Is there an easy way to set it where the mobile menu icon/menu system doesn’t come up until the browser size goes under 1024? ie. tablet 1024px and higher – the menu is like how it is at 1280, 1600px, etc… but under 1024… the menu goes responsive… right now that is occurring at around 1100px. I can recode it by hand but it would be awesome if there was a setting I could do. I do have responsive on… I am using a menu I made in Appearances > Menu… and I am using Stacked left header. Thanks

I looked at the betheme documentation and I saw in the Muffin Theme Options section a tab called SHOP… it’s in between Portfolio and Sliders… but I don’t see it in my site. I installed Woocommerce plugin on my WP site… how do I get that tab to appear in my theme options like how I see in the documentation and how do I use the pages/posts/files/sliders that betheme has customized for working with woocommerce?

this section has been added with latest updates. So we are pretty sure you use older theme version and that`s why don`t have this section. Please update theme to latest version and you will get what you need

thanks… that worked… awesome theme you guys have… I think it’s the best out there… only thing I wished was there were more menu “looks”... that would be my feature request. Curious… do you guys have a version list… ie. where it tells what is new in each version?
One other quick question… when we import say one of the theme demo data… I notice that theme’s options often dont match up to the demo… ie. the menu style, the sub header showing or not, etc… right now I have the gym theme in and there is sub-image header image in: bg_subheader.jpg under the menu…. using the magazine header… the demo itself on your site doesn’t have that For the subheader for example, it looks like it’s a CSS call of min.height… which I can edit the CSS for that… but is there a way in the options?
This happen only for pages that does not work as full demo (we started theme with homepages only) but at this moment we transform all homepages into full demos and now most of them comes with all settings and options exactly the same as on demo. Each week we transform current homepages into full demo pages so in short time all pages should work as full demos.
However if anything is not clear at this moment, please ask and we`ll try to help with settings. Will be great if for that kind of support questions you can use support forum because your questions and our answers may help other users in the future as well.

Hello, We have installed the theme with demo content but when we go to edit the demo page content (like on home page), removing anything is working but when we go to add new section and item inside that it is also working when we save it, but when we update that page, the changes are disappearing. it sounds like you have limits on server and that`s why you are not able to update page. Please contact with hosting provider and tell him to increase max_input_vars variable. After that everything should work as should be.

Sorry for not being clear. On your page it says “Choose a Theme”. Obviously they are all “Be” themes but you have 51 (I think) jumping off points) or demos. Can I choose one, set up my site with it and come back and start over with the same site? Or am I locked into a design (other than my changes) after I start. Thanks

if I set the “Transparent Header” with “Header | Minimalist” active, the menu goes over the contents of the pages. Is this normal? How can I fix it? I don’t want a background image (and unnecessary space) in the header.

So this is how transparent works. Because header is transparent, all stuff goes on it. But you can easily change header layout on inner pages because for theme we created “Layouts configurator” section where you can create different header styles. So for example, because you got much more inner pages, you can create in muffin options panel default layout that fit better for inner pages, but in “Layouts” section you can create layout with header transparent and assign it for homepage. Similar problem we described at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/558/home-header-page-header
About shop, this image in header can be setup while you edit/create page. For that please use “Featured image” option which is available on the right hand side.

Hi, I just purchased the theme and started to follow the installation process but when I reach the 1 step process of installing the demo data and hit the import demo data with all attachments I get:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

those errors means that your server is limited and you are not able to import “All demo” (we are pretty sure this happened when you tried to import all because this file containg lot`s of media). So in this case, we recommend to contact with hosting provider and ask about more memory and remove limits for max_file_size and max_timeout_connection variables. But if those values can`t be increased, we recommend to upload “All” stuff without media or split included file on smaller portfions and then import them manually one by one. This solution has been described at http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/113055/import-wordpress-xml-file-larger-than-8mb

this switcher is no longer available because it was not compatible with some browsers and systems. If you want to use html code instead of Visual Editor, then please use “Column” item instead and this will fit for your needs

Hi I bought the theme But I can’t get the similar theme and menu from transport demo, in the same way menu option “pages” on the betransport, its the 4 time I build the complete side and the import option never show me the betransport model, I can’t found 404 page model, it’s messy, plz can you send me the xml with the betransport demo content.

Be|Transport does not exist as full demo. This one is just homepage. So all you need to do is import this one page ( please take a look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/14/step-by-step-how-to-re-create-demo-page ) and import slider for this theme http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/15/how-to-import-revolution-slider-into-be-theme
Those are 2 steps that you must do to get the same page as Be|Transport demo. If something won`t be clear, then please send us url to your page after what you did and we`ll have a look on it.

How come Google Analytics cannot detect tracking code on the theme?

Can u delete this? Seems google is giving out bad tracking code. Had to find an old code and replace UA on that one for it to work.

we don`t see anything wrong in the code so only GA code may be wrong if is not analyzing traffic properly. We use analytics on our demo as well what you can see in the code and everything works fine. So probably in this case you should contact with google analytics support and ask them what may be the problem.
GA code should be of course pasted in Theme options > Getting started > General section in field called “Google Analytics”.

Hello, First I’d like to say that I absolutely love this theme. It’s fairly straight forward to use and is pleasant on the eyes. I have 3 questions:
1. On facebook and other url auto link preview sites, my description is “BeTheme is the most advanced WordPress theme we ever did. Immerse yourself into Be|theme and explore awesome features.” I have already changes my meta description in multiple areas. This is rather annoying. Please help.
2. I wanted to know if there was any other way to make my logo bigger to the point where it looked like it was infront of the revslider? Not just changing this: < @media only screen and (min-width: 960px) { #Top_bar #logo img { max-width: 290px;} >
- Top_bar #logo img { max-height: 100%;}
Changing that only makes the logo bigger to the point where the rev slider is cutting it off.
3. Lastly, I am having a few issues with the rev slider. I haven’t poured too much time into it yet, How ever the first slide is always out of wack. To the point where I have left the first one blank. After further review I did see that rev slider files were included in the package and I will try those once I get to that point in the website.

Bonus question: how do I change the icons in the “The Three Step Advisement Process” on my home page. They are currently blue and I would like them to match the website.

1. This is meta description text that is available at Theme options > Getting started > General section. But as we see in the code, you have changed this text so probably the problem is that FB see still old description instead of the new one. Probably it must take time so FB can remove it from thei cache because we don`t see other explanation.
2. Logo size can be changed with above css`s only. But instead we recommend to use below css:
#Top_bar #logo { height: 120px !important; }
This will definitely increase logo size on your website.
3. As we see, you have sliders that does not come with our theme package. So please instead of them upload our sliders and work on them. Also we recommend to have a look into rev slider doc which is also included into package where you can find lot`s of useful informations.

So if one of them did not helped, then you probably did something wrong because we checked 2nd on your side and it works, and 1sr on our demo and also works. So please check it once again and also make sure you don`t have any additional plugins that may do this problem.
