Hi, one question, may i set different header in the same page? when i’m at the top of the page i see the full main menu and when i scroll in the page i see only the three line?

You can do something similar by adding Edge One pager shortcode and setting Header style 4 inside Theme options -> General -> Header

You need to go to the page that you have set it as main shop page from Woocommerce settings, there inside page option whatever you set will be added to all your woocommerce pages.
Themeforest automatic curse detection deleted a cursing that you had on your comment. If we see such behavior again we will report you to them.

Hi! I was just wondering if the “three bar” side menu that you see in a couple of the demos (like eurydome) could be added in addition to the manu menu. So, have a main navigation menu, and also have the side navigation enabled as well to display widgets and information.
My second question is to see what could go in that side menu? Is it just for menu items or can you put other things in there?
Finally, can the loading screens that you see on some of the pages be disabled as well? For example, when visiting the Edge One Page template, there’s a page loader at the beginning…can that be disabled to just let the page load normally?

The Three bar menu navigation is in conjunction with sidebar dashboard and it is not possible to have both vertical header and sidebar dashboard at the same time.
It is possible to add logo and menu in that bar and also social icons, also a copyright information can be added there.
Yes it is possible to disable preloader globally or per page.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I love the theme, but I really would love to have an “alternate” sidebar menu in addition to the main navigation. I’ve seen on other themes where they have this so you can have a place to put directions, widgets, contact info, etc. Then, on mobile devices they just have two of those three bar navigation menus (one on each side of the logo). One drops down for the main navigation, and one slides out to show the widget areas or menu.
Is this something you would consider adding in your next update? It seems like your theme has many options and a lot of customizability! Would love to be able to use it, and I’m sure a lot of people would find a function like this helpful.

Hello, Can someone tell me where are the settings for “Single Product Page”?? or for the Product archive pages?
I have like this problem and I’m sure many others too….
When you click on a “product category” e.g. “apples” or “banana’s”, and it takes you to a new category page [NOTE: it’s not using Ajax at all!] instead of opening that category in the same window, and that next page don’t have any of the shop configuration, no sidebar or any other shop stuff, it looks like “new page” with no option to return to the main shop!
There are many problems coming with this, but the main once for me:
1) The “Product Category” products when clicked take you to other page! this can’t be like, that it takes you to other page!! it needs to show you that category in the same page (Shop page).
2) No way to go back to shop page, once you click on whatever product category!

ahhh, nailed it! It was “page title box” from page builder options 
You have got me lost! I don’t want a sticky header, but somehow the space needed for a title is added to the menu when no title is wanted (e.g the Homepage). This means that my menu takes up double the space (200px) I want for it (100px): leaving a space of 100px between the menu and the actual content. It looks as if the settings in ‘Theme options’ are not always honoured. Fixing this with CSS rules doesn’t work either (mk-header-padding-wrapper {display: none;}). What am I doing wrong?

Please go to a desired page. Activate Override global settings option, activate stick template option, activate transparent header option, disable transparent header style option.

Hi – I’ve been using your theme for quite a while without problem. I noticed this morning that the built in contact form isn’t sending the emails to the specified emails. I’ve sent four test emails none of which have come through.
I am using ninja forms on other pages and those are working without a problem.
Any ideas why the built in contact forms would stop working??

After upgrading, I am no longer able to make single post types multi-column. everything is single columns. I have gone into the VC settings and changed them and nothing.
How do I change the body class? Please help, the upgrade has affected my site and I need to get it back to its original layout. nothing seems to be working and I assume the body class is the reason because it is only happening on single posts, not pages.
Why do single pages only do single column layouts!!!!!! Can someone at Artbees do me the courtesy of answering my question.

Hi, I’m a bit concerned about using this theme again for another client as the updates a changes to the actual design and not just to keep up with wordpress? So if i update the clients site in future, which by all accounts i need to to keep up with wordpress, then the design of their site will have to change. The computer sliders for example have changed from when i used it last, which is fine for my own current site but it seems i may be looking at having to explain in future to my client about why their site design has changed when they didnt ask for it!? the best theme ive ever used by the way, but Is there a way to be able to update in future without having the design change?

Thanks for your feedback. In fact very few themes do such changes on large updates and most of them keep the same design even though it gets old over the time. But philosophy behind our themes are different. We do such huge overhauls to have our current customers use it happily for years without worrying about the design if thats getting old over the time as the new trends emerges each year.
We have been doing this even in our other themes and many users find it very good practice.
If your customers would worry about the design changes then I rather suggest you to ask them if they could to downgrade to windows 3.11
(Even though that was a joke, but I admit some people don’t like the changes even if thats for their benefit)
We are actively working on new updates to make Jupiter not a good product but a great product that we are proud of…
We listen to our customers, so do let us know all your negative and positive feedbacks as it helps a lot for our future decisions.

Thanks and fair enough, i understand. I do think though if it became possible to also just have constant a version of the current design that is upgraded just to keep in tune with wordpress updates would give you less people needing support and people like me an easier life! (im sure im not in a minority here as ive read a lot of comments requiring help with the upgrade design changes).

That is not possible unfortunately as Jupiter is designed and coded with responsive techniques in mind. It is not a matter of switching it off a bit of code, the code is all over our source and I think we won’t have a feature like this in future too.
