I’ve been trying to update a site for months with this theme and it still keeps crashing even with the latest update. I’ve tried everything, including shutting off every plugin but still nothing. I tried registering for the support site but it also kept giving me an error. I don’t know what else to do. I need to get this fixed asap.

Hi, I’m having this very odd problem on a clients site (currently live). Everything works fine, but Safari on my iMac shows a black line where a youtube video should be on the first load.

I am using a couple of plugins - FS Contact and iThemes Exchange - Both plugins utilize a dropdown selection form. There is a problem with Central’s JS as I get a javascript:void(0) when trying to use the dropdown form. When switching themes to 2014 or 2015 no problems whatsoever.

Regarding a sidebar on the contact page, unfortunately it is not possible to add a sidebar to the contact page template. You could achieve this by creating a new page using the default or full width template, adding a sidebar to this page, and then creating and adding your contact form via some plugin like Contact Form 7 which has been styled for your theme.

Hi, i installed Contact Form 7, and it works, but you see the text of the send button only with mousover, otherwise it stays blue. The same without Contact Form 7.
And if you do not mind i have two further questions: How can i make my .png logo (35070) responsive? How can i change the with of a single pricing table?

Regarding logo, what do you mean by responsive logo? Logo is fitting into the header, it is responsive by default.
Depending on which layout you are using (two , three or four columns), you can use custom cs to change it:

So far I am not happy with my experience with the Parallax feature of this theme.
It runs slow on mobile devices. If I change the speed of the parallax it creates an unwanted space between the images.
The text is also slow to load on mobile devices and not in the center of the image, which was designated in the shortcodes.
The documentation for the theme is limited. There needs to be more detailed instructions.
I followed the exact shortcodes for the parallax demo to find out that some of the code is incorrect.
Support for this theme is slow at best and not thorough.

The problem is that parallax effect is not created for mobile devices, as for example IOS even doesn’t support it, as they pause any DOM element manipulation when scrolling. We can definitely help you to fix the issue on mobile by uploading larger images. Please post your ticket IDs and I will have someone from support address all of them

I am creating 2 “blogs” on my site… one for traditional blog posts and the other to curate my podcast episodes.
How do I keep the Title text as “Blog” on certain blog posts and change it to “Podcast” on others?
Also, how do I add content (i.e. text, shortcodes, etc.) above the default list of blog posts, when using Blog template 2?

You could achieve this via some custom css. Each category you create has a css selector which looks like this :
.category-nameOfCategory
So if you wanted to set the background color to black for blog posts of the category “design”, you could use some css like this:
article.category-design {
background-color: #000;
}
So you can use the code above and just change the name of your category and background color value to suit your needs.

Hey there, I experienced an attack on my website through what turns out to be the rev slider. My supporter recommends to update revslider (which it already is), or find another plugin that has the ability to do the same job. Can you recommend another plugin that works well with your theme?

I have checked the issue in detail and tried in different computers, different browsers, different platforms.
The issue exists in Google Chrome (Version 38.0.2125.111) in Mac OS X Yosemite (Version 10.10). These software versions are latest and up-to-date.
