Hello. More I dig into your demo, more I like it. Very beautiful theme, I must admit. Still with some pre-sale questions, hope you do not mind.
Questions:
1) NEW FEATURE: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/portfolio/portfolio-grid-images-v2/
Is it possible to use it as a gallery? So I can select images from media gallery and upload it, no text etc..? From the demo looks like it is possible, and I really hope it is.
2) How many images can go into such gallery?
3) NEW LOOK OF THE BLOG: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/demo-agency/blog/ Is this new version of blog on your demo? Like it!
4) Does this theme has any “Maintenance mode” ? To use it until we build our page?
5) If I don’t want to use woo commerce on the site, I can turn it off?

1. yes that is added with a shorcode and it gets the images you add to the shortcode from the media library
2. I don’t know if there is a limit but it should be whatever is Wordpress limit for a gallery
3. Yes that is the Masonry Grid and you can choose the style from Theme options – Blog or if you add articles using the Posts Grid shortcode
4. yes it does, just enable it from the theme options. It will show a custom text you add
5. Sure, just don’t install the plugin and all the integration is not loaded
6. It is not very complicated. Install the main theme and then the child theme and activate the later. After that you can use the style.css for customizations or copy inside the theme any template from the main theme to override templates. easy

Hi, you can only add the carousel as widgets or you can add them with the Posts Grid and Click Build Query button and choose testimonials custom post type

Hi, Great theme. I’m having an issue though with members posting articles. I’m using social articles. Members are able to create articles but the save/publish button doesn’t seem to publish the article just saves it as a draft. I have to manually publish the post. I have the social articles settings on direst publish as well. Hopefully you guys can help.

Great theme however I’m having a hard time to get it to work correctly. I just purchased it and I can’t display your demo content. I’ve updated to the most recent theme available and created new pages to paste the Demo-page content in the visual text composer under “text” tab and nothing shows up.
1) I’ve followed the instructions in the video, imported the Demo Content and none of the pages are displaying. I’ve uploaded both the “demo-default-kleo” and the multisite version including “all related media files”. I’ve even added images to the visual composer content layout you provided and nothing appears below the main navigation-bar.
2) I keep getting the following message although I have the most recent update. “Please update rtMedia template files if you have overridden the default rtMedia templates in your theme. If not, you can ignore and hide this notice.”
I’m running a multisite and I’m running this only on this install. I can’t figure out what’s going wrong. Can you please assist.

2. Just ignore that, it comes by default just as a notice.
Non of the demo pages are loading. Not even my personal images will appear under your Demo pages. What other options to I have? It’s been a week and haven’t been able to work on it. Please help or advise where to get help. Thank you.

The demo content does not have all the images so depending on he location you should use your own images as Featured image or in the Theme General Settings – media tag on post edit. Also some images are added as backgrounds to rows, see http://seventhqueen.com/support/documentation/kleo#shortcodes
So it depends on what image you want to change

Hi, A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the main package downloaded instead of unziping the downloaded file

Hello, Theme continues to be great. Ive noticed that IE9 seems to make the site have some erratic behaviours which make the site look and operate differently to when its used in firefox or chrome. > if i set a photo as a row background, then place text boxes within the row and set their backgrounds as solid colours, when i view the page in IE9, the text boxes have a transparent background, but in firefox and Chrome they have the background colours i set. > The page editor doesnt work at all unless im in the frontend editor, however even then, i cant view the text or enter text into text boxes. > sometimes when im editing a page, it randomly switches on the page title and switches off the top bar transparency, and sometimes changes the page title to one of the titles of my posts. > the users menu (profile / notifications / forums etc) sometimes changes colour depending on which link i click on to access it.
issues in other / all browsers: >i still cant centrally align the users menu bar (profile / notifications / messages etc). they seem to stay as left align and doesnt matter what CSS i edit, it wont change. > icons on mobile view seem to align to the far right. this has just changed recently, despite me not changign any of the page around it. > sidebars dont work. if i set the sidebar to appear at the right of the page, a large area the same colour as the sidebar appears at the bottom of the page as well. thanks

Changing it on the woocommerce settings does not make a difference…apparently.

I want to create a “Latest News” area on my homepage, separated by news category (company news, team personal achievements, clients news etc.). I tried to use the “WP Recent Posts” element (with the “Tabs” element), but it seems it shows the latest posts independently of the category or other criteria.
What’s the best way to do the needs above?

Hi, you should use Posts Grid shorcode from Visual Composer interface where you have a Build query button to customize what to show.

I’m considering purchasing this theme, but not until the next update, do you know when that might be? I understands there are a few bugs and fixes are coming in the next update, I dont’ want to deal with the trouble of current bugs based on the comments.

- In the main-page:It would be possible create a SEARCH BAR [without writing a code] to be redirected to a list of GROUPS according to the search criteria
- Can I authorize or denegated the creating of the groups?
- Can I be the owner of all the groups but let to others be the administrators/content creators?

Im having a bit of a problem removing the breadcrumbs section 100%. I have disabled it in Settings, but the archive woocommerce category pages still have some of the grey area from the breadcrumbs sections.
Any idea how to completely remove this sections?
Also the mobile menu has stopped working without me doing any changing on the site.
Hi, that should be disabled from Theme options completely if you disable the title, the breadcrumb and remove the Extra info. Put a link

When I reset to default Kleo settings the mobile menu starts working again. I have tried turning on and off different settings, but witout finding the solution.
I have setup the whole theme again. Dunno what the problem was, but I fixed it via resetting themeoptions. The mobile submenus is not expanding however.
they should expand if you click the + icon. You seem to have enabled the slide menu and assigned a menu to it but I don’t know if you have submenus there
Well its working now. Dunno what the problem was. I Have reset the settings and been setting it up the same way as before.
I could not remove the breadcrumbs section completely. Some of the section was still visible in the product category pages. I have made the section transparent so it’s not visible. But it isn’t perfect. There’s more whitespace where the breadcrumbs section is made transparent on the product category achieve pages.
Also, do the logo have to be the exact same size as your default logo? The logo I have seem to be resizing in a wierd way when first visiting the site. And when enabling the header function with centered logo, it seem to make an overlay to the upper main page. I hope you know what I mean
the logo can be larger, we just recommend that size. What is the link to the page with the breadcrumb?

I’ll try to explain it in another way. I have two minor problems:
1. The breadcrumbs in the product categories is still showing even though I disable the breadcrumbs section in settings.
The only reason why it is not visible on my site now, is because I have made it transparent in settings. The part of the breadcrumbs that I cant remove completely, is the part with the directory (Home > X). Now that I have made it transparent its okay. But theres more white space in the product categories header compared to the rest of the site where the breadcrumbs is removed correctly.
2. The logo is not showing the correct size when loading the site. When loading the website the logo is a bit smaller than it should be. You can see this by loading the site after removing cache and browser history from your browser. After loading the site, the logo will resize into normal size when updating or loading another page of the site.
I hope you understand what I’m talking about

I tried to replicate the issue on your site but is no longer possible which means it should be fixed. Try to remove your cache and see how it goes
I have cleared the cache several times since we last wrote.
I have just made a couple of screenshots, so you can see the problem:
