Is there PHP limits that are required to use Avada? I am on a shared server and have the following limits…
max_execution_time 90 max_input_vars 6000 max_input_time 120
I only ask because I’ve run into problems with other themes and did some research. I would love to use Avada!

Awesome new features in v3.7.1, header opacity being the best one for me
I just want to know where the “Global Transparent Header” option is. In v3.6.x, it was in the “Header” tab just below the header layouts but in v3.7.1 there are new “Header Shadow” and “100% Header Width” options but no “Transparent Header”. Before updating to v3.7.1, I had the Global Transparent Header selected but now I do not want it global and would like to just set the homepage as transparent. Can you help me with this please?

It is now a opacity setting from 0-1 so you have full range.

Thanks! I found out that if I set opacity to anything other than 1 (opaque) the header automatically becomes transparent and the slider appears behind the transparent header. If I set the opacity to 1, the slider automatically goes below the header.
Yes that is correct. If you set it s 1, then it is fully opaque and therefor nothing behind it can show. If you set it to anything below that (0 – .9) then whatever is behind it can show. So for something to show behind the header, it has to be there, which is why the page content below moves up behind it. In your case that is a slider, but if the slider was not there it would be the other page content there.

Hmmm this is not from the default files. Please double check any edits you made to the theme files, also check the fields in theme options. It could possibly be a 3rd party plugin too but I doubt it.

I want to use a custom chinese font for my website. How can I add a new font to the list of fonts in Avada theme and use it for different sections of the website? or if I can change the css, which css and where I can change the fonts?

hi, We updated the theme from 3.6.2 to 3.7.1 directly , not 3.6.2 to 3.7.0 and 3.7.0 to 3.7.1 , this upadate method is ok ?

Hi there,
I’d like to use a RevSlider for each Portfolio Item (Single View). That works fine initially.
However – the Slider should appear above the Portfolio Post (as it can be selected for pages) and the feature image in the portfolio post should therefore be deactivated. Any quick idea for this?

This is a pre-purchase question. I would like to know if it’s possible to have the header top bar fixed after scrolling down, in order to be always visible with the main menu. Is there any additional option to have a second menu different from the header main menu or is the top bar the only option?

Currently that is not possible, the sticky header will only be the main menu and logo. However, the good news is we are going to be adding a new option sometime soon that will allow the top bar to also scroll.

Yes it is possible with custom edits, but it is more than just CSS, it is fairly involved. We cannot offer those edits now, but in our next major version 3.8 we will have a solution so the secondary top header bar in headers 2-5 will be able to be used in sticky header.

I have a problem with Avada Tabs widget, the popularity part. Other parts work fine, but this one does not show het highest views. Not according to my ‘feeling’, and not according to measured ‘highest views’. Looks like it doesn’t show post posted sice septembre this year.

Hmmm this sounds very strange, it could be due to a 3rd party plugin, try to turn all of them off and see if it fixes it. Also, it could be a hardware issue, try to check it on another machine.

Just wanted to say that I LOVE the new version !!!!!
A quick question though: Why do I ALWAYS have to go to Manage Locations whenever I make a change to the menu? If I do not do this, it displays a blank Menu because under Manage Locations, it defaults back to Select A Menu if I add, remove or change ANYTHING in the Menu.
