Hello,
I can´t edit pages anymore. I click edit (anything in Fusion Builder Mode), the little pencil, and page goes to transparenz black. I see Backgroundfeatures, this gets open behind the Transparency, but when i klick, all closed and its normal. Same at all edits. I have Theme updated today, it´s same Problem…
I think the Problem is “Fusion Page Builder”. On all Editpages next to “Edit Pages” if is Mode “Fusion Page Builder” activatet, is a little small I_____I I_Window now____I
like that size, wheres all html – Code inside. This Window is new. Can you help me?!?

Hi everybody, before I purchase this awesome theme I want to know is there any option to make a slider in circle view not box or wide or full width. Like a Cooker theme slider.( http://designmania.eu/tf/preview/cooker-wp/ )
If not, can I make/edit in CSS or jq…(back-end) ?

Hmm this is very custom, at least that particular example. This exact setup would not be possibly without code adjustments. However, you could set this up fairly similar in a revolution or layer slider by placing all graphics on the slider, then only inserting the images in the place you want them. So you would have the image frame on top and your images change out below it. The only real difference I can foresee is that the pagination arrows will show around the entire slider instead of only around the images. But you could hide them and have it autoplay instead, or create custom one sin the slider itself to navigate.

Thank you very much, can I add just one line code in css like “border-radius: 150px;” just that for slider and its Okey with me. I tried on demo version to put border-radius in inspect element (Chrome) but I can’t find the exact div.
That could work but that is not what I would recommend. I would recommend building the circular graphic outside of CSS because the CSS will make the entire slider rounded edges. According to your sample slider, it only needed in one area. I would build a design outside of WP and then upload those elements to the slider and build it that way. But it just depends on how close you want it to that sample.

What I mean is building the circular graphic using an editor like photoshop and then using that as a background for the slider.

Having an issue trying to get “all” SSL enabled. Actually tried the “search and replace” to exchange http for https but unable to change all. Some items are serialized it seems and can’t be manipulated. I know not all of these are theme related…. I’m just wondering do you have a demo running with https:// enabled for every page? without insecure objects?
We do not have one ourselves but I’ve seen any users who have so it should be fine. Our support team on our forum may also have some insight for you.
Fusion Builder is not working with Chrome. we have the latest avada and fusion builder.

yes, we are using 4.1 and we are using 3.7.1 avada. We can start a new page, using builder but after a short period of time (adding in objects) the save kills the page. It then will not load again. We have been able to use firefox.
Hmmm can you try to disable any chrome extensions you have running We’ve not heard of this before so maybe that is it. If it continues, please post a new topic on our forum with all your details so we can check it out.

Currently there is not a gallery feature, but you can use any of the popular gallery plugins like NextGen or Envira gallery. The good news here is that we have a nice surprise coming sometime in the 1st Quarter of 2015 
You can use our Fusion Builder and insert columns and image frame inside of each column, but that is a little different than a traditional gallery.

I’m actually looking to solve two things:
1. On mobile devices I can’t find the ‘view cart’ icon anywhere, how do I make this reappear?
2. I’m looking to make the submenu of a menu item always visible, so even without hovering over it. This needs to be done on specific pages (the woocommerce ones). I’m trying to achieve this with CSS but I can’t find the right handles to achieve this. Any ideas?

1. Where are you looking for it to be in comparison to normal desktop? If you have the cart icon in the menu, it will show on mobile when you click it, it will take you to your cart.

2. Hmmm this will take customizations. Dropdown menus are only going to show on hover, to only have one of them active and showing on woo pages will be difficult I think. 1) When I’m on my phone/tablet I look for the cart icon in the header section (so somewhere near the logo or near/in the menu), though I can’t find it anywhere. The only way for me to see the cart is to add another product.

hello,
I want fullwidth sections to have fixed height. When I am adding [imageframe] with transitions and text in them, I have to set the height by pressing enter before the text and after the text.
For example, this is the section

Is there a way to set a height so that all such sections on the website have the same height?

Currently there is not a way to have them to a fixed height, it is set to auto based on the content you place inside of them.
You can do this via custom CSS though. Each shortcode allows you to insert a custom class or id, enter a class or id and then add custom CSS for it to make it fixed height.

Hi, I am having a problem with blog page, some on some blog archive pages the complete text is in italics and on some it is bold including sidebar. I opened a topic on forum too, I can’t find a way to track my forum post. When I login to support center, it doesnt show anywhere my posts. This is quite disappointing, i need to get it resolved ASAP.

In regards to the problem with the Fusion Editor not showing in WP 4.1:
The hack with changing the line 1126 in wp-content/plugins/fusion-core/admin/page-builder/assets/css/application.css did not work for me.
First, because it wasn’t on line 1126, but rather on 1129.
Secondly, the value was not 999, but rather 998.
So instead of this:
z-index: 1001 !important;
I now have this
z-index: 998 !important;
Which works fine for me.

The image effect for the shop product is only for woo products. The portfolio and blog posts have their own image rollover. The good news though is that sometime in a future release we are going to be adding more image rollover effects and will do what we can to make each one available across the different post formats.

My website is getting messed up with the Avada theme. I tried the classic demo and then I wanted to see the agency demo but now it wont let me go back to Classic demo version.
Also when I try to activate another different theme it is messed up.
Can you help me with this problem?

The demo you import should only be done once, either classic or agency. Each time you import demo content, it does not remove the old content, it adds to it. So if you did it twice, you have both agency and classic.
When you import the data, a warning message pops up to let you know what is going to happen.
At this point, you either need to remove the content you do not want manually (ex: deleting pages, menus, posts). Or use the WP Reset plugin to start over. See this post for that: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/remove-duplicate-demo-content-import/

Hi, I love the theme. but it completly slows down my browser in such a way that it took me 12 seconds to load this comment side from themeforest. I cannot eben see what I am typing, becoasue of the delay. It is SOOOOOO frustrating. And I have a superfast gaming pc. So the hardware ist NOT the problem. I has begun when I downloaded avada. And I definitly cannot work this way!!!

I assure you, a theme would not slow down the browser in other windows. Something else is going on. That much I can promise you
We can certainly take a look for you, please signup at our support forum and post a topic with your info and login so we can check it out. My first guess is something is wrong with your internet connection. I know you have a fast PC, but if it is slow in the Themeforest window, then it could not be the theme at all. Try to reset your router and turn your PC on and off. Also, check to see if the file is still downloading from Themeforest, that also may be what it is.

Thank you! I will post at the support forum. But what I have discovered so far is, that I can work without problems with chrome, and very fast too. So it very probable is not the internet connection itself. And it does work without beein logedin at my avada subdomain. I just have the problem with avada.
