I have trouble with image of my products on shop… impossible to use shortcake or have animation in a normal category page. The different photo sof each product make a big photo building in the main pages for all products…. !!

News from my problem : when i enable Catalog mode, just One photo appear and that’s fine but no animation like you website with Quickshow…
In another way, the menu is fixed. No scroll possible with overlay menu ;/

Hi, please put a link to your shop page where you have the problem.
About the scroll header you need to enable it from Theme options – Header. If it is enabled then you probably have a problem from a plugin and it generates a Javascript error. Disable some plugins and test

You have lots of Javascript errors cause by some plugins. Try to disable JS minify from your cache

The theme is not working properly. The horizontal alignment for the featured items is displaying verically. Even the Sample E-learning page on your demo site is not displaying properly. This is becoming very inconvenient…

I've just upgraded the version 2.1 of Kleo theme and all languages files .po and.mo in french version that I've created before in version 2 has been deleted. Why ? How can I do ?Thank you
Hi, you should always backup before updating. On an update all theme files are rewritten so this happens also with your language files inside the languages folder. You should restore your language files from the backup

hi, you connect by FTP to your server and copy the theme folder in your computer. After the update you just put back on the server in the kleo/languages all your language files

I updated to the newest k elements version today also and now my site is not displaying correctly. I had four items displayed in a text box that is setup horizontally or “four to a row”. This block functioned perfectly before the update. After updating these items are now displayed vertically and cannot fix the issue. Can someone please advise how to fix this??

PS if I disable the “Ajax Search in menu” in Header options or if I fill the “Search context” with some content, the message disappear! So the problem is only if I leave unchecked the Search context to search in all content

I have updated to the newest version of theme and all plugins, but Visual Composer is not working. I cannot move items around into other blocks at all. There is no option to even add a row which is ridiculous. Can you please tell me how to get it working properly? It is version 4.3.4, running WP 4.0 & latest theme.

I’m having a few issues since i updated theme.
1. My site has now enlarged in Firefox, overlapping text & images. On profile page the images are ridiculously large and half text the text are hidden. It seems to be fine in internet explorer.

The POST UPDATE button does not appear in the Buddypress Group What’s New area. I removed all plugging and custom css and it still doesn’t show.
People cannot post a New Update to a grout.
It’s when you are in a Group and want to post something. The button is alway hidden until you click in the Text area to write something.

I’m a potential purchaser after hearing some good things however I already own Visual Composer and I’ve bought several addons for it. Looking around the internet it seems Kleo or K Elements disables visual composer somehow. I appreciate you may not give me the full answer through here for obvious reasons but can you guarantee I’ll be able to use visual composer with the addons with Kleo without anything being disabled? I don’t want to lose my investment in the software.
Hi, we don’t disable Visual composer but we have styled default Visual composer elements and disable some default VC elements that are similar to theme elements. Those addons should work if they are added on top of default Visual composer plugin

Hi. They are probably already imported, check Wp admin – Portfolio. Also you can just add your own portfolio items and then view them in the portfolio page
