I have been a long time customer of Envato and purchased several Themeforest templates to build sites myself, but wonder whether you ALSO offer the possibility of migrating one of my current sites (using avada) to X, so I then can continue to work on it myself. I find that my knowledge is always 70% of the total needed to make a perfect site, with the remaining 30% taking me ages to finalize 
Something that can take me to where I need to go faster.

When I purchased the theme I was really under the impression that the sales page was the actual demo, I barely looked at it before buying ( love at first sight ) I definitely bought it for the menu which I think looks fabulous. Is there a way you can send me some css or walk me trough to make my menu look the same.

All Stacks come with the same core features as outlined on our features. There is a image carousel on the index of the Integrity 01 portfolio demo here (the Black & White post). In addition, you can use the Responsive Slider Shortcode. Finally, you can use the Gallery post format on the blog for the same functionality as demoed on the portfolio example above.

Why is it $70 to purchase this $63 template?

If you are new to Envato/ThemeForest, they require you to deposit certain amounts into your account. We have requested that they change this so that only the amount for the actual file needs to be deposited, but to date they have not changed that rule. I would definitely encourage you to reach out to them directly at support@envato.com to share your perspective. The other option is to pay via credit card (through PayPal).

I just tried several times to pay with PayPal and kept getting a message saying, your Payment cannot be processed. Then I just got a fraud text alert from my bank asking did I purchase for $65. What gives??
You will need to contact Envato support as outlined above. They are the ones responsible for all payment/checkout as it is their system.

Yes, you can change the size of the header navigation in the Customizer (and center the nav/logo as well).
We do also provide several blank templates that allow you to build virtually any page layout you need with our Shortcodes and optional page builder being options for adding elements to the page itself.

I’ve been watching your theme for quite some time and was wondering about a few things. -Can you make membership sites with this with payments,scheduling, affiliates,ads,ip bans,blocks,private chat, ability to make a website member only, client sign in to check work, podcast,landing pages, maintenance,newsletters, etc. with this theme? -I’m also working on another theme and was wondering if X could do donations, audio, events, buying tickets, staff, sermons, download video-pdf’s-audio files, causes, sermons, albums, ( Everything that comes with the Native Church Theme) Also, can it do sports reviews and layouts like whats in the Sportimo Theme? I’m tired of trying to find the perfect theme and if your theme can do all of what I need, then I will definitely buy your theme.
So far, I’ve purchased Genesis, Sportimo, Native Church Theme and downloaded hundreds of others. Trying to find that one theme that can do everything. I also bought the Ultimatum theme. I don’t really like the block on building sections, and REALLY appreciate how you can build X and also “see” whats being done right then and there without having to go back-n-forth. That drives me nuts and I’m sure it does many others.
So, I’m hoping that the X theme can do all of those things?

As your questions have to do with customizations, the standard answer is that anything is possible, however the features and demos give the best example of what functionality is available out of the box. Any sort of functionality beyond that (membership, buying tickets, donations, etc would fall outside the scope of a theme and what you are buying with a template).
X is certainly extensible enough to be used on each of those types of sites it is just a matter of understanding what is offered in the theme and what is required to be done to the theme on the customer’s end post purchase.

So I’ve created a portfolio page, chosed the portfolio layout, created a gallery and added it to the page, but when i go to view the page all im seeing is the title of the page and the content filter bar. None of the images whatsoever are visible. What am i doing wrong? I am using the ETHOS stack btw.

Hello! I try to create a page in Classic Mode but i cant because it states: Loading, please wait.. for 5, 10 minutes, even after refreshing, restarting, etc. How can i create a page with “drag and drop”? What should i do? I am not very tech savvy.. Thanks!

It sounds like the issue is with your host as those elements should load virtually instantly. Please contact them, then if you have any further questions related to the theme, be sure to register for access to our member center here. Thank you for so quick reply! But Backend editor works great, only Classic mode does not work for quite a long time. Do you think that still it could be problem with host even if anything else works perfectly? And what should i say to host.. that “drag and drop” does not work? Thank you!

