I just bought your theme. It installs just fine but I cannot live preview or activate. I get the following error ‘Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.’
Can you help me resolve this? I will also send an email to via your website.

Yes you can do this via media uploaded. You can add shortcodes via our Meks Shortcodes plugin that is included with theme.

This is really strange, one of our users also reported the same problem 3 weeks ago but it appeared that there was something wrong on his server configuration. Do you have some access to your server logs so we can see what is the exact error? Also, have you tried to just activate the theme?

Hi – I have not activated the theme since preview failed. I am not sure about the logs but this has never happened and all themes are loading normally.. If i give you the access to FTP and wp, can you please look into it ?
As per wordpress, they have asked me to increase default memory size..

I’ve integrated ubermenu into voice and it looks great but I just realized I put the codes in the main theme & not the child theme. Will I lose everything I did in the next update? Yikes!

I have uploaded a big picture (3648*2736 px) using the wordpress “Add media” button, and it still in this size on the website, only displayed smaller in the post itself. What did I do wrong? Yes, but this image is not featured image that is rendered automatically. You have manually inserted it inside content. In such case, you need to manually pick its size when inserting image into content.

I am encountering two problems with the layout and it has been reported by some of my visitors too.
1. Overlapping of Images: On Homepage at first time load the thumbnails overlaps each other specially if you go the next page by clicking on load more. http://i.imgur.com/VIg7HFn.png :
2. Main Navigation Menu isn’t in the center when the screen size is small – http://i.imgur.com/TBv6Sjb.png

Could you tell us if there is a simple way of adding letter ‘anchors’ (A-Z) to the top of the authors page? We have close to 150 authors, so we would like users to be able to jump around within the list of authors.

Author template not showing up in admin page attributes. Page content/editor options also not showing up in admin area. Logo size in other devices too small to see. Theme not showing up responsive in devices. PLEASE HELP, I have been trying to get this things to work right with no luck. I have waited for a response and have not heard anything back in a week.
