most importantly: - Do you have a touch-enabled slider? - Is there a touch-enabled carousel?
The sliders/carousel don’t really support touch events. Some sliders/carousels just detect touch events and then run their own animation.
(What I’m looking for is the possibility to ‘swipe’ the slider as in a native app, like some photo-viewers).
- In the main-menu, I need to click the arrow-icon in order to navigate to a certain page. That’s not really good; do you plan to fix this?
- The product detail pages shows only tiny images on the iPad2, is this a css-oversight? (e.g. http://theme-fusion.com/avada/product/kitsune-tee-stripe-patch-zip-hoody/).
I really like the styling and design of the theme, but I do need touch-support (or swiping/flicking through carousels/sliders) and I’m wondering, if nobody asked for it ?

Yes the layer and rev slider are touch enabled, so is our Fusion Slider. Carousel sliders, like our product carousel or client slider are not touch enabled, but they have navigation buttons to easily navigate. For ex: http://d.pr/i/12L9z

Any menu item can also be a link, so if the menu item is a link to a page, how will you expand the section or open the link? Well, I can’t slide any of your sliders (I tried them all on iPhone and iPad). They somehow recognize touch events and then act upon that, but that’s not what I’d expect. Here’s an example on codecanyon, to illustrate what I mean:

Yes that example is exactly the same as ours.
Yes we will eventually add touch enabled to the carousels, however I cannot say exactly when that will be as it has not been highly requested, which I think is due to the UI since the nav buttons are always showing making it easy to navigate.

I’m not sure we’re talking about the same thing, so let me try like this: - Please visit the page I mentioned above from your mobile phone - Top the banner and keep your finger on it – now drag left and right -> The banner should follow your finger
I just tried with another iPhone5s – same behaviour (the slider works – more or less – like a button which detects in which direction my finger moved and then starts it’s animation)
I can’t get any of the sliders to follow my finger (since I haven’t bought the theme yet, I don’t know, if there are settings to enable this )

Yes we are talking ab out the same thing, there is only a difference in the “sliding” action, but your finger swipes the slider the same.

Your example shows a “sliding” action, ours is more of a “fade” but that can be easily changed in the Rev or Layer Slider or Fusion Slider
All the sliders I mentioned are touch capable, 100% positive of it.
Hey – thanks for the video; I was just about to do the same, but with a different result; For me that’s not the same at all
Here’s why: in my example, you can keep the finger/mouse on the slide and move left or right and the slide follows your finger (that’s what I meant). Your example shows, that it detects the touch-event’s direction, but what it does is not ‘sliding’ – it’s transitioning
So, now that we agree we talk about the same thing: Is it possible to use the slider as in my example? Or would it be possible to replace the used slider with – let’s say, the iOSslider? I’m sorry to keep harping on that, but that’s currently the major thing that keeps me from switching to your theme… (sliding carousels would be next :))

Yes that is exactly it, its just a different transition As stated, you can change the transition, currently it is set to fade on that example in my page. However I’m not sure and cannot guarantee that it produces that exact effect of sliding the image back and forth, but the main idea is to be able to control the slider with your finger swipe.
These sliders (*layer and rev) are the same ones used pretty much in most themes here. Search for them on code canyon to see their original demos and ask their authors if that specific effect is included. I’m not sure. I assumed the whole point was swiping it with your finger
You can use the iOS slider if you want, but that will be something you have to incorporate on your end. Anything can be added or customized with the theme.

On a different note, we have it on our list to change out our carousel script, and iOS slider is the top replacement on our list at the moment. I cannot say when that would be done, and cannot guarantee it will be the iOS slider, but eventually it will be changed to a touch friendly script.

We’ve not had a new update yet Our next update is already determined and is just undergoing the changes and testing. This item we are discussing here (iOS Slider, carousels) has not been locked into an update yet. While I will try to get it in sooner than later, it is still going to be some time from now, and unfortunately I cannot promise when that will be. It depends on a few factors. But it is on our list

ok – now it’s been a while and I tried again on your demo-site.
I seems you still have no dedicated touch-enabled slider/carousel, which is able to nicely swipe and follow my finger (like in any current photo-catalog).
Or did I miss something? (I peeked through all your demos, but haven’t found anything).
Just in case there’s nothing like that: How hard would it be to integrate something like the open-source Swiper (http://idangero.us/swiper/) as Avada component? This one does all I need!
