Please refer to this article in our Knowledge Base related to Extensions. If you are hosted with HostGator there is a specific note related to them as they have across the board blocked remote file downloads that have originated from S3. There are a few options, and more info is in that article.

We are looking to purchase this for our site redesign. We plan to use the integrity stack. Are we able to pick one of the demos as a starting point for a layout or is that just an example of what is possible within that stack? Also is this template easily customized at the code level? I apologize if these are very obvious questions but we are new to using this type of template.

X is definitely customizable at the code level. We provide child theme templates in our member center and recommend the use of those for any edits to the theme (so future updates don’t overwrite your changes).

You can built absolutely everything with those intelligent stacks and every single setting is clear and easy to understand.
I love X because you can style it with ease if you know a little CSS.
Just one more thing (in memoriam the genius): Please add more ways to show posts or other post types… like grids, sortable, views, masonry, with effects and adjustments. I am using VC compatible addons at the moment, and they work fine. But I have to style every single item and that is a little complicated sometimes.

Im adding a comment as I cant access the help centre. Please can you help me resolve this asap.
I purchased a license and used it to activate the theme. After the site was hacked, I deleted everything from the server to start fresh, but now I cant access your login page for some reason to activate the theme again. I get a error message (see below). I know I have the right username – im currently logged into Envato with that username.
Error Message: Sorry, but that item purchase code has already been registered with another account. Please login to that account to continue, or create a new account with another purchase code.

Quick question. The visual composer extensions that are sold in codecanyon could work with your customized visual composer version or is a definitive NO. I’m thinking specially in http://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-addons-for-visual-composer/6892199 which has several WOW elements.

We do not provide support or guarantee compatibility for those as they are in essence extensions to what is already an extension in VC. As outlined on our listing, we have a customized version of VC integrated into the theme, so while customers are welcome to integrate any 3rd party solution they wish, it would be outside the scope of support and not something we have tested.

I am very impressed by your beautiful template. Before buying, I just have a few questions. The demos that are shown in the theme (integrity 01, integrity 08 etc etc) will those be included when I buy the theme so I can use the demo to build off of? Also is it easy to change the menu to the left and to create a fixed background with a transparent box that holds text?

Yes, we do provide home page specific demo content in our member center in addition to a Customizer import file for recreating the settings configured in each of our demos. Once purchased, you can register for access here.
You can fix the menu to the left with just the click of a mouse in the Customizer. While anything is possible with the right customizations, be sure to browse through all of our features to see what is possible out of the box.

If we buy the developer license, can copies be sold separately? For example, if I am a theme selling or web developing company, can we offer your theme to our clients with lower or high price and our own stuff? So with $3150 how many copies can I sell and will they have full features?

No, the extended license does not cover selling the theme individually. The easiest way to think of it is that a unique purchase is to be made for each domain using X.

Could you elaborate on the extended license? I am a little confused, I read the more info by envato aswell. So do you recommend if we were to do this kinda business, we buy one for clients on their behalf?
Envato would be the best one to reach out to for clarification on the extended license if there is any confusion after reading the info on their licensing page. But yes, buying a regular license for each client is the way to go (or they can purchase it directly – it’s really up to your preference). It’s important to note that each purchase entitles one person access to our member forum (support), so if you are wanting your clients to receive support from us directly, it’s best if they purchase the license through their own Envato account.

Pre-purchase question? I have a CRM system that produces web for code.

Would this theme be suitable for a landing page, membership site, company website? And would the code above be usable on the landing pages ETC. I know it works with a subscription service I use. I just want to know if the code would work in this theme?

Without knowing what or how that code is used, I couldn’t give you an answer on that, however X is certainly a great option for building landing pages. We also provide many optional tools such as blank templates, Shortcodes, and a page builder for creating virtually any layout you wish.

We’re unable to support third party scripts and extensions. Customers are certainly welcome to integrate any 3rd party solution they wish, however unless that 3rd party solution is integrated into the theme in some way we can not provide support for it or guarantee compatibility. Regretfully we can’t test this for you up front, as we’d be unable to support it if anything goes wrong later. For the most part, these scripts integrations are easy to setup in a child theme with a bit of development knowledge. We also have pre built child themes for X, and tutorials in our support center to assist you once you have X installed.

I am looking for a shortcode that I know the stand alone version of VC has called Image Gallery which allows for a slider that opens into a lightbox to be displayed. I do not see this option in the VC installed with this theme. Is there a way I can get this shortcode as I need it for a client.

Thanks for writing in! As Visual Composer is made to be customized on a theme to theme basis, we have done just this with X and integrated it so that it works with our own shortcodes. This eliminates on bloat and helps keep things as streamlined as possible. You can utilize our lightbox shortcode to output a lightbox for your client if needed, which is available for use in Visual Composer. Also, if you haven’t done so, make sure to take a look at our documentation on the shortcodes in the Knowledge Base of our member center, specifically the article related to the lightbox shortcode, as it explains different configuration options.
