Is it possible to use Visual Composer in editing blog posts and portfolio items? And may I add addons? thanks!
Hi, yes you can do that since the plugin is not modified by us. You can enable the VIsual composer for other post types in Settings – Visual Composer

hi there. I am trying to get the background of the content area to be white. In fact, I am trying to get my shop page look like the demo shop page with a white background, black text for the top and primary menu. I am unable to do that. for some reason, the background of my theme is black. Can you help If you can just give me the settings to make the page look like the demo, that would be great. (I also imported all the test content).

Hi, Sorry for the late reply. You need to check your that page settings for transparent menu and make sure is not enabled. Read more on that option here: http://seventhqueen.com/support/documentation/kleo#page-options
Would it be possible to add a global setting for featured image? This would go a long way towards making me pick this theme up for a project.
What do you mean global setting? We have several options regarding to the featured image. You can set it to be fetched from post content and also you can set a default image for posts not having an image set.

A global setting for a default as to whether or not to display featured images on an individual post. Also, if I buy can you assist with including a featured image thumbnail to show on an audio post in the masonry blog?
Also a global setting to hide the page and post title would be nice, as opposed to having to do it on an item by item basis.

Been looking into your theme and wanted to know something before I buy. I have decided between your theme and one other. This biggest thing keeping me from your theme is the lack of blog layout options.
I have been reading the comments and see you have mentioned that it might be updated but i still don't see anything. So my two questions are, When exactly will you be adding more blog layout options? (time frame) and how many more blog options will you be adding?Right now the other theme has a huge variety of blog layout options including standard, masonry (3,4,5,6), timeline. etc.
If you will be able to match them in that regard i will purchase. That is really the only thing holding me back.

while i was playing with the theme i found some things i have more questions about.
on all of the home pages the header with logo does not react correctly during zooming etc. At 75% zoom the logo and header become very small and then do not become larger when zooming out. only gets fixed when page refreshes
another issue with zooming is the Pinterest blog style does not load after zooming. Again only refreshing fixes this.
lastly can i customize the portfolio page to have extra photos, videos or even sidebar?

just found out the header and logo issue only happen on a chrome browser running windows. Internet explorer seemed fine.
But the pinterest style layout still has zoom issues with internet explorer.
Im thinking this is because the zoom makes the page unable to scroll far enough to activate the transition effect of the article to pop up. So the last boxes on the page never pop up.Thanks
Hi, sorry for the late reply. Will check those and see where the problem is. As for the blog layouts we have the masonry and the standard one. We will probably add more styles but don’t have a time frame

Portfolio can be used as a shortcode also and added to any page that you can customize with Visual composer

Hello I’ve created custom post type with WCK plugin and when I add a new custom post I don’t have the same layout settings that regular post. Theme general setting – theme post setting – post layout are all missing How can I do to have the same setting on mu custom posts Thanks for your help

Hi there, this theme looks exactly what I’m looking after for my client! One question, the header, is there any option to be able to make it taller to be able to use a taller logo and use the space above the menu that is created to jam in a 728×90 banner without having to be a code master?

You can add a different height logo, sure. To insert the advertising banner will require small template edit.

Hi, You probably have overridden the logo in a page from that page edit in Theme General Settings – Display settings – Custom Logo
If you imported the demo content the page is Home Default
there isn’t a theme general settings…their is only theme options for kleo and general settings and the custom logo in that tab. Is that what you mean?

I could not find any filters on the_content so where is this added?

Hi, You must have the latest 2.1 version installed. Then make sure you have added Portfolio items in WP admin – Portfolio. After that use the Portfolio shotcode to show them.

I have trouble with image of my products on shop… impossible to use shortcake or have animation in a normal category page. The different photo sof each product make a big photo building in the main pages for all products…. !!

News from my problem : when i enable Catalog mode, just One photo appear and that’s fine but no animation like you website with Quickshow…
In another way, the menu is fixed. No scroll possible with overlay menu ;/

Hi, please put a link to your shop page where you have the problem.
About the scroll header you need to enable it from Theme options – Header. If it is enabled then you probably have a problem from a plugin and it generates a Javascript error. Disable some plugins and test

You have lots of Javascript errors cause by some plugins. Try to disable JS minify from your cache

The theme is not working properly. The horizontal alignment for the featured items is displaying verically. Even the Sample E-learning page on your demo site is not displaying properly. This is becoming very inconvenient…

Hi, you should always backup before updating. On an update all theme files are rewritten so this happens also with your language files inside the languages folder. You should restore your language files from the backup

hi, you connect by FTP to your server and copy the theme folder in your computer. After the update you just put back on the server in the kleo/languages all your language files
