hi there, question to ask abt the filterable post function again, so here is my webpage: http://www.hkmsua.org/teacher-list/ and the problem i concern is tht right now i’m trying to show all posts at the same page, instead of using different pages to show. The reason why i tried to do so is tht if i try to use different pages to show all posts, the web page will only show those posts within the same page.
For instance, if i try to use the filterable post function and enabled “show pagination”, and there are two pages: page1: contain posts w tagA, tagB, tagD page2: contain posts w tagC, tagE
when user try to access the page using filterable post function, ppl can only see three tags (tagA, tagB, tagD), which cannot show those tags tht are in other pages.
Do u know wt i mean? And any way tht can show all tags even i enable “show pagination”? Or any suggestion? Coz right now i will keep adding new contents to the website, if i keep showing all posts within the same page, will become super slow to load the webpage.
Ok, I got the issue. Since filterable post function by default picks up posts based on the order of the published date. A simple fix to this would be to edit the posts with tags TagC & TagE and if you can change the published date it would also show those tags in one view. Hope this helps !

Hello , i want to translate the website into arabic, i saw the video on how to translate, but the problem with arabic is that the text needs to be aligned to the right. for example the titles and breadcrumbs. is there an easy fix to aligned the whole theme?
If your wordpress installation is RTL then the whole site would automatically detect and become RTL. You can test this by using the RTL tester plugin and switching the theme to RTL.

No, as of now this is not possible. For Premium membership plugin we’ll be coming up with a series of add on plugins in coming few weeks for membership plugins. In case you have any specific request please use support forums for it.

1 – The videos are NOT secure. They can be downloaded! How can we secure the videos?
2 – The player does not start playing videos until its loaded completely! Some of the videos I have are 2 hours. What is the best options for videos?
3 – It allows me to watch videos that are NOT free. Why is that? How can I set up so the video is only viewable by those who have paid for membership?

For all above, we recommend using Third party video hosting services like Vimeo or Wistia. These services provide features like domain locking and private videos.
Is there an area within the website where an Instructor can go in and check all the quizzes and assignments submitted by a particular student?
For example: If I want to know the Quiz Score and Assignments Submitted for Student X can I do that from within the Instructor Login?
An instructor can go to her courses -> Admin -> submissions section and check all the quizzes, assignments submitted in her course. For a specific user is not possible as of now.

Yes, theme supports RTL and the translation file is included in the package (89% translated)
okay but when you turn it to right to left it doesn’t turn as a friend of me said ….and ur documentation doesn’t mention anything about it
The theme automatically loads RTL stylesheets if the WordPress setup is RTL. In case you’re facing any specific issue please share a screenshot of it.
Hi I set evaluation up as manually for quiz and course, but I couldn’t find Evaluation page for student.
When student complete quiz, how admin or instructor evaluation the quiz as manually ?

I found by my self on the front-end page but all of marked answer is empty, is this bug ?
When a student submits a quiz which is on manual evaluation. The instructor will get a message and a notification that the quiz has been submitted (* provided message component is active in buddypress settings). The message also includes a direct link to evaluate the quiz. Which is Course -> Admin -> Submissions -> Quiz where you can see all the submitted quizzes.
If you’re unable to view the marked answers then most likely you’ve missed out the discussion settings section in quick installation guide. refer link. All these settings are auto configured if you setup the theme using the setup buttons (Setup without sample data and Setup with sample data) provided on theme install.

There is no inbuilt feature for this. However, WPLMS courses can be connected to any method. Yes, you can connect the take this course to any custom page for customisation purpose.

Yes student can upload files. We have an assignments functionality wherein you can assign homework to students which they can finish and upload files. These files can then be downloaded by instructor and evaluated. Refer this link
If you only want an upload documents functionality then the theme is compatible with BuddyPress docs plugins refer link.
Hello There, Now my website is working and almost done, but unfortunately the users cannot edit their profiles as the area “(...) .com/members/” is not loading, and more we cannot add friends. Let me know what I can do.
1. Check the BuddyPress setting. WP Admin -> Settings -> BuddyPress -> Components and check if members is active.
2. Check the WP Admin -> Settings -> BuddyPress -> Pages and see if Members pages is connected.
3. Re-save permalinks to postname .
4. Make sure you’re not using any “page” caching plugins, try disabling the caching plugins.
5. Go to WP Admin -> WPLMS -> BuddyPress and check the single profile view setting.
6. If nothing helps, please create a support topic on forums and share your site link.

Now, we are not being able to add content to the course that we created, that is, we can create the course, establish the curriculum, price and other things. But we are not finding the option to add the content. It is still appearing the standard page.

