Hi there, quick question, when you install demo data, does that change admin login details. After I installed demo data & logged out, now I can’t login with my details.

No it will definitely not change any usernames or credentials, it is only for theme data. I’d contact your hosting provider if that changed and you did not do it, something else may be going on.

It could be done, but would require code adjustments. We use font awesome right now, and then we also have our own icomoon font for theme icons.

I am interested in purchasing this theme, but have a question. Does it include an option for the user to save posts or items, for referencing later? For example, saving items from the store they may be interested in purchasing in the future? Or can select blog posts be saved to view later without having to search for them?

There is not a built in feature for that. For shop products, there are “wishlist” plugins you can use that allow your viewers to save products. Eventually we are going to be adding one of these built in.
For blog posts, I would recommend using the browser for that, many offer a “reading list” type of feature that allows the viewer to save a post or page to read later.

Hi there, Theres a serious bug in your fusion page builder. I have a page where I have created a few columns 1/5. I tried to change each of these columns to 1/6, when I did this and saved the page it came back with “undefined” for each of the columns! I have to keep going back to an older revision of the page which is very annoying, how can I fix this?

We are fixing this in our next version. However for now, add the columns as 1/6 to begin with from the top column area, instead of having them 1/5 and changing them to 1/6. That will work.

We cannot reproduce that on our end, the only known bug is changing 1/5 to 1/6, which is now fixed on our end and will be released in 3.7. I’ve not seen anyone out of everyone on the forum reporting anything else. We would need to see your site and investigate on our forum.
The forums is how we handle support, reply times are much lower than you think, yesterday and today its only been 5-7 hours. We cannot handle support via email, it is not viable or efficient for our user base. The forum is open to all users and anyone can view it. We have a team of 7 who work it daily.

Are you talking about on the front end? If so that is probably just your last= setting for columns. Edit the column, and make sure that the last column is set to last=yes and all the other ones in the row are set to last=no.
If that is set correctly, and it still happens, we need you to post on our forum to assist.

Hi, Awesome theme ! Can I keep the sticky header but disable the animation ? Meaning menu should remain on top but not bounce on scroll down … Thanks !

Currently there is not an option to disable the animation, it can be done but would take several code adjustments. However, in a future update we are looking at adding an option for it, and also modifying the animation.

Hi, I want to use your theme in developing a website for a client with which a have a barter with and I want to take some precautions. So I will make the website with avada theme installed on server A ( client’s server) but I want the website to be dependend on server B ( my server) in order to run. The question is this , can I have some files ( php,js,css etc.) on server B ? so in order for the website to work it needs the files stored on server B that cannot be copied or transfered to server A. Thanks.

HI, Nice theme.I have a problem with theme language. I copied the ja_JP.mo and ja_JP.po file in to the /wp-content/theme/Avada/language folder, and set my site language into Japanese. But nothing changed. Frontend is always English. Anything wrong? PS:My Wordpress is Japanese Version 4.0.

Hi! Loved this theme! Only a question! Is there a way to make the lightbox show a different image? I mean, when you click on the preview of any portfolio post, I would like the lightbox to show another imagen. Is that possible?

Hmm that is not possible with the portfolio out of the box, it would take some code adjustments. However, if you use the regular lightbox shortcode, you can choose to do that. The shortcode can be used on any page or post, but it cannot replace the actually portfolio featured images.

My Avada theme doesnt have the Fusion Builder, why?

The FB was only added in v3.6 so you need to be running that version or higher.
Also, make sure you have Fusion Core plugin installed as well.

where can I get the Fusion Core Plugin?
Im already running v3.6
Never mind Fusion Core is installed and activated but the FB still not showing
As long as you are on 3.6 or higher, the FB will show if Fusion Core is installed.
The only other thing it cna be is in theme options > advanced there is an option to disable fusion buildler, see if that is checked.
If is is still not working, we need you to post on our forum so we can get login info and see what is going on.

Awesome theme! It’s WordPress best seller theme and I believe it deserves. but one question; my friend have some troubles with vertical TABS in rtl layout when Wordpress language is set to fa_IR. Does this situation persist in new version?
