just a quick note, skimming through your site’s source, I can tell you haven’t updated your theme in a while, make sure you do that and also “Get the Image” plugin. If that doesn’t fix it, please post to the support forum and we’ll check it further.

you can obtain the latest theme update from your client’s ThemeForest account that they used to purchase it, it should be under their “Downloads” tab. Also have your client register with the theme’s support forum and should have any further questions regarding updating feel free to post there. I have seen people implement real estate sites with the theme in the past with third party commercial real estate plugins like “WP Property listings”, however, if you are looking for something with automatic listing data feeds – http://www.idxbroker.com. That one should work fine with uDesign, but it’s much more complex (and costly) than the one mentioned above as you don’t need to create and maintain all your own listings. real estate, auto trader of sorts, this type of functionality is not a theme’s job but rather a plugin’s, you need to look for a plugin that will give you a platform for that. A theme’s primary job is the look and feel of a WordPress site.

I’m getting this error upon uploading your u-design.zip file via FTP. I used the u-design.zip in both the Wordpress Installation only and All Files and Documentation” and they failed to upload.
” End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on the last disk(s) of this archive.”
Could you double check that you zip files are not corrupted?

the zip archive is not corrupt, must be something on your end, I’ve had other users today download and install the theme without any issues, try downloading it again. I recall a case in the past where a user had an issue with their router and downloads were coming through incomplete.

Hello! I’m currently looking for a replacement for the Terso theme that was taken off the sale and off the support only 4 months after I had purchased it. My primary goal is to avoid this kind of scenario in the future. I see uDesign as a fairly old theme. Do you have a typical age for the themes you release after which you might consider stopping the support? Have you taken some theme off the sale or do you plan to do it in order to be replaced by something newer?

uDesign is probably the longest top seller theme and I’m planning on continuing to update it and support it. I also have no plans to stop selling or supporting this theme.
Actually many people buy it for that reason alone because they can count on my theme being there and always up to date (new features, security update, etc).
I have no plans to stop supporting the theme as I already mentioned it as long as ThemeForest doesn’t change the policy on that, that is not in my control, but as far as I know updates will always be free for people who purchased it.

I’m looking for a nice and simple theme for wordpress and I liked your theme the most so far. The only thing that I’m missing right now is the mega or uber menu. Is something included or supported for your theme? Because this feature is essential for our new site.

The theme doesn’t include a mega menu BUT you could certainly use UberMenu (I think it’s free for the basic version), it works with the theme fine.
