Is your theme support Icons and subtitle for the main menu?
I can see there you mentioned about the icon with menu but not found the subtitles.
can we add subtitle with menu item?

Currently you can use icons next to menu items when using the mega menu, but we do not have subtitles yet but will be adding them at some point in the future.

i have a page con make a re stilyng of it with your template AVADA. Normally i have the Builder to drag and drop the elements but i can’t see them in theis installation of the client. There is a form to activate o desactivate it?
The web was started by other designer and now we have the project ti finish it. I have all the documentation and the zip original , the installation its running ok, but i only see see the view like an editor classic…i need help please

if you do not see the builder then most likely you are using a version that did not have it. We added it in 3.6 so you will need to update to that version by getting access to the buyers account who can download the theme files.

HEllo again, thanks a lot. I’ve seen in the panel of our client that the version he has is 3.5.3. I want to install the new version to make some changes with the help of the builder. But i did’t buy teh template directly. I’am a user of themeforest and the other designer gave me tha zip with all the contents of AVADA (The client buyed it) . There is possible if i give you the url you can certificate it? The designer cant put the code of themeforest
, buy i can give you all the pack for you see is an original.
There is any possibility?

Hmmm the only thing you can do is get the buyer to login to their Themeforest account and download the new theme files. Unfortunately we cannot give out updated files outside of the marketplace.

Hello again, I’ve the purchase code that the above designer had. If he changes his data account in your support is possible that the client has the update? because it is the rightful owner of the template because it has been paid to the designer?. There must be some solution if you have given us all files and code for buying and licensing.!!
The important thing will be to get the Themeforest account information because that is how you download the theme updates. Not from our support forum.
Our support forum is where can can handle support and if they can change the data on the support account then you can take it over to get theme support.
Are you in touch with the person who bought the theme If so then I would recommend asking them for the Themeforest account info because that will give you everything you need. Unfortunately we do not have any control over that type of thing and theme updates can only be downloaded from Themeforest account, or from the auto theme updater which requires access to the Themeforest account.

Yes we do, it is not fully translated fro backend but I believe the whole front end is. We use Transifex for translations and it is a community project. Currently we have 50 languages https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/avada/

When working with the tagline box ..
How do I get a straight blue button without effects transition and stuff. Just like the green default one, when i select it.

The predefined colors you choose ( http://d.pr/i/FDeT ) are all going to have gradients since they are the predefined skins from theme options.
Go to theme options > shortcode styling and setup the correct colors you want under the button shortcode. then when using the tagline shortcode, select “default” for the button color and it will pull theme options.

Hi, great one, just a quick note, it is possible to have a smaller menu on mobiles? I have now an orizzontal line with the words go to.. and the menu on the right, it is possible to have only the three lines menu? Anyway how do I change the Go to… words?

Yes you can do that as long as you are on v3.6 or higher. Go to theme options > menu and choose “modern” mobile menu design.

You can do this by updating the theme also, download the latest files from your Themeforest account, or if you are using the auto updater it will show you have a theme update.

The email account I signed up with on your support form has since been deleted so when I go to reset the password it’s getting sent to an email address that no longer exists. How can I go about getting that changed to my current email address so that I can get this resolved?

We’ve replied there yesterday and changed the email for you 
in this theme…can i have the left sidebar and the right sidebar up on one page at the same time? so there would be like 3 columns on the page.
Yes we offer dual sidebars on the same page, you can do this as long as you are using Avada 3.6 or higher.

Both of these are customizations, but for the read more item, see this doc post: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/how-to-change-to-read-more-on-blog-excerpt/
For breadcrumbs, you will need to make some code edits. Also, if you can wait until our 3.7 release (coming in about a week or so) you will be able to put the breadcrumbs below the title and center them both with our built in options.

Thank you for this amazing theme…very nice! I have a question for you guys. Is it possible to add more line-spacing to an order-list on a page? I have looked through the support form for help…I saw a post were someone said you could add this (css below) and adjust the line-height of the ordered list.
ol li { line-height:22px !important; }
But this is not working for me…I pasted it into my child theme to see if it would work and nothing happened. Could you please point me into the right direction!

Hi, it’s a super theme! I’m using it to develop a weddings planning website. I’ve a little issue to solve: in the portfolio, I’ve an items list; if I don’t insert some content in the html editor (in the item template) the excerpt doesn’t work. Is’s showed all content that is in the blocks made with the builder.
Is there a solution for this trouble?

This could just be plugin or server cache, or even browser cache. Please clear all of those and check. It may also be a memory limit issue with your server config.