There are several threads in forums which can help you out. My recommendation is to install W3 Total cache plugin and activate ””only object cache and database cache.
I am using the latest version of the theme 1.8.2. I tried to create a simple course with new instructor with say only one unit and a product attached to it using “admin panel of the instructor”.
The instructions are followed as per the instructor guide. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OWz66G_XkNkI created a unit first, “published” it and then created a course and tried to select the unit from the drop down but the unit is not visible in the drop down. No sure why I am facing this basic issue which was not there in 1.8.1.
Course creation through the front end works well.

Using “admin panel of the instructor”, at unit level as well assignment drop down list is blank. Unit forum drop down is blank.
During course creation through front end, set featured image is not working. There is an error. Hence I am not able to proceed there as well.
Hence, I am stuck at course creation through both front end as well as back end. Additional Info: Linkage flag is set to Yes at course manager as that was required by another instructor. Linkage is not being used for current instructor.
Kindly let know the way out from this show stopper ASAP.
Please disable “Linkage” and try again. If the dropdown starts showing the list then make sure you’ve connected same linkage term on all the course units,assignments etc. you may want to re-check the linkage tip. For front end feature image, make sure you’ve updated to the latest 1.8.2.1 version of the WPLMS Front end plugin.
After disabling the “Linkage” still the dropdown are still empty.
All WPLMS and Vibe plugins are showing version 1.8.2.1 except – WPLMS Customizer Plugin – V 1.0 WPLMS Dashboard, WPLMS Events – V 1.8.2
Theme version is being shown as 1.8.2.
Is this an issue?
I could reproduce the issue in test environment as well. Before upgrading the following 3 plugins Unit drop down was working properly with 3 units using say Instructor1 login (in chrome)
The issue started when there was a msg to upgrade following 3 plugins and the upgrade was done using admin login (in firefox).
Vibe Course Module, WPLMS Assignments and WPLMS Front End from V 1.8.2 to V 1.8.2.1
After upgrade, as Instructor1 (in the previous session), 1. I added unit 4, unit 5 etc. Those units are not available in the drop down at course level. Only previous 3 units are present. 2. I added 3 assignments. Those are not available in the drop down at unit level.
I reverted those 3 plugins to 1.8.2 but still the problem persists. I had not taken backup of DB before upgrading the plugins.
Make sure all the units,courses,quizzes are in published state. Please email your site credentials at support@vibethemes.com if you want us to check your site & settings. Also include your username in mail content.
All regular settings seem to be correct. I have sent the required details on support@vibethemes.com

The userid in Video was incorrect. Please try with the correct one.
I tried today’s release 1.8.3 in test environment but the issue still persists.

The show stopper is resolved with the help from you / your team. Thanks for the same. The below mentioned issues are still there:
1. Course Forum drop down is still blank at course level. How to create linkage for the same to populate that drop down?
2. Linkage was enabled as global setting for other instructor. It was not required for current instructor. But when I tried to create course through front end, “Select Linkage term” got added (not at assignment level though by default) even the drop down for linkage was kept blank. “Linkage” should be an optional feature.
Here is one more issue: 3. “AtClix” user had “key master” as forum role. It was changed recently. Now, I am not able to see the same in drop down of the user profile.
1. You can create a Forum from the WP Admin panel and connect it to the same linkage term as that connected to the course.This forum should appear in the Forum dropdown list in course settings.
2. When you create a course from front end enabling the linkage. The linkage terms added to the course will be automatically added to the units, quizzes, questions you create.
3. You may find answers to this in the BBPress forums, the theme does not change anything in BBPress.
Linkage is an optional feature and can be disabled from WPLMS -> Course manager -> Linkage

Theme does not provide any inbuilt methods for this. However, Teacher registration can be automated by using plugins such as ninja forms or Gravity forms.
hi there, am using the filterable post w the taxonomy “post_tag” (https://www.hkmsua.org/teacher-list/), one problem i found out is tht if a post belongs to multiple tags, it cannot be shown correctly.
For instance, there are three tags: tagA, tagB, tagC and if the post belongs to tagA, tagB and tagC, the filterable post function will only regard it to be tagA, but can’t show the post when users try to choose tagB or tagC.

Multiple Tags issue is already in issue log and the fix coming up in the coming 1.8.3 update.

I am setting up WPLMS on behalf of a client and we are having an issue with statistics being correctly displayed within the student and isntructor dashboard. I have attached screenshots of all the below comments.
1. The student has completed a course 2. The student has completed a quiz 3. The dashboard widget has been removed and re-added for testing 4. All options have been selected within the widget settings and all the different options (bar, line ,etc) have been selected and saved for testing. 5. I have searched the forum, watched the dashboard related videos and read the documentation and it makes no mention of this feature.

After re calculating the stats. Nothing has changed. Stats in the dashboard for both Student and Instructor as still not generating.
