Hi, private messages are a default BP feature and it is available in the theme also. Login and go to your profile. Google Ad Sense can be used in text widgets for sidebar or use any other plugin that allows you to generate shortcodes and things like that
Does the theme have a way to create a landing page. One without sidebars or top navigation. Possibly no footer menus or links either.

Please update to latest theme version. You should set WP_DEBUG to TRUE in wp-config.php to see any errors that are generated

Hi, try to look a the pro version of rtmedia since I think they have a shortcode for that. The portfolio overlay shortcode only takes images you give it so you will require some intervention

Indeed, you can integrate any Buddypress compatible plugin. We haven’t tested one but if you encounter problems with one let us know. To allow users to sell trough Woocommerce you should consider Product vendors plugin.

Hi, pois and pins look good on images so inside a Row element add a Single image and also inside the same Row add the Pois one by one. You should express the position with % like 10% left, 20% top

In your default theme http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/home-default, in the section SOME OF KLEO FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS, icons (e.g., shield, facebook, etc) are shown next to each feature text. I can’t figure out how to set them up? I do not see any options when I go to Feature Item setup, it only gives me ability to enter text.

I’m having extreme difficulties with this theme… i’ve spent the past many hours fixing problems with the Slider and issues the Visual Builder make it impossible to build a site with this theme. I have to inspect element and delete one element everytime the Visual Builder loads. The Feature Item grid doesn’t align properly…Not to mention the imports don’t even work. I understand these themes aren’t tested on every wordpress site, but mine certainly has an unbelievable set of problems.

Hi, first make sure you have the latest update of the theme 2.1.1 and the K-elements plugin. From what I see in your page you haven’t selected a slider in that page. Doing that is really simple, just edit the page and edit the Revolution slider element in Visual composer interface.
Also you selected a 3 columns template for that page, just letting you know, I don’t know if that is what you meant to do

I had was receiving this error Fatal error: Call to undefined function kleo_get_category_list_key_array() in “public_html/wp-content/plugins/k-elements/compat/plugin-js-composer/config.php on line 2144 , so I followed your advice and updated the theme.
However after updating the layerslider and several other media items are not displaying.
My client needs to have their site running asap.

Both the theme and k-elements were updated to the latest version (both 2.1.1).
I was able to resolve the issue by disabling bbpress which was outated as I’m not using the plugin at the moment. I can’t afford to try enabling it and updating it to the latest version as of now, but will try doing so later.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password? Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname? Are you sure that the database server is running?
Can you advise what to do ?

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
that error could mean that that default wordpress folder does not exit or there are some permissions errors on your server. Try to do a clean install of Wordpress or talk at your hosting
