Hello,

Have you tested with the just released BuddyPress 2.2? and are there any issues?

Thanks.

Hi,

We are working to release an update which will confirm compatibility with BuddyPress 2.2 as soon as possible.

Cheers

USING YOUR SEARCH ICON/BOX BUT WITH A SEARCH PLUGIN INSTEAD OF YOUR AJAX SEARCH:

I’m trying to use other search plugins (e.g. Relevanssi, Buddypress global search) with your search icon/box (Kleo ajax search turned on), but when clicking the “search” icon on the wp menu, it shows both the plugin search and the Kleo Ajax search underneath.

I presume I have to disable the Ajax search from the Kleo theme settings and try to build a search box myself? But just in case, I wanted to ask you guys if there’s any easy way (add_action in functions.php?) to disable your ajax search while still using your search icon/box.

I tried to look at your theme-functions.php and I saw a couple of functions about the ajax search, but I couldn’t disable the ajax search at all, it always conflicts with the search plugins.

Just for your information, those search plugins work ok with other themes. Again, maybe i should just disable the ajax search in your settings and do a box myself?

Any help appreciated!

Cheers from London Ramiro

Hi, and thanks for choosing our theme.

Unfortunately we don’t offer integration support at this time with the plugins you mentioned and what are you describing requires programming skills, and it’s an custom feature.

For sure you should follow your last idea, you should find the template you want to edit, and build your own search box using our styling and customize it so it works with whatever plugin you want to integrate it with.

Let met me know if I can help you with something else. Cheers

Hi again,

Final pre-purchase Q (I hope!) – I’m looking at a plugin (= Nav Menu Roles) that hides menu items for logged in/logged out site visitors, and it says it conflicts with your Kleo theme due to using the same ‘hooks’ i think.

Does this mean your theme does this already?? Cheers.

That was an old issue which has been already resolved. Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Cheers

Good day to you Sir,

I am interest on this template. here some question to ask:

1) this template support wordpress multisite?

2) the One-page layout as KLEO mainpage?

3) does the blog section include ajax category filter as portfolio section?

Thanks :)

We’re glad to hear that you consider our theme as a start for your project.

1. Yes, our theme has full support for multisite setup.

2. Yes, you can use Kleo as one page template, you can see a demo right at this link: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/

3. Unfortunately we don’t have this feature for the blog section, but we are already working at it and it will be probably available in our next update.

Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

After removing the title area (page title/breadcrumbs) from all pages in settings, it is still showing up in BuddyPress pages, but not in pages that I have created. Is there a way around this? Thanks for your time!

I’d like to make the site private, except for my home page. I love the log-in pop-up screen that comes with kleo, and would be awesome if I could set it up to where that pops up every time something outside of my homepage is clicked (such as other menu pages). Is that possible? Thanks for your time!

Or perhaps block access to buddypress pages and not allow viewing of posts, but do access my site pages. Hope this makes sense. Thanks

If you install Paid Membership Pro, and add a free level, then you will have some options for posts and pages which will require the user to be logged in and to have that specific ( free ) membership level. Once with this you also enable some extra options under “Theme Options>Memberships” which will give you the ability to block access to buddypress pages.

Let met me know if I can help you with something else. Cheers

Hi,

I’m developing a social photo group using Buddypress, and your theme looks great for this.

However i was also was going to use s2member, but see you have a membership setup already – does this work to limit access to BP activity streams/groups and all forums or only to members profiles?

If I want to use s2member, is this theme compatible with it, or will your payment component conflict with it?

I also want to use rtmedia for image upload – am I right in saying that your theme is OK for this plugin?

I’m testing rtmedia with a default wordpress theme (2013 and 2015) and there seems to be a bug/problem with some functionality – I’ve posted a forum question for them (here: http://community.rtcamp.com/t/upload-button-half-hidden-on-image-upload-plugin-conflict/ ) but they don’t seem to do anything. Do you know if this is a problem with your theme too?

Many thanks.

Hi,

We’re glad you’re considering our theme as a start for your project.

We don’t have any integrations made with s2member, but basically it should work without problems, you should contact or search s2member documentation in order to see if they need any specific integration with a custom theme.

