Hi, One of the best WordPress theme ever developed! So I was working on Betheme for a client, he wants to use the BeHosting Demo.
I can import the BeHosting Home page from the theme’s Demo importer. But how can I import the other pages of BeHosting as seen in demo? (e.g Technology, Application and features, Why our hosting?, Contact us)
I’d be really grateful if someone from the team provide me with a solution to this.

unfortunately we do not see “Purchased” label next to your question what means that we are not able to answer on your question. If your client purchased theme, then he should give you purchase code and his nickname so you can create account on support forum where you can send questions or your client maybe will create this account for you.

You have a bug in resposive design of mobile. (for example see: http://bosporus-pizzeriagrill.de/)
When guest visit the website on their smartphone and click the menu “Unsere Menüs” then scrool a little bit to bottom then the page get a dark screen and the other sub-menüs (at bottom) doesmt seem correct.

this was fixed with one of the updates and because you got older version, this happen. But if you will update theme to latest 6.3 version, all will be fine

This looks awesome. Pre Sales Questions:
1. Does the megamenu allow any type of content in it, such as contact forms, images and videos, or only text? Basically, is it equivalent to UberMenu’s megamenu function?
2. Can we hide rows and specific columns within rows based on screen size, ie mobile, tablet or computer?
3. Is the top bar (above menu) editable, as in can we change font size, icon size, search box and position of all within the top bar?
4. We have actually used several Muffin themes before. I see an issue here that I have also seen in Bretheon. The fonts aren’t smooth around the curves, which really stands out in headings. I’ve only seen this in your themes. What can be done to fix this problem, as it take away from an otherwise great look?

1. Unfortunately our theme does not allow for that. This is possible only with UberMenu plugin only but we did not tested this plugin with theme.
2. Yes, you can. We added “Visibility” option for sections but also we did compatibility with WP Mobile plugin.
3. Action bar is not such editable as content but of course you can change font size, icon size or also you can have additional menu in this section instead of social icons if you want. But if you want to change left and right elements with position, this can be also done with some float style
4. The fonts were not smooth in Chrome browser especially because we have Google Fonts included that works like that and this is not our false unfortunately. We also have no idea why but Google fonts looks horrible in Chrome and are very sharp. But with Be, we added option to add own fonts and use them instead of Google so you can avoid this behave.

Thanks for your quick reply. I am curious though about the issue with Google fonts, because I have used other themes that load Google fonts, and they come out perfectly smooth. Is the issue something unique to the way Muffin codes its themes?
No, it is not related with our themes only. If you did not had the same problem with other themes, then they did not used Google fonts for sure. Hi Guys ! Thank you for this excellent theme. I love it ! Just one remark. I would like to see some more support for Woocommerce. There is still some css being used from woocommerce (like error messages, call-out’s etc..) instead of your theme. I certainly would like to see some more woocommerce demo’s !

Really nice looking theme!
A few pre sale questions please. 1) I recently used a theme and then it was discontinued which means no future updates and a real bummer, by the looks of things you guys intend to be offering BE for some years to come, would that be right? 2) Looking at your yoga theme, are all the themes fully customise-able? I mean if I start with the Yoga theme can I change it to a multipage site rather than a one pager? Would also want to use a different kind of box content under the slider – so are all elements on a given theme layout inter-changeable with any of the features and short-codes offered? 3) Do you provide some customisation support/help? For instance reducing the height (but also the width) of the slider for yoga theme on a 320px width screen because you would need to do a lot of scrolling to see the whole slide? 4) Is there a yearly fee to receive on-going updates and how much. 5) Is it possible to put a certain widget into any area in a layout? 6) Do you have an option to initially display say the ‘classic’ header and have that switch to the ‘fixed’ header when scrolling down the page? 7) lastly, when starting from the yoga theme, is it possible to display some kind of top navigation area above the main page links that would show contact phone and social media links?

1. Yes, exactly. And we still improve this theme. At this moment we got planned new features for next few months
2. Yes, all elements can be modified. Demos are only merely examples of what can be achieved.
3. We offer support of course, especially on support forum.
4. All updates are for free.
5. Not sure if it is possible in each area but nearly in every. You can use widgets in “Sliding top area”, content, footer and sidebars.
6. This is called “Sticky header” and of course we got it You can see it for example on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/home?mfn-h=classic
7. If you mean something like we have for example at Be|Language demo, then yes, it is possible.
8. Yes, you can have those kind of menus. You can have any menus you see around our demo website.
9. We are not sure what you exactly mean about “Trailer box” so you probably must show us screenshot with necessary modifications.

