How do we shift the menu items in the tool bar to the right? I don’t see a option to choose for that. if not, is there a custom css fix? perhaps place it on the wish list? thank you! :)

Only 2 questions (for now) :-)

1. I don’t have the dummy content in my download folder? Were can I find it?

2. I would bring the toolbar menu to the right side? Do you have a general option button for this? Or do I have the code it? Which is the best place to do that?

Hello. Considering buying the theme…. Can you please tell me if there is an option in the cms to show the burger menu at the top of a mobile screen (with or without logo) whilst scrolling down the page (as per the desktop version….) Basically replicate this template: http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/eurydome/ exactly onto mobile devices.

We do not support sticky header for mobile devices as it is really takes up the limited window size of mobile devices. But if you want we can give you necessary custom css code to do that. You can ask about this in our support system after you purchase the theme.

Hi. Back on your theme too ;) Sorry to ask, but I have a small issue on the social icons. I’ve put them on the Header section and only one works fine. The others have no links… Any idea ?

Hi. A few days ago, I reported some bugs. But it has still problems. First, mobile problem. It has a bug when I use “the edge one pager” template on mobile(iphone4s). When the top menu is opened, I can not scroll menu to down. Second, Internet Explorer problem. It has a bug, when I scroll up and down with the mouse. It is a top’s menu bug of icon align.(search&cart&social icons) I use Internet Explorer(version 10).

In addition, how can I add a sidebar in woocommerce’s category page? Thanks.

I’ve used Jupiter in the past with a client and decided to download it for myself. Just was able to download it now but the .zip I downloaded doesn’t seem to have a demo/dummy .xml file?

Hi all, When I select the hover scenario ‘None (only link to single portfolio)’ when showing a loop of portfolio items, that link is not present or at least not working. How can I correct this? This scenario is very useful on mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) where there is no hover state, due to the touch interface. So I really like to have this working/fixed.

Our theme supports WPML in a way that you can have separate Theme Options for each language. So it is recommended that you deactivate WPML plugin. Do all your settings and make it as the way you like. Then take the steps below:

1- Keep WPML deactivated 2- Go to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Export Options 3- Copy the code to a text file for future reference 4- Activate WPML 5- Select a specific language 6- Go to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Import Options 7- Paste the code from your text file which you have from step 3 8- Save settings

Please repeat steps 5-8 for all languages that you have.

This will ensure that you have same settings for each of your languages. Please consider that if you want to do a change in Theme Options from now on you should do it for all languages if you want all have same effect, but you are always welcome to have different set of Theme Options for your languages.

Hi, Is it possible to have some sort of export file for ‘Theme Options’. I’m used to, to develop sites locally and when everything is okay, to go online. And I want this step to be as easy as possible. So, an export file for (basic) theme settings (like Theme Options) would be very nice. Is there any option in this theme I missed?

I have to admit it: Jupiter 4.0 is really powerful and fresh. We had to wait too damn long to be released… but it worth the wait. I’ll give the theme another chance now.

But first… quick question:

The Mobile Logo will be loaded automatically in low resolutions even with the Vertical Header, right? ‘Cause I want to use a Fully Vertical Logo only with the Vertical Header and in low resolutions and mobile I want to use a secondary standard Fully Horizontal Logo.

The GANYMEDE DEMO for example… it uses a square logo perfect for the Vertical Header but when I open the site in any resolution lower than 980px (width) this same square logo became veeeery small and nobody can read a thing. LOL!

Regarding Side dashboard, you need to also go to Appearance -> Widgets and add your menu into Side Dashboard Widget Area.

About the Side Dasboard… I’m not talking about the menu INSIDE the Dashboard (or the Widgets and stuff), I’m talking about the button who open and close the Dashboard itself.

I already put some stuff inside the Dashboard Sidebar, but I can’t see any icon in Vertical Header to open and close the Dashboard. O.o

Hi Guys I can’t save any elements within latest Visual Composer under this Theme. The save button does nothing. I’ve tried visual composer on other themes on the same network without issue. Also tried to register with your support forum with no success? Please advise ASAP. Thanks Glennyboy

I see TypeKit ID comes prefilled and some icons load, but most of them don’t. http://grab.by/Bp8i Can you tell me if I need to get a subscription in order for this to work? My issues is with the custom list char code – I insert it – only a few icons actually work

Hi! I’ve just seen this wonderful theme and I have just one pre-sale question: I saw there are a bunch of header-customization options, and that’s really got for me. The point is: can I add a top-bar menu with standard labels (Faq, contact, news, etc.)? This is very important for my project… thank you very much
