hello,

I want fullwidth sections to have fixed height. When I am adding [imageframe] with transitions and text in them, I have to set the height by pressing enter before the text and after the text.

For example, this is the section

Text HERE

Is there a way to set a height so that all such sections on the website have the same height?

Currently there is not a way to have them to a fixed height, it is set to auto based on the content you place inside of them.

You can do this via custom CSS though. Each shortcode allows you to insert a custom class or id, enter a class or id and then add custom CSS for it to make it fixed height.

Hi, I am having a problem with blog page, some on some blog archive pages the complete text is in italics and on some it is bold including sidebar. I opened a topic on forum too, I can’t find a way to track my forum post. When I login to support center, it doesnt show anywhere my posts. This is quite disappointing, i need to get it resolved ASAP.

One more thing is when I use fusion builder to build post, it does not show excerpt on blog page.

Yes it does show under the profile, any thread you create or comment you create is directly inside your profile, regardless of if we reply or not.

In regards to the problem with the Fusion Editor not showing in WP 4.1:

The hack with changing the line 1126 in wp-content/plugins/fusion-core/admin/page-builder/assets/css/application.css did not work for me.

First, because it wasn’t on line 1126, but rather on 1129.

Secondly, the value was not 999, but rather 998.

So instead of this:

z-index: 1001 !important;

I now have this

z-index: 998 !important;

Which works fine for me.

Help. The “fusion builder ” stopped working. I click on ” edit ” and the system hangs , does not run , does not go forward .

I am interested in purchasing this theme but I have one question. I like how on the Shop/Product examples, the product images swap for the rollover effect. Am I able to do this same image swap rollover effect on portfolio items?

The image effect for the shop product is only for woo products. The portfolio and blog posts have their own image rollover. The good news though is that sometime in a future release we are going to be adding more image rollover effects and will do what we can to make each one available across the different post formats.

My website is getting messed up with the Avada theme. I tried the classic demo and then I wanted to see the agency demo but now it wont let me go back to Classic demo version.

Also when I try to activate another different theme it is messed up.

Can you help me with this problem?

The demo you import should only be done once, either classic or agency. Each time you import demo content, it does not remove the old content, it adds to it. So if you did it twice, you have both agency and classic.

When you import the data, a warning message pops up to let you know what is going to happen.

At this point, you either need to remove the content you do not want manually (ex: deleting pages, menus, posts). Or use the WP Reset plugin to start over. See this post for that: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/remove-duplicate-demo-content-import/

Hi, I love the theme. but it completly slows down my browser in such a way that it took me 12 seconds to load this comment side from themeforest. I cannot eben see what I am typing, becoasue of the delay. It is SOOOOOO frustrating. And I have a superfast gaming pc. So the hardware ist NOT the problem. I has begun when I downloaded avada. And I definitly cannot work this way!!!

I assure you, a theme would not slow down the browser in other windows. Something else is going on. That much I can promise you :)

We can certainly take a look for you, please signup at our support forum and post a topic with your info and login so we can check it out. My first guess is something is wrong with your internet connection. I know you have a fast PC, but if it is slow in the Themeforest window, then it could not be the theme at all. Try to reset your router and turn your PC on and off. Also, check to see if the file is still downloading from Themeforest, that also may be what it is.

Thank you! I will post at the support forum. But what I have discovered so far is, that I can work without problems with chrome, and very fast too. So it very probable is not the internet connection itself. And it does work without beein logedin at my avada subdomain. I just have the problem with avada. But as said before, I will use the supportformum. Thanks! and merry christmas!

It seems there are some issues with WordPress 4.1 and this theme – the Fusion editor gets greyed-out and you can’t adjust settings – Also WooCommerce CSS seems to be out of whack and the store doesn’t work like it used to

Any updates?

Products show up twice in WooCommerce and the options in Theme Options aren’t working

When I click on products in WooCommerce store I get a blank page

As long as you are using Avada 3.7 or higher, it is compatible with WP 4.1. Please update to the latest theme version and also make sure you update the fusion core plugin. Clear cache once done.

For the products, that sounds like a woo problem or bad install. Update the theme as noted above, clear cache and see if it fixes it. Also, make sure you are up to date with WooCommerce, and when you do update woo, make sure to read their instructions and update the database if its needed. IT will prompt you in the backend if so.

1. We have not tested it ourselves, but I have seen other user who use it so it should be fine. If an issue does arise, we ask that you contact the plugin developer to see if it is a known issue with themes and if there is a resolution. And you can post on our support forum with any details and we can check it out and see if we can resolve it. A majority of the time it is something minor that can be changed.

I bought your Theme for myself an my own website some weeks before. No, I am a fan of yout theme and I told that one of my customers. Now he wants to have a website with this Theme too and I wanna do this for him as a freelancer. So I bought a licene again today. Now I am a bit confused, because the number which is in the filename is the same like before. So what exactly do I have to do, when I going to realsize it for my customer during the realisation and after thatwhen the website is ready. Thank you in advance… Tom

Currently the German language is at 44%, which seems low but is very high. The majority of what is not translated is the backend items , like theme options or fusion core plugin. The front end will be done or very close to it.
