I have a pre-sales question about this theme. Can Avada be used to create a website similar to this: http://stellasoomlais.com/Basically I’m looking to create a website where front page has a full page image (slider) but content pages are using a boxed layout and the background image is fixed.

Yes somewhat similar, its always hard to compare sites. You can have a blocked content area if you use boxed mode on the pages, but the content area will go from top to bottom with no space above or below. Also their header (logo and menu) is at a different width then rest of content. That can be done with Avada once we release our next major version 3.7 in a few weeks.

HI the layered slider is not working on the iPad and smartphone. Could you please help?

Every theme that I see uses a slider. I don’t want to use a slider. Can this make pages WITHOUT using a slider. All I see is slider being advertised nonstop.
You do not have to use a slider at all, in fact the default setup will not add one to a page or post.
When you make a new page, a slider will not show on the page unless you yourself add one.

Hi, could you please tell me where do i change to remove the the theme name and which is linked to evnato in admin section and how to removed the link for online documentation in theme option in admin section. over all i don’t want my client to visit to that themeforest link and avada from the backend of the site

We use our own custom page builder called Fusion Builder. however if you want you can use VC, but our shortcodes will not integrate into the backend preview like the built in VC shortcodes.

after intalling the Avada theme,the icon has not be placed in local? if use them , We must fill in the icon name from font awesome website?
By the way , the form is "“icon-” in the name. Ex: icon-camera"? Why i not found "camera" in font awesome website? in font awesome website all icon prefix is “fa-".If you use them in the menu, then yes you need to gather the name from the website so you know what it is. icon- was the previous prefix from FA, now they use fa-

Hello, I am testing Ubermenu on a local test site. When you scroll the page and the sticky navigation appears, the menu moves on the right side and all menu links are aligned one below the other, in a long drop down menu.
I have also checked the box Ubermenu plugin support, but nothing changes.
Any hint on that? Thank you.
Hmmm I just tried to reproduce this and cannot. So its hard to say, it sounds like a configuration issue though, or possibly css issue. Please post on our forum so we can check for you.

Yes to the menu, there is a page and post option for each page or post that allows you to change out the entire menu. However there is only one logo in theme options which is global setting. But you could achieve a different logo on each page or post with a little bit of custom CSS.

After we assigned the slider from page/post option box, the slider was always under the navigation and also on the Page Title Bar, We want to display it under navigation and also under the Page Title Bar, how to do ?The assigned slider will always show underneath the menu, and above the page title bar. That is the location of it and that cna only be changed with code edits.

Great Template Design
A few Questions
Can I use your template if i do not know how to code? I am looking for a simple WYSIWUG.
Will I be able to add most of the elements shown on your demo without custom coding? I don’t mind changing colors or fonts from a point and click standpoint in the admin panel.
Does the template come with everything built in or do i have to go and download extra plugins? I’ll keep my site on the simpler end.
I will be using siteground as a webhost. Have you experienced any issues with this host that would make it hard for me to use your template?
Lastly, Will it work with all versions of Firefox, Safari or Chrome (I don’t see any numbers next to those) And do viewers have to have the latest version of flash/java etc to view pages? Some of my web traffic will be small businesses with older PCs that are not updated to the latest explorer/flash/java.

Yes we have a page builder that is WYSIWYG builder in the backend for pages and posts. And then the rest can be done with our intuitive options.
Yes anything you see on our demo can be done without custom code.
Yes it comes with everything you need. There are 3 plugins included, our fusion-core, layer slider and revolution slider plugin. All of those will be installed after you install the theme, you will get a message in your admin to install them.
Siteground should be good, I’ve not heard of any issues. However if it is a shared hosting account with low resources, you may need to have them increase the PHP settings. But that is common for any hosting company. Sometimes they have a tendency to set them low.
For browsers, its going to work with the latest ones and the past few, we cannot support and keep checking older outdated browsers that are no longer updated. IE is supported from IE8+, however IE8 is no longer even updated by Microsoft so that is slowly dwindling as well. But Firefox, Chrome, Safari will be fine.

Hi! Is there any quiet easy way to use a custom font? The theme options are not handy for me because mI have to choose one of the options: if I choos custom fonts it overrides the others, which I want to keep. I want to use the standard fonts you provide AND use one custom (which I own and can upload) for eg, the titles. Plugins like “Use any fonts” won’t work due to WP version. Is there any way to do this? I don’t mind even to use it inline.

I’m not sure I understand, the theme options will work because you can only choose one font per area anyhow. The custom font is for the headings and menu, so you cannot choose a custom font for headings and then a google font for headings. They have to be one.
You can use a custom font for headings and menu, and then a google or standard font for body or other areas listed there. Outside of that it would require code customization to achieve.

Hi. Really cool theme and i am looking at purchasing it. Have a few questions before i do.
- Can the Page header which has the title, for ex- About Me, has a background- can that be changed?
- Can the title font be adjusted (style and size)and can a by line or sub title be added?
- The navigation menu on a mobile phone does not seem to be working in the demo- can this be made clearer?
- The top header with the logo- can it be fixed at the top even as you scroll, it works in the desktop version, but not in the mobile version.
- Can the height and the width of the content be predefined , so that the composition stays consistent across devices?

1. Yes the backgrounds you see can be changed on any page or post, globally or individually per page or post.
2. Yes to both
3. Hmm it is working. Most likely you are not tapping the arrow to expand the parent level. our demo has hundreds of pages, so we have to organize them into sets. Each first level you see is just a holder, tap the arrow on right side to expand it out to more sections, when it is a page or post, it will open.
4. Yes that is the sticky header, and it can be turned on or off for mobile and desktop. We just have it off on mobile.
5. Yes, but just to clarify … the theme is responsive, which means the content is going to adapt size to fit the device screen size you are using. If you wish to have the fixed version of the website at all times, then you can turn off responsive and it will show the same layout on all devices.