It won’t interfere in any way with the integration we have with “Paid Membership Pro”, because it’s only optional to be installed/used.

We have a full integration made with rtmedia, so you won’t find any conflicts when using rtmedia with our theme.

Cheers

Thanks for your super quick reply – all looking good to go! :)

Hi, I’m trying to hide buddypress pages (profiles, group pages, member page) from non-logged in users, but I am unable to. When I edit these pages to be membership only pages, it still does not hide the buddypress pages. I noticed when I go to, settings – buddypress- pages and deselect the assigned page it becomes private, but does not function correctly. For example, member search does not work.

Also, how do I assign a redirect page for logged in users? I tried to edit through theme options- miscellaneous, but does not allow me to add a custom link. How do I edit the “Default WordPress redirect” ?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

If you unlink pages from “Settings>BuddyPress>Pages” then you will break the way buddypress works, so please set them up as they should be.

You can limit your buddypress pages by going to “Theme Options>Memberships”.

For redirect options, you should select “Default WordPress Redirect” under “Theme Options>Miscellaneous”, after that you should install the following plugin which will enable a lot of login/redirect related options under the settings menu.

Let me know if I can help you with anything else. Cheers

Hi

I’m really interested in buying this theme. It looks gorgeous and seems like it will fulfil my needs. However I have a doubt:

Does the theme support widgets placement on home page? and if the answer is yes, in what position on home page is this placement allowed?

We are developing a custom widget for an external site search engine and would be nice to place it in the home page.

Thanks.

Yes it supports widgets on any page, but I’m sure if you are developing a custom widget, your developer will have no problem in showing it on the homepage. Or you should also develop the widget to work as a shortcode, so it can be easy to use in page content.

Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Hi again, been working on your theme and i just can say that i love it. one question, been trying to find where the text under the membership boxes is set so i can change it but so far i have not been able to find it nor in membership plugging nor in home page… can you tell me where should i proceed to do this change?

The entire membership levels page is made using Visual Composer, if you can’t manage to understand the way it works then I recommend you to read their documentation which comes bundled with our theme.

We would love if we could continue this converstation on our dedicated support forum, where you can find a lot more information from other customers or from our support team.

Hello,

How do I disable the comments?

How do I disable the lightbox when click on grid in gallery mode?

Make the same edits to this file “page-parts/post-content-carousel.php”

Cheers

It works, thank you very much. I would like to have your advice.

The blog is now in English but I want to translate it also into French in a subdomain like fr.domainnaime.com

The question is what plugin is the best for it and compatible with the theme?

We fully integrate with WPML, also most of the serious plugins out there are standardized to work with WPML.

Hi I have an email, awaiting for reply thank you. Your theme was fantastic.

Grace

Have sent an email inquiry. Hope i can have your reply thanks.

Hi, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello,

I’ve been looking at buying this theme for a bit—looks fantastic. Now down to a couple of presale questions:

I already own a purchased license for Visual Composer – how does that affect the purchase of this theme?

I have read conflicting info on the Revolution Slider – is it a required plugin, or optional? (I already own a license for Slider Pro).

Thanks.

Hello,

Our theme already comes bundled with Visual Composer, and there is absolutely no difference between your own and the bundled one.

We fully integrate with Revolution Slider, so there doesn’t exist any conflict from our side and yes, it’s only optional/recommended to be used if you need it or like it.

I can’t say anything about Slider Pro because we didn’t test it with this specific plugin, but there shouldn’t be any problems as we don’t interfere with the way plugins work. At maximum it will need a few extra css styling.

Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

So I assume that means even though I have purchased a VC license, I still pay the full amount?

And would I then 1) deactivate my VC plugin since its in the theme? and 2) would my existing VC pages still work with the plugin off, but the theme on?

Thanks.

Our VC license version is a special one, and it doesn’t have anything in common with your own license. There isn’t any discounts for already having a license.

If you already have VC installed on your wordpress, then when you activate our theme, you won’t get a warning that you should install VC. If you wouldn’t have VC already installed, then you could install it at that point, because it comes bundled inside the theme package.

