This is the look of Visual Composer new version and we do not have control over it. I wonder how you have the latest version as I see that you did not purchase our theme.

As I can see on the demopage, there are many different templates.
But none of them looks like the actual demopage:

the main question is: Is it possible to import that exactly demoversion with all the pages etc?
Since there is no XML demo-file, I was wondering how I could activate this very demopage, just this one and none of the other templates.

Hi there,
You can not have templates at the same time on one installation. But the URL you gave us is the Main Template URL which is available for installation exactly like it is in there with all images.

Is the floating carousel at the bottom right of home page that shows all the template images with links when you open it up something that can be done with the theme or is it only for your use. Could see some great uses for it if it’s possible for me to use.

Hi I noticed your newest version on your demo – the navigation for mobile does not work on firefox 33.01 which is the latest version – this is a mac os version 10.9.3.
Nether do the gear to open theme feature options on left upper side or the quick contact button floating bottom right are all non functioning. Are you going to fix this?
However is does work in safari and chrome.

We are testing the new version which will be submitted shortly. please clear your cache and check again. we are clearing our CDN caches, it takes some time to affect on all edges. but you should see the correct version by now.
I have tested site in FF 33.01 and mac 10.10
try to open inspect element and refresh the page. so you will see none cached version.

Your Demo theme still does not work with responsive/mobile on firefox latest version. Emptied out cache plus all data and still menu buttons don’t work! Is there an issue that is being worked on to fix this?
Hi, “Event Countdown” is Not functioning in Safari on an iPhone. Running iOS 8. It Does work on Chrome on the same iPhone.

Hi, There seems to be a problem viewing the onepager in safari 5.1.10. When you scroll down and back up again, the background image is all jittery and jumpy. This is also happening on your demo page http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter-one-page/. Also some of the background images in the page sections are not showing up. Are you aware of this issue and is there a fix for it? Theme is working fine in all other browsers and devices as far as I can tell. Thanks in advance and great theme by the way!

1. youtube, vimeo, or local hosted? what are the possibilities. 2. is it possible to place a menu over it, while hovering, to enable sound for example?

It is only possible to have self hosted video for sliders, and unfortunately it is not possible to add a menu hover on it. But you can enable the sound by going to php code and do a change there which our support staff will help you to do.

alright, thanks for your feedback. so that means either the video is played with sound ON, or sound OFF, right? If I’d change the php to sound ON, then there wont be any possibility to switch the sound OFF, while playing? thank you!

Hello, i love this theme.
I have a problem with the main navigation, i have a lot of pages set up in the main menu, and i need to add a few more, but seem to have a limit because when i add more pages to the menu, the last one desappears and the main navigation is automatic deselected as a main menu in the manage location tab.

Hi, When I try to install a new template I can read these warnings:
“Please resolve these issues before installing any template. Maximum Execution Time (max_execution_time) : 300 seconds. Recommended max_execution_time should be at least 400 Seconds. Maximum Input Time (max_input_time) : -1 seconds. Recommended max_input_time should be at least 300 Seconds. WordPress Memory Limit (WP_MEMORY_LIMIT) : 40M Recommended memory limit should be at least 96MB. Please refer to : Increasing memory allocated to PHP for more information”
Could you please help me? I don’t know how to change these settings. Moreover, I think this is why the theme is not working on my website.

This is a great theme ! I’ve done everything i wanted with it except for the translation of the contact form… I installed WPML, then String Translations then uploaded the .po files, selected the strings, translate it but nothing change… I don’t know what to do, can you help me ?