THANKS for the answers, as for 9) a trailer box is one of your features under shortcodes > boxes & infographics. I would like to be able to display 3 links (as shown on this image: http://stimuluscreative.co.nz/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/TRAILER-BOX.jpg), instead of just one link as you have on your demo
Unfortunately it is not possible to show 3 different links on “Trailer box” item. We’ll consider this while future updates anyway.

Subheader disappears when using slider

Great, did not notice that one. Thank you! Now, only 1 thing left the double H1 on the blog page, both in subheader and main title of the blogpost. I would like to keep the main title and the subheader.

If you want to keep them both, then unfortunately both will be h1. We did them like that because most users don’t want to use both at the same time and they prefer choose subheader or main title. That’s why we did both h1.
Are you planning on adding this option or not? If I want the breadcrumb, I need to display the subheader (and thus the title). No choice there. When on a blog page, using only the title in the subheader as main title of a post does not visually make sense. I mean, look at it, it’s like something is missing when you don’t use the large title outside of the subheader. Let your (I think he/she is wonderful, don’t get me wrong) graphic designer have a look. The balance is gone without main title in blogpost. The eyes don’t go automatically to the tinier title in the subheader. So, having breadcrumbs and main title in post page forces me to use both. There is no choice.
At this moment we do not have any plans (we got too many features in queue) but we can think about it. But if you want to hide title in subheader, this can be easily done. You can keep subheader with just breadcrumbs if you want. So all you can choose is decide if you want to show title in subheader or title which is under subheader on single post pages. Both can be easily removed and this is all we can recommend at this moment.
Hi, for the sake of the entire site looking the same, I want to keep the title and the breadcrumbs visible. So, that is not possible and will result in two H1’s. You don’t have many requests, but I wonder how many people are aware of this issue.
You are first person who mentioned about that and that’s why we are not able to do it now. We have much more requests from users who want the same and that’s why those are first in queue. As we mentioned, we’ll consider this when we finish current updates.

Hi, I am definitely the second person together with coretekk in forum.muffingroup.com I try to understand but I give it one more go if you don’t mind: don’t you think this is not a feature that you should or should not implement, but is core functionality of a theme? Two H1’s, simply is bad practice. It’s not the paint here on the wall, some bricks used for building the wall are bad. You have a great theme, really, I am convinced, but this is something that should not be there.
In our mind it is not core feature because users choose if they want to show subheader or title. Both are always the same so what is the sense to show them both? For us this is incomprehensible. Users usually choose if they want title in subheader or title under it. So in our opinion this is not core functionality and as we said, we’ll think about it while future updates.
How do I change the width of the responsive menu? I don’t want it to be triggered so soon. Sometimes when I put the tab a little smaller it already triggers the responsive menu. This isn’t nice because people with smaller screens wont be able to see the real menu. Please help.

this menu works like that because most users have lot’s of items in their menu and that’s why responsive menu is much better. But of course if you have less items and you don’t like it, then please take a look at support forum http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/29/responsive-toggle-value where we explained how to change it.

Thanks for answering. The solution in the forum did not work for me. Since then you have changed files and when I look at responsive-1240.css and change the line that is in the forum at the end, it breaks the menu and the mobile menu doesn’t come at all. Is there an UPDATED forum for what to do with the current version of Be?

Hi there – I did exactly what you say to do and now the mobile menu isn’t working properly. It isn’t hiding the menu on mobile, it stacks it instead and the mobile menu doesn’t work.

This is unfortunately not possible because both features have different options. All we can recommend in this case is Blog Slider item.

In muffinbuilder you can choose full width on different sections and backgrounds and so on. In the latest VC video in this subject there should be a strechfunktion on rows that will do that.
The reason I wonder if you will update your VC to that version is because I donot want to use muffinbuilder all over the pages. Even if I like it better then VC .

Ohh, ok So most demos exist as Full Demos and few still exist as homepage but you don’t need to worry about that because each week we transform demos that are still homepage into full demos. When you read description on themeforest marketplace next to each full demo you have “Full demo” rounded badge in right top corner of each demo image (this means which demos exist as full demos).

Or you can install Jetpack plugin (then you will get all those options) or you can still use Gallery but with standard options. You can look at http://codex.wordpress.org/The_WordPress_Gallery where also is some information about gallery creation.

no, it is not possible to integrate Facebook and Twitter API’s into timeline unfortunately. If you want to modify html then of course you can do it in theme files but if you mean css, then you can make all necessary changes in Custom CSS section included into muffin options panel. This is much easier and safer because everything is kept in database.
