Hi, I want to use your theme in developing a website for a client with which a have a barter with and I want to take some precautions. So I will make the website with avada theme installed on server A ( client’s server) but I want the website to be dependend on server B ( my server) in order to run. The question is this , can I have some files ( php,js,css etc.) on server B ? so in order for the website to work it needs the files stored on server B that cannot be copied or transfered to server A. Thanks.

HI, Nice theme.I have a problem with theme language. I copied the ja_JP.mo and ja_JP.po file in to the /wp-content/theme/Avada/language folder, and set my site language into Japanese. But nothing changed. Frontend is always English. Anything wrong? PS:My Wordpress is Japanese Version 4.0.

If all was set correctly, it could be cache (server, plugin, browser). Check those 3 areas.

Hi! Loved this theme! Only a question! Is there a way to make the lightbox show a different image? I mean, when you click on the preview of any portfolio post, I would like the lightbox to show another imagen. Is that possible?

Hmm that is not possible with the portfolio out of the box, it would take some code adjustments. However, if you use the regular lightbox shortcode, you can choose to do that. The shortcode can be used on any page or post, but it cannot replace the actually portfolio featured images.

My Avada theme doesnt have the Fusion Builder, why?

The FB was only added in v3.6 so you need to be running that version or higher.
Also, make sure you have Fusion Core plugin installed as well.

where can I get the Fusion Core Plugin?
Im already running v3.6
Never mind Fusion Core is installed and activated but the FB still not showing
As long as you are on 3.6 or higher, the FB will show if Fusion Core is installed.
The only other thing it cna be is in theme options > advanced there is an option to disable fusion buildler, see if that is checked.
If is is still not working, we need you to post on our forum so we can get login info and see what is going on.

Each menu text can have an icon next to the text, but for only icons it would require some code edits.

I am using the Image Carousel & want to open the image with light box but it opens in a new window & not in light box … It works properly on my pc but when I switch to my iphone the light box does not work & opens the images in a blank new page.

For mobile, there are options to enable or disable the lightbox on mobile. Go to theme options > lightbox and make sure it is enabled for mobile devices.

Fusion Slider slides go by the date created, so you can use a plugin like Post Type Order to manually reorder via drag and drop, or simply edit the date into the order you wish to have.

Is it possible to site the flip boxes to a standaard height? It now set the height according to the text that is set at the backside ( what I need is 5 flip boxes with 1 height independent of the text that is on the back side)

You could do this with some code customizations, but it is not our default setup. The boxes will adjust based on the content, that is done so no content is cut off, and also so the padding around the content stays consistent. The best thing to do will be to adjust the content on the inside to be a similar length.

Hmmm you can insert arrows like that with teh section separator or even the regular font awesome icon, but they will not have a paramater to scroll to a different section of the site.
This could be done however with out one page text link shortcode element: http://d.pr/i/12whF
It allows for text or an image via HTML to have the one page scroll effect to a different part of the page.

What version are you on? Make sure it is 3.6.2 as we had to adjust some areas for non-responsive mode recently.
Also, if you are only resizing the browser window then you will still seem some adjustments, because the layout is built on percentages (%). However, if you view it on any mobile device, it will show the fixed layout.

The blog grid will have this similar effect, we do not have a masonry type layout “yet” but will at some point, but the blog grid can be 1-6 columns and will allow auto loading as you scroll down.

I am trying to add an image to my mega menu which is 2 columns, plus a third which will house the image. Where do I do this at and link it correctly?
Update… I set up the portfolio widget as the widget Ill use for the image column. My issue now is that I do not want it to link to a page, post, etc. How do I assign the widget then without it being a link, similar to your “shop” demo mega menu where it says “widgetized”

The portfolio widget will always link, I would just use a regular text widget and insert the image that way. Yo can choose where the link goes for the image, or no image at all.
