You guys need demos on how to use the theme. Not just how to load the demo content and how to add the theme to Wordpress. Of all the themes i have bought off of here, this is the most disappointing purchase yet.

we just purchased the theme, but there are some troubles using it.
I created a “Contact page”, it shows up in the menu but i cant click on it and it doesnt show up on the part of the page where it should be. ( its basically nothing there)
Another problem is at the contact page i want to put a map and a text block beside each other but the text, no matter what i change is placed under the map and not besides.

Great theme, but any plans to include a Visual Page Builder in the future? In my opinion, that lack of a visual page builder and difficulty of SEO implementation (homepage spread over multiple WP pages) are the ONLY downfalls of this theme. It’s a visually stunning theme with great front-end functionality, with these fixes…the user friendliness would match the quality of the front-end. Cheers

you need to make use of some custom CSS in this case since the option panel only allows to change the font weight.
#navigation ul li a { font-size:12px; }You can place this CSS inside the Theme Options under Advanced -> Custom CSS. Play with the px value until it fits your needs.

I just bought a wordpress (4.1 premium) account, are we not able to upload themes anymore? If so is there refund policy?
I saw “4.1 ready” so that’s why I thought it was safe to purchase. I try searching the problem through Wordpress but they are telling me to buy their software, Bluehost or something like that… but that’s an additional purchase. Is that the only way around this?

Pff you sell this theme with the comment. What you see is what you get while using the demo installer. Then on the end while installing the demo you display the information that images are not available in the imported demo version due to copyright issues.
If advertise with the information what you see is what you get, you actually are not telling the truth. How hard is it to insert images which you have created yourself ? Just take a camera and make photographs of the wall of your office or a desktop or a tree.
It’s not about the images but how it works in the website. I am now searching how it’s done. I bougth this theme because i liked it that i could import the site as on your website without any problems.
Also i can not find any documentation about all the shortcodes used in your theme.

if taking pictures would been that easy, believe us we would do it but good pictures like we have in our demo’s need time to take. We already tried that in the past. However we can understand the frustration in this case and sorry for the inconvenience caused by the missing images. We are happy to share the information where you can grab up the copies of these images ( if still available – some of them were part of limited packages ) and our support is more than happy to help you where to insert these images ( in most cases it’S the featured image or the parallax setting of a section.

when editing the Revolution Slider you can find a Custom JavaScript Toggle inside the Slider Options ( not Single Slides ) within this toggle simply delete the custom JavaScript. This will remove the snow effect.

When I’m trying to view the shortcodes generator on page editor it doesn’t load. The loading bar comes up but it just stays there and the we can’t see the list of codes. I’ve tried it on different browsers and it still doesn’t load.
It only seems to have happened since the last update. Do you have any idea why this is?

Hi Matt,
the most common reason for this issue is a wrong CHMOD on the wp-content folder. While you need to set it to 777 for setup and update purposes this folder should be changed back to 755. Please let us know if this helps.

have you updated the shortcode plugin already? You need to least Version 2.8 since WordPress 4.1. If you re download the package here at themeforest you can grab up the latest copy out of the delivered plugin folder.

Hey, I have recently bought the theme and like it a lot so far. I have installed the demo content. Have a issue
1. Ive been working on the site and somehow my contact area has vanished at the bottom of the page. I looked at the page and the contents are EMPTY. I have not idea how that happened but if there was anyway to get a copy of the contact page code from”the beginning” theme I would greatly appreciate it.
ok, I fixed it. not sure how it got unchecked by reading through msgs showed me the theme options contact setting. it was not activated anywhere.

hi. i have a question please: this theme has a lot of icons who are (to my understanding) a programmed icons. i wish to have my own icons (image icons) in meny areas insted of the ones the theme has. how can i do this ?
another question: i added team members under style three. my images are a bit longer than the ones in the theme, therefore, they are bein “cut” on the top and bottom. can you please help ?
