It’s included with the theme (in bridge/plugins folder). You should see missing required plugin notice at the top of you WordPress dashboard. Just click on link to install it

I configured and import the layerslider on the home page. Everything look good at 1920×1080. But when I reduce the browser size, there is error message shown: [LayerSliderWP] Slider not found, on top of the still functional slider.

I’m very interested in this theme and I like the variety of demos available. I’m thinking of designing a website where the main navigation menu text will have something like: Home, About Us, Services, Gallery and Contact Us
Now, I would like the Contact Us text to look different from the rest of the navigation menu. Will I be able to change the Contact Us text into a button or at least add an icon beside it so it’s easier for customers to see?
Also, is it possible to disable built in plugins without effecting the overall functionality of your theme? For example, I prefer using a third party SEO plugin because I can keep my SEO in tact if I ever decide to use another theme in the future.

I am not sure how to remove that page, but you can try to write htaccess url rewrite which forwards that page to another page. Maybe there is also some plugin which can rewrite url for you (forward page url to another page)

Yes, you can have full screen video and other elements from the web sites you shared here. If you add video, it will scroll with the page (will not be fixed as here: http://westwerk.com/). Also, header will not move up, but will resize and get background color on scroll (https://www.interactivered.com/). Other than that, everything is looking fine

If you mean the Qode Vertical Split Slider, this is not a page template, but a shortcode which you add to your page via Visual Composer: http://screencast.com/t/jJg2qx6q
After you add this element to your page, you need to click on the plus inside the element in Visual Composer and add a left and right sliding panel for each split slide you would like to add to your page: http://screencast.com/t/xO00aMrT

Also i installed the Modern demo yesterday, but it does not look the same as the demo on your site, what homepage version should I be using?

Is there anyway of adding padding above the footer so every page has spacing between the end of page content and the top of the footer as at the moment unless i add an empty space element, the content ends flush up against the footer
