I’m coming with new information.

Assuming you’re using rTmedia, you can disable the profile tab by going in backend to “rTmedia > Settings > BuddyPress” and disable the “Enable media in profile ” option.

I’m referring to the home default home page Main Menu, not the social pages.

I figured it out myself. I didn’t know that there were more configuration settings within the home page itself besides the styling settings under Theme Options. It’s very confusing, and therefore maybe you should better explain it in the theme documentation.

Your problem might come from other plugins that you might installed or misconfigured. Try to remember the point where it stopped working and what did you changed around that time.

You can try to disable one by one any other plugins beside the ones the ones that comes bundled and you might resolve your problem.

The waiting time depends very much by the response speed between your hosting server and facebook, and also by the processing power or your hosting plan, because at facebook login, where is the case, a new wp user also needs to be created before the login itself.

i added some script on one of php file, which the script need jquery.min.js, once i remove it, everything go to normal, but the script i added. how come it’s because it’s loaded more than once , which causing the problem, i really don’t know…

Wordpress has a manager with which we load our styles and scripts in a standardized way. Here you can find the documentation about it but please note you’ll need programming skills to understand what’s going on. http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script

You can’t load in a page two versions of jquery because it will conflict and it will break even other javascript related functions/plugins and animations.

From the scripts you are trying to load, just remove the loading of the jquery library and keep the other part of the script and i think you should make it work like that.

It will work exactly like it works in any other buddypress environment. I would recommend you to test it on a default buddypress/wordpress theme to test/check any aspects of that plugin.

I don’t think we’ll integrate with ACF in this way, because this is a custom request and not wanted/needed by the majority.
