Hi, thanks for the reply. I am very interested in buying this theme but I see a lot of responsiveness issues in the demo. For example, the columns remain a percentage of the width even when the screen is extremely small. eg 1/5 columns are still 1/5 of the page on mobile screens. Is that something I can expect in the theme as well or is that just a fault in the demo?

What browser are you checking this in? And do you still have the iFrame bar up top (purchase bar)?
Also, browser resizing is a bit different than on an actual mobile device, so check there as well. But what you described will not happen, each column breaks to a single column in mobile view as my screenshot shows above.

Hi I am trying to add from “links” to the menu structure but after adding two or three when i am gonna save .it goes to 404 page and says ” Oops, This Page Could Not Be Found! ”. please let me know what should i do? tnx

Hmm can you verify those links you are adding are real pages that are working on the front end?
You may need to reset permalinks. Go to “settings > permalinks” and check the settings you have and resave them.

The shop feature uses WooCommerce completely. Its a free plugin, go ahead and install it from plugin section of admin. The creators have a ton of docs online for how to use it: http://docs.woothemes.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/

For importing goods, this will depend on what you are importing. I think woo has some options for importing different types, I’d check that out.

Already purchased it once and I want another copy for another website but first I want to ask:
-can the responsive menu open from the side instead only as dropdown style? Like this [link removed per author request]
-we want to have a portfolio that will display dresses. We want to set some featured of them at the homepage and disable the hover effect that you have, with image swapping to see the back of the dress for example on hover. Can this be implemented with portfolio or we must use woocommerce plugin?
-can any of your sliders be setup full width and full height for example like this template [link removed per author request]

1. Not yet, we do have plans to possibly add a side slideout mobile menu but if we do it will not be until some future release.
2. You could use the portfolio for that, but it does not have e-commerce integration so if the dresses need to be sold, you need to use woocommerce. The hover effect for portfolio items can easily be disbaled with one of our options. The woocommerce hover effect cannot at this time.
3. Yes we have the rev slider and fusion slider that can be full screen.

The demo on the site shows one fifth and one sixth columns. But when I go into short codes it only shows me columns up to one fourth. Am I missing something?

Are you on the latest version of the theme? 1/5 and 1/6 were only added in v3.6 so you need to be using that version nor higher.

Hmmm currently the modal is not setup for that, it can only be triggered with a mouse click either from a button, text or HTML element. This could be done but would require some custom coding. Is it possible to add a pause button to the slider?
Hey!
Yes but this will depend on which slider. The ones that can take a pause button are the Layer Slider and Revolution Slider. Each of those can turn on a pause button in the slider settings. If using the Layer Slider, you may need to make sure the “skin” you are using contains a pause button. So if you do not see one after selecting it, change the skin and it should show up. Most of them have it though.

How do I make the YouTube video (I’m using the shortcode) display on my blog post page? I have the settings to display the entire content (not just excerpt). It seems like it strips out the video. Thanks.
Are you referring to the blog listing page? Where it shows each post with an excerpt? You would need to make sure your excerpt is long enough to contain the video, then make sure strip_HTML is set to “no”.
Also, you can display teh YT or V video in the featured image spot if you wish. Set the post up with video embed code, see how to do that in our docs under “creating blog posts” and “single post page” http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/blog-2/

There is social sharing built in using the social share box. Outside of that you could check out Sharaholic, but there are many more too. Just depends on what you want most. We’ve not tested them all and cannot guarantee all is well, but it should be. If an issue does arise, post up the details on our support forum and we can take a look and see what is going on.

and last question…promise!...when you look at the video (added with fusion slider) on wider screen the bottom text is somehow cut off. Is there a padding on the top of the page/header that if reduced would push the video slightly up?

Facebook box light skin not showing. page example: http://karencostin.com/acupuncture/about-karen-costin/on-tv-radio/ See footer widget 3. Whether I select light or dark skin it doesn’t show in footer correctly. I have tried using the avada widget and the facebook iframe code and neither displays correctly, light skin or dark skin. Is there something in the css that is conflicting?
Hmm I think that is the light skin but its using a transparent background. Try this CSS, place it in the CSS field in theme options.

Curious. What browser are you using?
I was using Safari, but I tried it in Chrome and FF as well.
I inspected the element in chrome and I am not seeing the background colour being applied as in your screenshot.
Mine shows:

Any idea why the background colour would not be applied?

Hi. Its been almost two years since the purchase and Its going great I’m using this theme for an institute’s website. Must say, the new Avada is the richest theme. You haven’t left out any feature that web developers look for.
I have an issue. I have upgraded to the new Avada theme for the website recently. I needed to put an “under construction” plugin for the website as I’m making some changes in the design. But none of the “under construction” plugins are working. To be precise, as I enable a plugin (say https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-under-construction/) it gets disabled automatically after a while.
I was assuming it would be an issue with the plugins. Hence, I tried the same plugins for another website and it worked. It seems to be an issue with the theme. Can you please check and let me know what kind of bug am I facing? I’m kinda helpless with this

Hmm we’ve used that plugin before without issue, and are currently using the “WP Maintenance Mode” plugin without issue. I can’t think of what woudl be disabling a plugin like that, nothing in the theme should cause that.

The layout and colors are definitely flexible. And you can sell products, show videos and images as well. For audip, we offer the soundcloud integration, or you can use the native audio features that come with WP. So all of it is possible, but this will also depend on the flexible design you have in mind.
