I’m using your theme for a revolutionary social network and with some modification is it just awesome!
But: 1. Will there be a cover image for groups, too? 2. I’ve found a bug: With transparent header and sticky menu on, I can’t reach the buttons to change the cover and “show less”, because it seems to be overlayered by the sticky menu. How can I change this?

About the sticky menu over the cover buttons, I’ll put this on our bug list and we’ll investigate.

In using the Social Articles plugin do you know of anyway to limit the categories that users have in their options. Some of the categories are just for Admin eyes..or if I can eliminate the user seeing any of the categories?
Also, for the masonry grid is there anyway to get the posts images to open the associated posts?
From what i’ve seen in Social Articles, they will come with such feature in the future, until then i don’t know any workaround for this.
Regarding the masonry grid you can change the link of the post images by modifying the following template around line 109, and chang the slide href to get_the_permalink:
kleo/page-parts/post-content-masonry.php

No I never said that,
I said some or even all would work fine. Now the person who started that post on the Social Articles plugin she wanted only some removed…but I have no need or want for my clueless users to have the ability to set the category/tags…
If some default folder could be setup as a catchall ..I think this would be the uncategorized folder which is fine too…this should be an option..
Ok then, please try the following css rule under your “Theme Options > General Settings > Quick css” and let me know if it worked.

i figured it out! found the updater. thanks! i’m really bummed there’s still no way to add a group cover photo…that’s the one option i’m still waiting on.
That option will come in one of the future updates of the BuddyPress Profile Cover plugin.

hey there, I’ve added buddypress sidebar and it works, but how can I have buddypress sidebar to show up on all buddypress pages? At the moment, when I view profile or groups, it displays main sidebar which is not ideal.

There are a lot of plugins which can help you create forms. You could try something easy as Contact Form 7 or Gravitiy Forms which is much more advanced.

You will firstly have to install, activate and configure your buddypress and bbpress plugins and after that your users will have the option to add groups or new topics. The forums are created only by admins, only from backend.
For your second request you should search for a Q&A wordpress plugin which has all the features which you might need.

You should delete the theme folder from your ftp, and upload the new version, or you can enter your themeforest details under “Theme Options > Theme update” and then you will be able to update the theme directly from your wordpress backend.

BP Custom profile menu works without problems from what i know, but i don’t know what to say about the events plugin because i’ve didn’t tested it, but it should work just fine. After you purchase our theme, if you encounter any issues we’ll be here to help you asap.

From Visual Composer, you’ll find a lot of settings regarding those elements called “Feature Items Grid”, and from there you can set them to be colored or not.

not quite. i can change whether to show them in color or not, but i don’t know how to set them the way they are at the bottom of your example, so that it switches colors on rollover, please check the bottom example on your demo site, to which i posted the link above. where it is grayed out first, and gets the color upon rollover.
From “Feature Items Grid” set the option “Bordered icons” to Yes and that will enable the color fade animation.

You can set up membership restrictions from “Theme Options > Memberships”
Creating new restriction rules requires programming skills.

You’ll need to have advanced knowledge of how Paid Membership Pro plugins work, you can try and find some tutorials on this subject.
As an example, pmpro has an function called “pmpro_hasMembershipLevel”.

The login popup will be automatically triggered from the “Login” menu item from the top menus.

A few questions if I may:
1. Can you show what the widget positions are for Kleo?
2. Does the Kleo admin panel allow you to change various colors (backgrounds, fonts, buttons, etc) on the fly using a color picker or similar?
3. Can the fonts be changed simply via the admin panel?
You can place widgets where you want, you can place them by default in sidebars and in footer, and if you need even more customisation, you can use them in Visual Composer as well.

1. Is the facebook login feature a 3rd party plugin or developed in house by your team or is a part of the theme itself?
2. I see from your Kleo theme install video that a child theme is also installed along with the main one. Is this required and if so, what does it add and why? Thank you.
We don’t have a widget placeholder setup in the header but we have a content box which can be set up for each different page in part, and it supports shortcodes.
The facebook login feature is implemented by us directly in the theme, and can be enabled/disabled from our theme options panel.
The child theme is used only when you’ll need to make modifications to template files, and they should be made inside the child theme so you can easily update our theme in the future.

Thanks for your reply. The “content box” you are referring to, is this field where we can enter html code to display ads or similar and select the location?
Is it possible that in the future you might add a header area widget position (beside the logo position perhaps)?
Also regarding the existing buddypress related icons (Make friends, share idea, get notified, friends, activity, etc) is there an option to choose different sets or sizes (smaller) or are only the default ones available?

Regarding the icons, you can change them, but you’ll need some programming skills to apply some custom code snippets. We already have some examples for this on our dedicated support forum.

How do I do the Facebook integration, is there a plugin I need to install that you did not provided with your installation? Or do I have to add the Facebook APP information somewhere?
Yes, you’ll have to enter some facebook app information in our theme panel, under “Theme Options > Miscellaneous > Facebook integration”
