The star is changed by using another icon from fontello by adding this css and changing the icon code:

Well that is normal since if the header initial state is transparent then it goes up the page and stays fixed and the section after it will be at the very top so this functionality should be used on pages where you have a slider or image and you should disable the breadcrumb from that page edit

1. Register page is automatically generated by Buddypress and takes your user profile fields added from Wp admin – USers – Profile fields. Also you should translate Buddypress plugin for that

2. default wordpress functionality: get_sidebar();

3. You add it with the revolution slider shortcode and make sure in that page Theme General settings you set the menu transparent. You could import that page from Appearance – KLEO Demo Data