Pre-sale question: Hi, I’m planning to create membership + e-commerce site. With your theme, am I able to display members’ price to those registered members? (Regular price for those non-members)

Thank you.

We don’t have any specific options to display different prices for members type. For the ecommerce side i think you can use “woocommerce dynamic pricing” plugin, for the membership side, i don’t know, you should search if “paid membership pro”, the plugin which handles the membership side, have such options.

Please let me know if I can help you with something else.

Hello,

I’ve been trying to import the demo and setup the pages (pinterest style), but nothing is being imported.

Can you please help?

Thanks,

Aneta

Please drop me an email at dev[@]seventhqueen.com with a link to your wordpress install, and maybe access to your wp admin in order to investigate what happened in your case. If you can and want we would love to assist you more on our dedicated support forum located at: http://seventhqueen.com/support/

I am considering this theme for a new project I am working on. I am familiar and love the extra plugins you use. The only potential plugin I would like to use would be UberMenu since it can handle images in the menu. Do you know if this has successfully been implemented into this theme?

I can’t guarantee that it will work straight out of the box, without some extra styling, we saw it implemented before, but we personally didn’t tested it.

Sorry – don’t know why I can’t find certain files so easy. But need file that displays the Icons under the member-header where it shows activity, notifications, friends, etc. I’m able to remove padding to make room for the “social articles” Icon to show up just to the right of the Media icon – it’s currently under the plus symbol. It shows up when looking at someone else’s profile on the right side very nicely but when you look at your own profile, it gets put under the plus sign as there is not enough room. But I can make more room by removing some padding and then the icon can be placed after the Media icon. Thanks

Hello, you don’t need to edit any filels, you can add the following css rule in your wp admin, under “Theme options > General > Quick css”

#buddypress div#item-nav ul li a {? padding: 15px 10px; ?}

Is there an easy way to manage all group requests at one single place/page? Or at least, get admin notified whenever someone requests to join a group?

No, i don’t think there is an option for this. Try to search for a BuddyPress plugin. I given a look but didn’t found anything.

Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Pre-Sales Question:

I would like to know if you or anyone you know has had success installing a business directory plugin to this theme.

Thank you!

Hi,

Unfortunately i can’t recommend you a specific plugin for that, but I’m sure there are plenty of them out there.

We don’t interfere with plugin functionality, so any of them would have to work, at maximum, it will probably need some slight design improvements to match our theme.

If you need any help or you encounter any problems please get back to us in our dedicated support forum, where we will do anything we can to help you.

http://seventhqueen.com/support/

Thank you for your purchase.

I love this theme. My friend has it. He also has issues with Nextgen Gallery causing issues with the edit profile link redirecting him elsewhere.

Is this a known issue? I don’t want to purchase this theme if this a bug.

We don’t interfere with other plugins functionality, so it might be also a problem from that plugin, or some other conflict in additional code or plugins.

If your friend it’s already a customer of ours, ask him to open a thread on our dedicated support forum and we’ll get a look into the problem.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Hi, I’m just about to buy the theme but I would need the confirmation that the membership level will change automatically when consumer select and pay the selected membership level. For example if a customer that is in the bronze level would like to buy the Gold one and pay for it, then will be automatically changed to this gold level. Thanks a lot Your theme looks great!

Hello,

Yes, each time you checkout with a new level, that selected level will be applied.

Please understand that we just integrate with PMPro plugin at the design level and with all content restriction functionality that they offer, all other aspects of how the payments or membership related features work are in the responsibility of PMPro plugin.

If you need any more clarification about how the Paid Membership Pro plugin works, please contact their support. ( www.paidmembershipspro.com ).

Let me know if I can help you with any other information related to our theme.

Cheers

Hi I like the styling you have in this theme for Buddypress, would it be possible to integrate the styling for buddypress from this theme into another theme, so as to keep the overall look of the site(with a different template) but have the new styling for buddypress. Could you just give me a quick idea of how difficult this would be and overview to how it would be done. Thanks

Unfortunately this is not possible. It would be more recommended to use our theme, keep the parts you like and customize the others.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
