I am at a loss here. I am working on a clients website and they use your them. They are using a third party gallery and we are getting your prettyphoto lightbox popping up in the back ground. How can one disable this feature of this theme?
It seems like when I comment out line 1129 of the themes function.php file it goes away, but then rtmedia messes up.

My Registration and Activate pages aren’t showing up! I’ve enabled “Anyone can register”, and I even copied the latest Kleo download back into my theme folder. Is there any thing else at all that I can do to find and assign these pages?

Is this possible with KLEO?
This is not related to Kleo, the social network features are provided by BuddyPress plugin. You should search for a buddypress addon which gives you the features you want. Unfortunately I can’t recommend you one because I didn’t heard until now of such functionality.

We have styled all widgets that comes with wordpress or with any third party plugins for which we offer full integration.
At this time we don’t have all of them in the demo, but it’s a good idea and we’ll try to make a page for them in the future.

The cover image for groups will come in one of our future updates. It’s already on the waiting list of “to do’s”

PLEASE HELP! I’m using the side menu and have spent hours trying to get the sub-menu items to be accessible. I am using the same menu as for main top nav and it works fine as a normal mobile menu but as soon as I switch the side menu on, the ‘’ disappears and I’m now left with a tiny little ’^’ which is absolutely impossible to click on. Please advise how to achieve the ‘’ on side menu and allow them to be properly clickable. Thanks. (www.orpingtonhub.com)
From what I see the plus sign is still there, but is the same color with the background. Try to add the following css rule in “Theme Options > General > Quick Css “
.offcanvas-menu .widget_nav_menu .parent > a .caret:after { color: #fff !important; }

Hi, this has not worked. I can’t see the plus sign at all? There are tiny little downward arrows on menu items containing sub-items, but they are not physically clickable as they are too small/close to the text. I just want it to be like my normal mobile menu but with the overlay functionality of the side menu.
Could you please post a screenshot ? Maybe I didn’t managed to replicate the same problem of which you are talking about.

Yes, out theme is fully compatible with latest version of wordpress, buddypress or woocommerce. BuddyPress comes with a private messaging system, not a chat, but there are some nice chat plugins that you could add as an extra (ArrowChat for example). Also you have an activity stream which is similar with facebook timeline. You should give a look at our demo closely and you will see all this features.

By using the rtMedia plugin you will have the option to LIKE photos without any extra coding. Also, users can post photos to their own activity feed, to their friends, and on the main activity timeline.
You can go in our demo, and use demo/demo as username/password to login and inspect all aspects of the site.

- I would like to use the “sitewide notices” widget. But I can’t figure out where to type in the text for the notice to display. Where do I type text?
- Is there anyway to make the BuddyPress “Friends” widget to always display on the site, instead of just displaying only when only showing when viewing a member profile?
1. As an admin, go to your frontend buddypress profile, and under Messages you have a menu called Compose, in the compose page, you leave the name field empty and tick the checkbox called “This is a notice to all users. “
2. Make sure the Friends widget is under the “Main Sidebar” and that you didn’t set up any custom sidebars for buddypress assigned pages.

I just noticed that the background on the buddypress user profile can be customized with an image. How do I insert an image there and what are the suggested dimensions?
Each user can change it’s own cover, we’ll come in one of our updates with more options to customize that area.
The image has to be at least 1200px x 500px

Hi, I have version 2.0 and want to upgrade to the latest version- I’ve put my API key and username into the Theme Options to get updates but nothing. How do I update! Thank you 
If you can’t manage to make the automatic update option to work, then you should manually download the themeforest package of our theme and upload the theme over ftp, and override the old theme. Don’t forget to make a full backup of files and database before doing so.

Making the Buddypress profile cover work:
(For any guys out there trying to find out how to make it work, it’s like this)
1) Go to your theme folder, and under the subfolder “inc/” you will find the zip file buddypress-cover-photo.zip
2) Download the file
3) Add that Plugin (buddypress-cover-photo.zip that you’ve just downloaded)
That’s it really.
Quick note: DON’T GET CONFUSED with the “buddypress cover” plugin out there. You don’t want to install that one but the one provided in the theme under the /inc/ subfolder

Hello, is there anyway i can get Payza Gateway in this theme?

When a user register, they can an email. And when they click on the link in their email they go to an activationpage when it says “login” , but when the user click login, they are directed to the classic login box of wordpress. I want the popup to come instead of going to classic wp login. How can i do this?

Pre-sales question… I was checking out your theme, and I’m wondering what the profile button SITES stands for. When I hover over it, then it says blogs. But on one member profile it showed URL links with buttons. Is it a custom KLEO plugin for buddypress to post URL links, or is it a user blog plugin?
That’s a feature of wordpress multisite enviroment. It gives you the option of creating almost independent sub-sites for each registered user. So under that profile there is a list of sub-sites owned by a that user you’re visiting, and you see it in buddypress profile because it’s fully integrated with it.

Another question… Is there anyway to stop people who ARE NOT FRIENDS from seeing other people’s posts???
I have created 2 users, who are not friends, yet they are able to see the others posts in the activity feed. Both user accounts have been set to “Profile Visibility / My Friends”. I only want people who are friends with each other to be able to view each others posts.
I don’t have any knowledge of such options on buddypress. You should search for a buddypress plugin.
