To translate the theme contents, follow the steps.
a) You can find the default.po file in the themes folder itself. Get into this path wp-content/themes/soulmedic/languages and you can find the default.po file.
b) If you are running a multi language site, you need to install the wpml plugin.
c) Or if you are running a single language site other than english. Say for example if you are running German site only. Go to wp-config.php and change the language code as define(‘WPLANG’, ‘de_DE’);
d) Then rename the file default.po to de_DE.po and open the file with a poeditor and you can translate all the texts from our theme.
e) Finally you will get the mo file there. Uploading that mo file the site will be fully translated to german.

hello bought it yesterday and setted it up. but as many others mentioned before that when i choose BOXED LAYOUT it doesnt work. i exactly did what you said others,
You can change it from Dashboard -> Soulmedic -> Appearance -> Layout &BG -> Boxed.

Hi,
I am redesigning a website and I plan to purchase another theme from you. As the redesign takes several days, my plan is to install your theme in a temporary website, build all the contents there and when everything is ready, I will install your theme in the resigned website and I will import all the content from the temporary website. Please advice if this is the right plan and if I can install your theme twice (I will remove the theme from the temporary website when everything will work on the redesigned website).

1) You need to install the dummy contents from Dashboard > Soulmedic > General > Import Dummy Data ( Top right corner).
2) Then update the permalinks from Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.
3) Change the home page from Dashboard > Settings > Readings.
4) Update the menus locations from Dashboard > Appearance > Menus -> Menu Locations.
5) Add slider to layerslider or revolution slider and add it to the home page using the slider options below the editor section.
Note: Make sure you have installed all the recommended plugins before these steps.

Try to disable the external plugins other than the theme recommended plugins and check the issue. Also we have changed your admin password, since you have posted it in the comments section. Secondly, I discovered within the MOBILE navigation menu that clicking on the ” + ” signs for the REGULAR dropdowns is causing the vertical scroll to freeze so that the website is scrolling behind the menu, and NOT the menu itself.
Is there a CSS or a file fix for this issue ?

I have found that the “MEGA MENU” dropdowns do not initially appear on the MOBILE navigation.
They only appear AFTER a link has been clicked.

And even after they appear, they do not scroll or render well within the MOBILE navigation.

The same thing happens in your DEMO as well.
Please remedy this in the next update.

1) The dropdowns do not appears on initial load. There will a square box in the top right corner, clicking on which the menus will open and it is normal behavior.

Just wanted to ask if is it normal that portfolio’s items subtitles aren’t translatable.
As you can see here: http://www.gnatologia.org/patients/?lang=en
the subtitles are in italian and if you try to edit and customize the english version of a patient it says that it is successfully saved, but when you display the page it is as nothing has changed. It will show the same subtitles for both the italian and english versions.
Could you please look into that?

After updating to the newest version of your theme, two things happened:
1) Two logos are appearing both at the header and at the footer. My previous one, and the default soulmedic theme logo. How can I fix this in order to have only one logo ?
2) Rensposiveness got lost. Before the update, when I was resizing the browser’s window, everything were working fine and responsively. Now the contents are mixing together if I do the same …
Maybe if number 1 is fixed, number 2 will be automatically OK… Could you please help me ?