As outlined on our listing, VC is integrated into X for use with our Shortcodes only and is a very custom-tailored version of the plugin. Customers are welcome to use any 3rd party plugin they wish, however compatibility and support are the responsibility of each customer unless the plugin is integrated into the theme in some way such as Gravity Forms, Revolution Slider, or any of our Extensions.
So it’s not needed because you’ve already made it easy for a non developer?
I’m not as concerned about gravity forms….I use formidable pro for forms which is much more custom. Can you integrate with this?
https://formidablepro.com/No, I’m just saying that we do not provide support or integration for 3rd party plugins that are not integrated into the theme in some way (and the addons plugin you are referencing is a 3rd party plugin to something that is already a 3rd party plugin). Regarding forms, we integrate with Contact Form 7 and Gravity Forms (for styling). Anything beyond that would be each customer’s responsibility.
Can you integrate with Formidable Pro?
There are no immediate plans to as we already have integrated styling support for the ones outlined above and customers are definitely welcome to integrate any 3rd party solution they wish on their own. Should there be enough demand from our customers, we certainly take that into account for future development.

I was just wondering what the long term plans are for X? Do you plan to continue developing and supporting this theme for the foreseeable future? I’ve been through lots of themes trying to find the right one and have to say this one looks great! However, I only want to make purchase a theme and spend time developing a new site if I know there is going to be long term support and updates.

Thanks for the reply. I just have a few more queries. -If I bought and installed X and then in the future decided to use a different theme would I be able to migrate the visual composer settings to another theme install (providing Visual Composer was installed as a plugin) or is the visual composer settings/templates made to only work with X? -Would you be able to migrate X shortcodes to another theme or would they only work with the X theme?
Just asking to future proof my site and avoid having to do complete rebuilds if I was ever to change.

Our integrated version of VC is customized for X users so it would not be transferrable to another site using VC (as most providers customize the VC interface to work within their theme). The same goes with the Shortcodes. Technically since the Shortcodes are inclued as a separate plugin they could be used with any theme, however styling and compatibility is only guaranteed within X.

Does the under-construction extension provide a white list field to allow several IPs to access the site for collaboration if it is active? In the other hand, does it include the option to ban or block IPs (black list) and redirect them to a 401 page?

The plugin does not have an IP whitelist or blacklist, iIt simply uses WordPress authentication. If a user is logged in, they’ll be able to see the site. Otherwise they will get the “Under Construction” page.

The parallax effect is tied to your Content Band (Shortcode) so if your band or site is not fullwidth, the parallax effect will not be either. And yes, absolutely! Building a one page site is just a feature. You can definitely have other pages as you can see in most of our demos (by clicking through to other pages on the demo sites).
The 02 Demos for each Stack show one page examples, but everything else is a more standard site with other pages, etc.

I’m looking at purchasing this theme, but I’m wondering what the customization involves. I’m a beginner with HTML and CSS, does customizing the theme involve working a lot with these?
Like, if I want to insert a video, do I have to input all the CSS and HTML in order to so? Or, is it an upload box with simplified customization?

You can both self host a video (simply select the video file location on your server) or embed a video from 3rd party sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
In terms of customization, there is a high degree of things you can configure in our Customizer (video of it in action at the bottom of that page) for more simple/structural changes, and we also include dozens and dozens of Shortcodes.

Also, do I have to use this theme on a self-hosted site? Or can I use it on a Wordpress hosted site?
I’m not sure what you mean by self-hosted, however any web host that supports WordPress (which is most) will support X. The only place you can not use X is if your hosting is through WordPress.com.
Our current website has 4 different product categories, each under their own brand (sealants, adhesives, firestops, and foams). Is there a way to have a single “landing page” where the four product lines would be listed. Users would select the one they want to view and it would take them to an area where they can view each individual product with photos and descriptions?
We are not looking for e-commerce as we do not sell directly to end users.
